Moisturizers -Simple - Light Moisturiser

This moisturizer is great. I have very dry skin, and most moisturizers just dry my skin out even more. This product gives my skin a GREAT moisture balance, it hasn't caused me to break out in acne, and it doesn't have a sticky residue. This product is wonderful, I would recommend it to anyone and I will definitely buy again!

Cleansers -Simple - Moisturizing Facial Wash

This product is great! I have been using all different types of products from this brand and they have really helped my skin. I have tried so many different facial washes that wouldn't dry out my skin, and this one was very successful! It leaves my skin feeling great, and I will continue to buy it. I only paid $6.77 CAD for it at Wal-mart and you get a good 150 mL out of it. I apply it once a day and it hasn't dried out my skin at all.

Mascara -Maybelline - Great Lash Mascara

Three words: WORST. MASCARA. EVER!. I received this mascara as a gift once and it is one of the worst gifts I've ever received... When applying it is way too wet and sticky, and always clumps up in the cheap lash brush. This mascara not only does literally nothing for my eyelashes, but it also caused me to have an allergic reaction. My eyes were swollen for a good 4 days because of this cheap product... I don't recommend this to ANYONE, and I don't even use Maybelline products anymore after THIS experience. I hope this review will help misguided people decide which product they should really buy.

Treatments -Neutrogena - Rapid Clear Acne Eliminating Gel

Long story short, I was very disappointed with this product. I paid $8.00 for it at wal-mart (It is 15mL, or 0.5 FL OZ for Americans) and let's just say it was not worth my 8 bucks at all. This product states to reduce pimple redness and swelling. Well, I guess it kind of reduced swelling, but it made my pimples even MORE red, and completely dried them up. So I basically walked around with dry, red spots on my face.. lovely picture, I know. Not only did it do that, but it caused me to breakout even more. I would not recommend this product to any of my friends, and I most definitely won't be purchasing it again.

Concealers -Revlon - ColorStay Under Eye Concealer

I found this product was average, it wasn't overly great. I paid about $11.00 CAD for it at Wal-Mart. It does a good job of covering up redness, but I found that it left my acne very dry after applying it. I was pleased that they had a colour light enough for my skin tone, too. This product does have a funny smell to it, so I usually try to cover it up with some body mist. I would buy this product again because it isn't too expensive and it gets the job done, although it wouldn't be my top pick for a concealer. Cheers!

I have been using this product for almost two years on my face and it has been my saving grace. All through my teen years I suffered from acne on my face and tried everything from prescription pills to over the counter products. A while back my mum found this product on the shelf in Wal-Mart for just $4.00 CAD so she decided to give it a try. I can honestly say that this product will take away my average pimple over night. It successfully reduces swelling and redness, and I am very pleased with it. The only downside to this product is it absolutely reeks of sulfur, the smell is terrible. I've gotten used to it, but it is definitely noticeable to other people. For this reason, I only use the product at night and then make sure I cover up what's left of the smell in the morning. The packaging really isn't the greatest, if you leave the tube sitting out for a minute or two without the lid on a bunch of the product will seep out. Also, make sure the cap is on TIGHT!! I had an experience where the cap wasn't on tight enough and it leaked all into my over night bag at a friends house, talk about embarrassing (plus it got all over everything that was in the bag and it smelled so bad!!) Other than the smell and lousy tube, I would say this product is a cheap must-have for people that suffer with acne and would recommend it to anyone!

I am sooooooooooooooo happy with this product! It is unbelievable what it has done for my skin. For the longest time I had very bad back acne and after using this product for just two days I saw an immediate difference in my skin. The redness and irritation on my back had completely gone away (mind you, the pimples themselves were still present, they just weren't irritated.) I saw complete results within a few weeks of using the product. I use this product once a day in the shower with a back brush on my back, chest, shoulders and neck and it has never failed to keep my acne away. Thank you so much Neutrogena for such a great product!!

BB Cream -Garnier - BB Cream Miracle Skin Perfector - Light/Medium

First of all, I will just point out if you are purchasing in Canada it is a pretty good price for the amount you get. I paid $20.00 CAD at Shopper's Drugmart for a bottle that will last me probably for a good 6 months. (I have had it now for about 3 months and still have quite a lot left.) This product is very good for people with dry skin, because it is VERY hydrating. I used to have very dry skin on my face and it has gone away after using this product. The smell is a bit strong, but I think it smells nice. It leaves a nice shine, but I would use concealer spot-treatment underneath it because it definitely won't cover up redness or under eye circles on its own. I find that it overall brightens my face and gives it a good moisture balance. The only thing that disappointed me about this product were the skin colour tones it came in. There were only two choices, which were Medium/Dark and Light. I am very fair skinned, so I was hoping the light would work out for me. Well, it turns out the "light" is a lot darker than they lead on. I started using this product in the late spring so my skin was still very white (from a long Canadian winter), so I had to use a powder on top of it for sometime. However, now that I have tanned throughout the summer the colour is perfect for my skin tone. I will definitely buy this product again because it worked out so well for me. Cheers!
