Moisturizers -Estee Lauder - Hydra Complete Multi-Level Moisture Lotion Normal/Combination Skin

I have dry/combination skin with break outs every now and then. This one did not moisturise my skin for the money's worth. I also start getting little bumpy things on my cheek (not pimples but more like white heads?)
