I have a friend who sells Avon, and this was on sale for 9.99, so I decided to give it a try. BOY, am I glad I did! It does everything the other reviewer said, and definitely exceeded my expectations, and I recommend this for anyone who has to deal with frizziness. It claims to keep hair smooth for 3 days, and I am telling you, it does what it says. Oh, and I'm in the humid South, by the way. Get it now; it's buy one, get one free. You will NOT regret it.

Lipstick -Rimmel - Moisture Renew - Summer Angel

Beautiful over Precious Brown! I love to wear both of these colors, as they complement each other and my lip color very nicely. Summer Angel is a little lighter, and has more shimmer; Precious Brown looks really dark to me in the tube, but due to it's sheer formula, comes out very nicely on your lips. Highly recommend both!

I LOVE this mascara! This was recommended to me by other MUE girls and I am so glad I got it! You put it on ONE time, and it stays on all day (and night.) I have oily eyelids, and this is the only mascara that does not come off of my bottom eyelashes. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a very good mascara that does not budge; not even in the shower, washing your face, or sleeping! By the way, it's very easy to remove with either Coconut Oil or EVOO. Try it!

Mascara -Maybelline - Volum' Express The Falsies

First things first: @theymightbejenny, DON'T GET THIS!! I got it in waterproof in Black Drama and it broke my heart. I got the prettiest, blackest, most dramatic lashes; simply gorgeous. However, I found that after an hour or so, it began to flake off ridiculously. I tried again the next day, making sure my lashes were oil free and even powdered, only to get the same results again. I got L'Oreal Beauty Tubes and I am hoping for better results. Oh, and I think a 53% buy again rating pretty much speaks for itself.. wish I had looked on here first.

My husband picked this up for me today, and I hated it.. I have to agree with another reviewer that it made me look like a whore. The color he picked up for me though was beautiful!! His idea totally..Summer Angel is WONDERFUL. MLBB for sure, and works very well with my pigmented lips, giving me a pretty pink nude with lots of shine!! I highly recommend for anyone, but this is perfect for someone 40 plus who is looking for a non-aging pretty way to brighten up your face, but of course it would work with almost anyone, I think. I freakin' hate the smell though, but will endure it for the healthy look it gives my lips.

Mascara -Rimmel - Volume Flash The Max

I was looking for a replacement for my Lash Blast waterproof mascara when I saw this one and decided to give it a try. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised! I have oily eyelids, and it did not come off all day, or in the shower, AND I slept in it all night and it stayed on! When I did decide to take it off in the shower, it was very easy to remove. I found this to be completely buildable, and only showed signs of (slight) clumping when I started my FOURTH layer... really good stuff, and cheaper than Lash Blast, too. BTW, it does volumize AND lengthen well, but I would say it volumizes more than it lengthens, (hence the "VOLUME" part of the label, lol.) Also, the packaging is soo cute!

Eye Shadow -Maybelline - Expert Wear Eye Shadow Quads

I bought this quad in Velvet Crush at the insistence of my husband. He goes shopping with me for makeup and actually has a great eye for different looks for me and colors I would not usually buy. I got this home and tried it on, and was very surprised at how much it brightened up my eyes and face! The color payoff is not HUGE, and it does need to be touched up a little more often than I would like, but the colors are very well put together in this quad, and do not look cheap or garish despite having some degree of shimmer. I would definitely repurchase this!

Lipstick -Maybelline - Color Sensational

First of all, I should describe my coloring. I am med-fair, and have fairly pigmented pink-blush colored lips that NEVER look like the nude color that I want them to look like when picking out lipsticks for a true "nude" look, no matter what I seem to do. I went to Walgreen's today, as they are having a BOGO sale on Maybelline products and came across Toffee Tango. It looks very dark in the tube, but when applied, it both was lighter in shade and knocked out the pink coloring of my lips, finally giving me that nude look that I have been looking for. FINALLY!! I had no problems with odor or texture that others seem to be having, and application was smooth and long lasting as well (for a lipstick.) To line my lips, I got the Maybelline liner in #25 Toast, which worked very well applied with a lighter hand.

Hi everybody! I just used this haircolor in 91&92 (mixed 1 box each of light beige and light ash beige cause of all the reviews of the horrid grey shade problems,) and followed the instructions posted by another MUE'er (pmbechtle) and it turned out GREAT! She basically tells you to do the normal root touch up and then add half warm water to what you have left and leave it on for 20 add'l minutes. It really was less damaging and my color came out perfectly! I have problems with getting brassy, but cause my hair is so long, I tend to pick up the ash tones too much toward the ends of my hair. I conditioned with Aussie DEEEP afterwards and am very pleased with the results! I will update in a couple of weeks if anything changes.

This is just okay..it's great if you are porcelain to fair skinned, but if you are medium or tan, forget it. It's a great concept, but the box it comes in sucks and frays over time, making it look just horrible on the outside of it. I can see it being perfect for a first time younger person who has never used bronzer before though.

I can safely say that I felt no "warmth" from using this product..it looked muddy on my skin no matter how lightly i applied it.. it just looked kind of red-coppery. I am sure it is fine for others, but for me, it looked like I had no idea how to apply makeup when I used it.

This is a beautiful color that can be worn alone or over other colors. It is just classy, and well worth the money. It lasts longer than most glosses, as well. If you would like to splurge on a top notch gloss, try this one; it won't let you down.

Mascara -Maybelline - Great Lash Mascara

I don't know where to start.. this has to be the sorriest excuse for a mascara that I have ever had the displeasure of using. I regret that I wasted one thin dime on this. It is too wet, it gets all over my eye as a result, and you have to use unbelievable amounts of this to even see it. I don't want to have to use a quarter of a tube every time I put it on just to see it. NO lengthening or volumizing either, just color. Please do not waste your money.

I'll keep this simple.. anyone almost any age can wear these colors.. the payoff is much better with a primer, but they are very flattering colors at a really great price. You can't go wrong with it, so try it sometime!

Brows -Rimmel - Professional Eyebrow Pencil

I agree with pinksnowbunny's review.. I try to find other things, but always use this one. It is the perfect color and consistency for my brows (which can be hard for blondes,) and I have been using it for several years now, and in the words of Borat, with great success!
