I get terrible head and chest congestion when it's cold weather and this is a miracle cure. Nothing and I mean NOTHING clears the mucous out of my head and chest like this does. In fact at the first sign I may be getting a cold I take a long hot bath and get out feeling well. I use the bath salts not the liquid version as I don't like to bathe in food coloring. I LOVE how this is a very strong eucalyptus scent. I love that smell and wish it would stay in my home constantly. I will never be without this and am currently experimenting with the other scents in this line, but only the salts. I have only tried the Bliss scent and couldn't smell it at all except for a faint B.O. like smell so that one is out. But this--the eucalyptus-- is medicine.
The eucalyptus bath salts made a heap of chest congestion disappear! Like magic! So I splurged on the set of ten little bottles and so far have bathed in the Sensual Bliss one which smelled great in the bottle but had no smell at all in the tub. Apparently one scent can be great and others not so much. Those eucalpytus bath salts are the BOMB for making the entire bathroom smell like an expensive spa for at least an hour, LOVE it. The other scents I'm not too sure about. I prefer the salt versions of these over the oil ones. Those have so much coloring in them. The salts are white and clear in the water. The Arnica and the Valerian and Hops ones stink to me but I will try them anyway. In fact out of the ten bottles four of them stink. Many of them smell identical to the eucalyptus. The juniper one smells great. I might get a jar of the orange bath salts since I love the scent of oranges. These are expensive but impressive. Not all smell good though so it takes some investigating.
Shampoo -Wen by Chaz Dean - Cleansing Conditioners - All

At first it did make my hair nice but then I noticed my hair was falling out and my scalp was itching like mad with little pimple like bumps. I suffered massive hair loss and switched to Klorane soothing shampoo and after three months my scalp and hair is finally back to normal with no itchiness, and the hair loss has almost stopped. I lost almost one third of my hair from this stuff. It took a while before I realized it was the Wen causing the problems.

Great excellent wonderful! My hair was a fried, tangled, matted mess with a capital M. I needed to color it. I put on my Redkin Shades EQ color, rinsed after 40 minutes, and my hair was straw, impossible to ever untangle again, dry, like a big bundle of old steel wool. As soon as this runny pink liquid hit it, it was smooth and limp and straight, and the tangles literally fell out of it. It was so bad that to see it you would have thought I would have to just cut it off all but 4 inches. It is past my shoulders, fine, and I live in the pool and sun here in Florida. Plus Im old. I got it on Amazon despite a few warnings in the reviews that some that is sold there is fake. I was alarmed when I saw it was so runny and thin but it must be the real thing cause BOY DOES IT WORK. This is for the RECONSTRUCTOR in the silver tube. Thank God I found it and thanks ladies who recommended it.
Excellent sunscreen with zinc oxide which I prefer over chemical type sunscreens. I wear this in summer in Florida while I swim and even thougIh I have super white skin it does not get red with this. I took off one lippy due to the white cast when I put it on but for this much zinc this will happen. I don't wear foundation often but would probably find a different sunblock to wear under it if I did due to the bluish white color this makes my skin. It keeps my skin soft and smooth also.
I had to triple check that I was looking at the right product reviews of this since so many aren't that happy with this and I view it as a miracle sent from God. I have very long fine hair that is treated once a month with semi permanent color. I live in south Florida and my hair has been fried, parched, a tangled mat of straw that no hairbrush could penetrate. I usually don't even try to brush it any more since all it does is rip it out of my head. I just yank the matted mess back into a ponytail. I mean it's crunchy. I'm sure people wonder what's wrong with me that I go around with my hair a long tangled rat's nest. It doesn't get any worse than this. So this has brought it back and then some. Now my hair is identical to the model's hair on the runways, soft smooth silky shiney bouncy and gorgeous. It's a different head of hair totally. A 6.8 ounce tube cost me $34 at the hairstylists but I found a 100 bottle on ebay for $80 and just now ordered it. I can't live without this. I can't stop touching and looking at my hair. Is this really mine? What happened? It's just unbelievable the way this transformed it. wow.
I didnt know I could love a flat out "fresh" scent so much but it's the combo of lemon and jasmin with a hint of mint that has me swooning. There is also the most definite sugar smell along with the elusive peony. Think Clinique Happy Heart, only better. The remarkable thing is, it's sophisticated. I remember a saleman in a store wearing this scent and I demanded repeatedly to know what it was (I guess he was embarrassed to be wearing a woman's scent and didn't want to tell me). It was the LEMON in it--I am wild for a lemon scent in perfumes. But the jasmin and peony are also there, along with a very definite water scent. I forget the name of that manmade scent they use in perfumes to give it the water scent and many people don't care for it but in this case it is perfection. This one is unisex. Men as well as women can smell beautiful in this.
Thanks again MUA reviewers! I was very happy with Naturcolor but tried this after reading the reviews here and won't go back to it. This stuff rocks. It makes my hair shine like it never has in my life. And the colors are amazingly gorgeous, unlike any color I've ever tried. I left it on for 40 minutes and only after the sixth shampoo ---I use Wen- did I notice it starting to fade. Since I only shampoo twice a week, this lasted a month. This really improves the texture, taking my hair from frizzy and dry to smooth and shiney. I have always been a blond but tried a darker shade of this, a light brown, and it looks fabulous. The developer that goes with this is only 2-3% peroxide so I don't mind coloring with this more often. Plus it covered grey much better than Naturcolor. This is the best there is.
Heavenly true pure honeysuckle. Nothing else is added. One of my top favorite scents in the world. This duplicates that early summer blissful scent better than any other perfume. Warm summer evenings under the full moon when romance is in the air and the intoxicating, otherworldly scent of honeysuckle is swirling into your nostrils and brain, fanning the flames of love and lust. Passion, mystery, desire, starry night skies, balmy breezes, a night bird stirring and calling, the sap rising and your pulse quickening --not bad for a reasonably priced bottle of perfume. And yes it certainly does last, if you spray three big blasts on the front of your clothes. I can smell it clearly for hours. A few dabs from a tiny sample vial does not last though, so get a bottle and spray away. Transport yourself.
Eyeliner -L'Oreal - Le Grand Kohl Perfectly Soft Liner-Chartreuse

Huge disappointment. I love the color chartreause in general and I have shadow that makes my blue eyes look amazing in this color. It is a pale greenish gold that absolutely does not show up at all on my lids. I applied four heavy coats and still can barely see it. I have other shades in this formula and love the noir color, but this one is too pale to show up. Beautiful color, but as a shadow only, not as a liner.
Brows -Elizabeth Arden - Dual Perfection Brow Shaper and Eye Liner

I've had my little compact of this in blond for about eight years, purchased on eBay on a whim. I put it away for a couple of years and for the past year have been using it again. It really does the job. It's such a soft powder and the tiny angled brush it comes with is nice too. I honestly can't say I have ever been disappointed in an Elizabeth Arden product. This brand makes ones like Smashbox look like bad drugstore makeup. I have dark brows, very course, and they grow like weeds and I have to trim them every week. I now have little bald patches and this fills them in very naturally. I can also draw them slightly higher with this or make them look fuller and it's a very soft natural look. I just wish it was a bit more taupey rather than a gold or neutral, yellow blond but that's really nit picking as this is the best out there probably. Forget about this as eyeliner! I never tried it but who would want a yellow blond eyeliner which goes on as softly as this? But for brows this is the one to get. It will last me the rest of my life. Been using it every day for over a year now and have barely made a dent in it.
Moisturizers -Lancome - High Resolution - Refill 3x

I'm old and have wrinkles. This didn't get rid of them. It smells strong but it's not a horrible smell, pleasant, it feels great on my skin although I can FEEL it sitting there even fifteen minutes after I put it on. But my skin feels smooth after I apply it. By the feel of it on my skin this is a silicone based product for under foundation. Contains spf 15. Why a silicone under makeup moisturizer would cost $90 for a two ounce jar is beyond me. I will use up the little sample but will not buy it. Not worth the money just to make my foundation slightly smoother.
Inspire is the best lip liner color I've ever had. It is a gorgeous light strawberry pink with just enough vibrancy to liven up my face. I can't wear any pinks unfortunately due to having strange warm pale coloring and usually stick to corals but this is so neutral, with a hint of warmth and yet it is definitely pink. I cover my entire lips with this and put a bit of sheer light pink gloss over it and my lips are incredible! This isn't a baby pink, a barbie pink, or a pale pink but more of a vibrant bright slightly silver-pink. Shows up very well, a strong pink. Love these Lancome lip pencils. I have several shades but this is the best. Should work on any skin tone.
Lip Gloss -L'Oreal - Bare Naturale Gentle Lip Conditioner
happywoman28 12/29/2010 4:07:00 AM
I got this free with a purchase of makeup on ebay, as a free extra. The tube is ingenious. I love the small size and the way it twists to deliver the gloss to the silicone tip, very cool. The gloss itself would be very nice except it feels like there is sand in it. I can feel tiny hard grains on my lips. It also tastes nasty. I had to throw it away. Sad because I did love the actual tube, the sheer peach color, and the shine. But the hard sandy particles on my lips combined with the horrible taste, which lasted for a long time even after I wiped it off, is awful. Yuck.
I adore the Color Fever Glosses but this is not my shade. It is a cherry red and since I have warm coloring it doesnt work for me, but to be fair it would be gorgeous on someone with cool toned skin. It is a clear red minus the shimmer or glitter most of the color fever's have. These glosses are very moisturizing and smoothing, expensive, come in wonderful tubes with great doe foot heart shaped applicators and I love them in general. But don't buy them without trying them on first for color as I did with this one. Clear cherry red, no shimmer, slightly less pigmented than the others I've tried. For me so far Hotspell is the clear cut winner, a great shade for warmer complexions.
