Conditioner -Paul Mitchell - Super Skinny Daily Treatment Conditioner

I would recommend this conditioner for either dry or hair that has been coloured. I have fine asian hair that tends to be on the dry side but over use of hair products do build up on my hair so my hair then becomes greasier on the second day. I like the fact that this product has a hair protectant on it, this help me protect my hair when I am blow drying it and also saving me topping my hair with another hair protecting product causing more buildup. The consistency of the conditioner is really really thick so I guess its a deep conditioning without the greasy residue after rinsing,it has helped me reduce my fly aways and have added extra shine to my hair. I have used Pantene pro v smooth and sleek in the past but I find it made my hair too greasy on the second day so if you find pantene too rich for you, then I think this is a great condioner for you. The Paul mitchell skinny condiiotner also have an lovely apple scent to it but the smell quickly dissapears after I have rinsed my hair.I was lucky enough to have got this in the 300ml, I use along with a shampoo for frizzy/heat damaged hair or even sometimes a claryfying shampoo that both work well with this conditioner. Overall packaging is simple and I think the price is good enough for a conditioner that works wonders on your hair!

Powder -Shu Uemura - Powder Foundation Natural Glow

I am very disapointed with this foundation.I have have been using shu uemua foundations for over 7 years now.This is really BAD!!! I have combination skin of dry/oily sensitive t-zone with the accasional sensistivity breakouts on my chin area,somehow this foundation clogged many of my pores and caused me many red and swollen spots on other areas of my face(i need to stress that i hardly get spots on my face over than on my chin area),so i am pretty sure that this foundation has caused this to happen and was also unable to let my skin breathe.The powder also dried out my skin. I got the shade 764, i would describe the colour as a medium beige but it looks like it has a bright orange/peach tinge to it,that made me look alot darker than i really am.(iam usually a 763 in water perfect).The only good thing I can say about this it that it has a really good coverage,better than that water perfect,but I definatley wont be buying this again due to the cause of my breakouts.

Eyeliner -Shu Uemura - Drawing Pencil

I really like this shade(Bronze/gold) it works wonders as a highlighter.Texture is quite soft to apply but it doesnt seem to last long as the colours tend to fade by evening.I will be trying more colours in the future because I really like their colour range.

Brows -Shu Uemura - Retractable Eyebrow Liner

This eyebrow liner is refillable and also comes with an eyebrow brush on the other end,either for you to blend or to apply eyeshadow on to brows.I find the texture of the liner quite creamy and easy to apply,the shade is SEAL BROWN, a dark smoky grey in my opinion,it went rather well with my asian dark eyebrows,not too overly false looking like many eyebrow liners on the market,but the only downfall I dont like about it is the durability,because the texture is rather creamy,the color tends to fade during the day.Theres not alot in the retactable brow liner but I guess its cheaper once you buy the refill to go with it,but overall I rather like it.

Highlighters -Bobbi Brown - Shimmerbrick in Sandstone

Bobbi brown shimmerbrick in sandstone,released recently in year 2007 and suitable for fair skin tones,I initially wanted the bronze or tawny but when I tested it at the counter,it appears quite dark on my hands and I didnt want to look like I put mud on my face so the Make up artist recommended the sandstone for me and straight away I love it! Iam asian skintone NC25 ,shu 763,the shimmerbrick colours have a slight reddish undertonetone to it but not bruised because some makeup do look bruised on me when it has red on it but this shimmerbrick is a flattering colour and compliments my skintone very well.There is hardly any shimmer in this,the gold shimmerbrick was too glittery for me but i wear this all the time now and i definetly will be buying this again once it runs out.This is my favourite shimmerbrick ,my apricot has to come second now!

I really liked this compact itself as its a limited edition,only slightly different to the other shimmerbricks because the inner casing is gold finish and the writing on the top lid is also in gold which makes it look rather special. I dont like the quality of the product,I have problems with the colours, and although it looks rather beautifull in the compact,the colours just didnt look right on my cheeks,It looks flat and make me look washed out with my NC25 asian skintone,and the finish appears to shimmery(although I understand its called a shimmerbrick,this gold appears more shiny/shimmery than my other shimmerbricks)and even my fiance noticed and ask why my face looked weird that day! The colours appears to be too overpowering for my liking,i wouldnt recommend this for day wear and I would think this is more of a highlighter than a blush.For £27,I dont think its value for money.

New season for year 2007 spring colours w cheeks contains two shades.I got the shade 02 which consist of a coral shade on one side and a white pale pink on the other,both shades are on the fairly matt side. The coral shade appears more reddish on my cheeks,more blushed red on my asain NC25 and shu uemura shade 554 skin tone.I had to be very light handed on my second application because the colour seemed abit over powering on my cheeks.Overall i am very happy with my item,the color lasted all day on my cheeks and it also comes in a lovely sleek silver finish mirrored compact too!

I really wanted to try this colour adjust for a long time and eventually,I managed to buy one for myself.I am rather dissapointed with this item,its supposed to calm down redness on skin but somehow,it didnt really do its job properly because it seemed no major difference after I applied the foundation on top.the texture was easy to apply as it evened out on to skin leaving a silky texture,however,like I said,it did not tame down the redness on my skin.

This pallete has a blue,light green,purple and white eyeshadow,they all have a matt finsh to them although they do look quite shimmery on the palette.They are really gorgeous colours to work with,very soft texture to blend and very uplifting vibrant colours,and inspired by the use of colours 60's and 70's.This is my second palette of the new autumn/winter 2006 'blend' ingenious natural eyes eyeshadow quad, and I really love it.What I have also noticed was that when I blended only the green with the lilac on my eyelids, I noticed the colours came out very alike to the water colour eyes in green.Colours stayed all all day on my eyelids without any signs creasing or fading, and the colours stayed naturally blended altogether.I also love the mirrored compact.Will definetly but another again.

Cleansers -RMK - Cleansing Oil

I have ever been so faithfull to using my Dermalogica special cleansing gel but I thought I should give this a try(free trial size with RMK purchases).Suprisingly,the oil removed my eye makeup very easily and my face felt smooth and soft afterwards without any oilyness(I have combination skin type).The downside was that I had to use a large amount of the oil to cleanse,but overall Iam happy with it as it didnt caused me any bad break outs or rashes.Would consider purchasing in the future.

Blush -RMK - Ingenious Cheeks

The ingenious cheeks in 31 pure coral is a light coral with a pearl effect finish.I would describe the colour as a dark beige but the colour is only very sheer.I wear this during the day and its a very natural looking,goes perfect with the ingenoius natural eys quads.Its the 2006 autumn/winter collections.

The ingenious palettes are new and ready for the autumn/winter 2006 collection and I just knew I had to own one of these palette and now that I have tested this compact in 04,I am definetley going to buy more.The quad 04 consist of four colours,one is a light pink,a light lilac,a deep purple and a dark chocalate brown,they all have very fine shimmers in them. The colours are very versatile to work with.The ingenious eyes are designed can be used alone,layered or blended together.When the colours are blended together,the colours are more lilac colours,I would say a very fair smokey lilac look but not too overly done.when I first saw the pallettes,I thought the colours would be very hard to work with as some colours in the palettte dont look like they belong in the same colour family or they look in complete total contrast to one another,but I found out that when the colours are blended together,they make very nice combinations,its basically a trial and error really,but I really enjoyed experimenting the colours.The only downside of this item is it cost me a lil bit more than I would usually buy an eyeshadow.Looks like I need to save up again for another one =)

This is the new 2006 autumn/winter collection.colour is a lovely neutral beige with fine silver/gold sparkles,also has a slight yellow tint to it.lipgloss is very smooth to apply and the texture is not too runny unlike some other lipglosses.The result is a shining glossy pout.Will definetly buy again.

I like the RMK lipsticks,this is shade 01 in gloss pink,i think its the shade the model is wearing for the irresistible C lips for the advertisment.The shade is like a matt bubblegum pink,I like the fact that the lipstick is very creamy and not drying, and it also hydrates the lips.The colour appear very natural the first layer I put on but can look abit over the top when I apply too much layers, because then the colour appear more brighter,and its just too much for me.I will purchase some more RMK in the future but I think I will try their lipglosses instead. Update: I really love this lipstick, the colour grows on me each day I use it.will buy again!

Lipstick -Shu Uemura - Lolishines 962 LE Summer 06 Amaterasu

Very dissapointed with the shu uemura lipstick,I bought the one in 962(limited edition part of the amaterasu collection)the lolishine has got an unpleasant scent to it, the shade was a bit darker then I expected to my liking,the shade appeared more reddish to nude brown with very fine red and gold glitter,didnt flatten my asain NC-25 complexion at all.Durability was bad,lasted no more than half an hour without drinking or eating.Will not purchase again.
