I was actually about to buy Double Wear and since they didn't find my color, so the lady recommended me this foundation. I took a sample with me home and tried it for a day. First of all, considering the price, I expected it to be really good. The second after you've applied it, it looks amaaazing on the skin. Matte, medium to full coverage and it feels soo light. Does not come off and feels powdery. But, after a couple of school hours, I looked in the mirror and noticed that it had oxidized and looked a bit orange. It was slightly oily around my nose, but then again, that happens to me whatever foundation I'm wearing. And it also looked kinda cakey. Overall, it seems like a nice foundation and I would purchase if it wasn't so expensive. I think the quality is drugstore and I would not use 100$ on it.
I didn't get the best impression of this product, but I'm planning on start using it again. From what I've experienced, it feels heavy and looks cakey. I've read that it should be applied with some kind of brush, and I think I used my fingers, not sure. And, one of the reasons I didn't get the best impression is that even though I got matched, the colour is still wrong. On the other hand, it has a greeeaat(!) build-up coverage and the shiny-ness isn't THAT bad. :) Just a little side note: I tried this on my scars on my wrist and it works great!
I unfortunately bought this product in the wrong shade and don't know how it really works, but from what I've tried and what I know is that it keeps you matte throughout the day, smells amazing(!) and does not break you out. This reminded me of their other foundation: Truly Matte Foundation, except this one has a much more thick consistence. It's good..
This product actually IS really, reaally good. I told the woman in the store that I wanted a foundation for oily skin and full coverage, she gave me this one and I trusted her. Later, I found out that this foundation is for those with dry skin, that explained ALOT. I was getting suspicious when I always got shiny throughout the day and my make-up melted off. And the light coverage... Soooo, it does not work for me, but I guarantee that those with dry skin will LOVElovelove this product, I know that I did for a while!! It didn't break me out either. Overall, it's really good.
This product didn't work out for me, considering I have combination/oily skin. It is very light and I do not recommend this to people who have oily skin.
This stick foundation sucks. Literally. I tried using it the first times I bought, but honestly, it did not work out for me at all. It's really, really cakey and layers on your face like a mask. It may be me, but this is one of the worst foundations I've been near. On the other side, I use it to cover up blemishes sometimes, but it won't last for that long.
I am very picky when it comes to foundations, since I have acne-prone skin and am really careful with what I put on my face. I've tried lots of lots of high brand foundations and must say that this must be the one that I've been satisfied with overall...until lately. I have now been using it for a year, almost since I started using make-up. It held my face matte, blended out easily with my skin and really made me look great, but since I started on an acne treatment, I have noticed that the foundation reaaally dries out my skin. My skin is totally fine until I put the foundation on and then it just looks like a mask. It really made me sad, because this was a foundation I really loved. The coverage wasn't bad either, but it's unfortunately not buildable at all! Overall, I think this is a great foundation for those who have oily skin.
I bought this product in summer time, and even though I had someone match me, the colour is still too dark and that sucks. It's been half a year since I've used this product, but what I remember is that it actually made my skin oily and cakey.
