After hearing great reviews about this mascara by Emilynoel, I will have to say that im actually disappointed in this mascara. I like the mascara for the following reasons: I love the brush, the design is fab and i love bristle brushes/ its coats all my measly asian lashes. The mascara itself gives me really nice volume and length. And thats where the love stops. THis thing smudges like crazy on me! after a few hours i see smudging on my lower eyelids... booo disappointing because i really like everything else about this mascara! Dont buy this, there is better out there.
this product does ok. I prefer the ELF primer over this. THe product does the job like any other primer. My only hate with this product, was the small amount of product you get. Sure ive had mine for about 6 months, but i alternate my products and this is nearly running out! the packaging sucks as it looks like you have alot of product, but really you dont. They should make it a clear tube, or a squeeze! Price is ok, but i wont repurchase. Just bought the NYX HD primer and im liking that alot!
I got this at priceline for about $10, it was in a bargain bin! Have started using it recently and my first thoughts were meh! I didnt really think it did much, but its been a few weeks and I think its dried out a bit. ITs pretty good and really does make my lashes look alot longer and thicker and it holds the curl. THe only think I dont like about this is the fat brush! why does it have to be so fat? Thats my only gripe but other that a pretty good mascara. Wouldn't buy again as i always love buying and trying new mascaras!

I actually like this BB cream quite a bit. It doesnt suit my skin tone exactly as im asian and i have a yellow undertone while this i think has more pink/grey (yes i know its weird for me to say grey but i think it does). But lately i feel i need more coverage than my mineral foundation. I mix this with my Aveeno positvely radiant tinted moisturizer and i get a pretty awesome tinted moisturiser that evens out my skins, feel light weight, doenst look cakey, suits my skin colour and has pretty good lasting power if i set it with powder. on its own i think this BB cream is ok. it takes awhile to set, so thats why i mix it with aveeno as that sets quickly. I dont like the fragrance its a bit overpowering but it goes away once you apply it. I like the tube bottle, the packaging works. Price wise its ok for the amount it is. I will repurchase once im out as this is one of the better BB creams out there.
I agree with the person below. There is too much red pigment in this brow pencil and you can see it. Therefore I cant use it because it doesn't suit my colouring. I like the little brush on the lid and thats about it. Its a good price and it goes on well. But i cant use it.
Don't know why the negative reviews for this mascara. Its good and does the job. I have Asian lashes, so they are sparse and thin, but this really does volumise and lengthens them. I also like how this isn't waterproof, but it doesn't smudge after a long day :) I think this is better than my L'oreal Voluminous. The only thing i don't like about it is that it a bit dry and its not as black as i want it to be. Also this also has this weird plastic chemical smell that puts me off when im applying it. You cant smell it when you have it on, but its distinct when open the mascara. I don't tend to buy mascaras again, as i always like trying new ones. But if you are looking to trying one out this is a good one to try.
Terrible terrible liner! I bought this in Dubai after good reviews on here and by Emilynoel83 and all I can say is that this sucks balls! The liner is hard, not creamy and not even that black! I struggle to get a smooth line with this and it tugs at my eye lid as is is so hard! I don't know if i got a bad one, but I'm throwing this out and I've only used about a quarter of it! The only good thing about it is that it is retractable! Save your money and buy something else!
Fantastic primer that does the job! ive tried UD and its very similar and i get the same results. Ive had mine for ages.. it lasts that long and its dirt cheap. I live in Australia so i bought mine on Ebay for $6 which is still good. I like the doe foot applicator!

I bought these when Marlena had a 30% off sale. I bought about 12 colours and im actually quite happy with all of them. They are smooth, buttery, pigmented and blend well. The also last whole day. Out of the two i bought i am not keen on the shade Bling and Mercury. Both are very sheer and i have trouble building up the colour, which is a shame because at first sight they look great. I think Marlenas eyeshadows are pretty close to high end eyeshadows and for the price that are great. I wish marlena would have more sales or do deals that make you buy more. I now have too much eyeshadow so i doubt i would buy more of marlenas. Im looking to get some xmas palettes off sephora!
i like it but i dont love it. I find it gives pretty good volume but not much length. It is very black, but i find it smudges by the end of the day. I like the brush too, it picks up all my sparsh lashes well. with so many mascaras around i rarely buy another product again. I just keep trying new ones. I get mine off ebay for about $10. In Australia RRP is about $20 which is a total rip off!
Love the pen, the eyeliner went on easy and you could get a really fine tip. And thats where the love ended. I found the eyeliner had poor staying power and has pretty much gone after a few hours. Also after a few uses, i found this stuff wouldnt come out of the pen point, i had to shake it so that liquid came out. Also this thing dried up on me really quickly. Essence you disspointed me here when i liked your gel eyeliner so much.
I like this highlighter alot. I got it at Boots in london with a 5 pound off voucher. I have it in the peach version because it suited me better. I dont like this applicatior brush thing, so what I did was i broke it off with pliers and then I transferred the contents into a small empty pump bottle. this thing will last forever, i only need a small pump and i dot it onto my cheekbones, nose bridge and cupids bow. Give a nice subtle glow :) product dries quickly and is not greasy. I doubt i would need to buy another highlighter. Go buy it :)
Awesome eyeliner. I use this when i want a winged look and when im going out all night and need my eyeliner to stays put! this eyeliner stays put and does not smudge! Its not a cream based instead its gel-like and is a dream to work with. Glides on smoothly, effortlessly, is very very black and as stated before STAYS PUT. No smudging, no creasing, NADA! The thing i hate the most about it is taking this off. I dont have eyemake up remover - i know im lazy.. but i just use nivea, load it on my eyelids, wait for awhile, then i wipe it off with a cotton pad. My normal cleanser just cannot get this off on its own. other than that, this thing also does not dry out, unlike my other cream based eyeliners. Go essence!

Ive started to use this, because im tired of using products that frankly dont work. I use to use Trilogy in the early days when it wasnt so expensive! I still remember they charge about AUS $15. Now its like double that and so are all of their products. I remember i really liked it back then (about 5 years ago) and i thought I'll give it another go. I bough some on ebay for about $15 including postage and i get double the amount of Trilogy. I like this stuff alot. Ive been using it consistently for the past 3 months and my skin really like it. I don't break out with it and its not overly greasy. the smell is different but now bad, I kind of find it pleasant. I put if on at night and in the morning my skin is so soft! Ive noticed my skin tone is improving and my skin just looks healthier and not so dull. I cant say much about wrinkles (i get botox) but I like how it just makes my skin look better. For that I'll keep buying it and using it. Its one of the few items that i really think works.
i used to spend an absolute fortune on dying my hair at the hairdressers. It just wasn't feasible after awhile and when i started working away and with no hairdresser around i had to resort to home hair color. At first i used preference, but then i started to use this and wowowow! i totally love this stuff. I always the brown shades... it could be any of them! doesn't really matter as I naturally have black Asian hair. anyway after i colour my hair with this it just end up being really glossy and shiny. I love it! The formula is super easy to apply, not drippy and you get a decent amount and i have alot of hair. I usually wait for this to go on sale for about $8 in Australia and then I stock up. Anyway if you have naturally dark hair and just want it shiny and glossy, this is a great and cheap product to achieve salon results. Yes i believe it does give you salon results if you just want one color.
