Mascara -Revlon - 3D Extreme Mascara - Blackest Black

I, too, am glad that I didn't read reviews before purchasing this product! First, off, let me say that I'm a bit of a anomaly when it comes to mascaras: mascaras that are "supposed" to work really well (ie. Benefit's Bad Girl, DiorShow) are usually just average, whereas mascaras that usually get a sucky rating here turn out to be fantastic on me. So, bearing that in mind, here goes: I have terrible natural lashes: short, straight, and stubbornly resistant to eyelash curlers. This mascara has easily become my HG - I find it very similar to Fresh's Supernova, only about 10 bucks cheaper. The trick, I've found, is to have a lash separator on hand when you're using this; that way, you can separate the lashes immediately after each coat, since this mascara dries extremely fast. Without my separator, this mascara turns out clumpy sometimes, but with it, it makes my lashes soft, feathery, and EASILY 100% longer and fuller.

This smells like stale orange gummies, and is just way too sweet for me.

This smells very much like Snowblind on me, except without that butterscotch note in Snowblind that so endeared it to me. Sppoky is softer and more "Thin-Mint-y." Delicious!

It's basically a nice tea rose and soft carnation. Better than most florals, but still kind of boring.

Ugh! This made me nauseous for some reason - I bet it has one of the same notes that Paris has. It's a bit better than Paris, but still kinda gross on me.

This is nice, if a bit simplistic and linear. It smells like sweet, sticky cinnamon on me. A very reddish-brown colored scent, with swirls of gold. It's too foody for me, so I'll finish off my imp but won't be needing more.

Honeyed grains and oats, with a little bit of cherry thrown in (no almond). This reminds me very much of Burt's Bees' Milk & Honey Lotion. It's very soft and I need to slather, but it's become a staple for me : )

Fragrances -Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab - Obatala
rated 5 of 5

Obatala is luminous, sheer, sweet and cool. Coconut is definitely the dominant note here, but the shea butter and "cool water" notes aren't far behind. People who fear aquatics need not worry though - this is absolutely nothing like the Lab's other aquatics. This has got to be one of Beth's most impeccably blended scents *ever.* I love it: coconut isn't usually wearable on me, but this is absolutely beautiful!

Fragrances -Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab - Les Bijoux

I actually this scent is more of a 4 than a 5, but to date, Les Bijoux is the scent I have gotten the most compliments out of : ) It's very smooth and fragrant: apple and honey and soft florals. Very feminine and pretty.

This isn't the juicy apple I was hoping for, but it's lovely nonetheless; crisp, tart, and green. I can smell the skin as well as the apple. To sum up this scent with a single word: Crunchy.

Wow, this is hella sexy! The vetiver here is smooth and earthy and not sharp at all. There's also a bit of spiciness here - maybe from the saffron? It has a bit of a "Storyville" vibe to it, although it's much more masculine than my beloved Storyville. This is *almost* foodie.

Smells like a pain-relief balm I used to use: very medicinal. Starts off with a sharp blast of lemon and pennyroyal, then calms down to an ambery, clove-y scent. I think there must be basil or thyme in here too. I wouldn't wear it as a perfume.

Bath Treatments -LUSH - All That Jasmine Bath Bomb
rated 5 of 5

This and Youki-Hi are my favorite bath bombs. I honestly cannot find a fault with it (besides the price, of course). It turns the water a beautiful blue-green color and the scent is simply to die for. I'm certainly going to take advantage of the sale right now and stock up : )

Bath Treatments -LUSH - Twinkle Bath Bomb

This would be a 3 if not for the scent - one of the best Lush has to offer, IMO. It's refreshing and comforting at the same time. Otherwise, rather unremarkable.
