Got this about a week ago & have used it every day since. Haven't even picked my usual favorite Dior. I really like the brush. I love the soft lashes - crispy lashes are a major pet peeve for me. I have very long lashes to begin with and this formula makes them look like false lashes -- adds length for me. Good color. Lost poppies because it doesn't wash off - have to use remover - not a big enough deal to keep me from repurchasing. Very very seldom purchase drug store mascara - this was a pleasant surprise

I have been using this off and on for years. It does a fine job keeping the ends of my long-ish hair split-free. A little goes a long way; a container (any size) lasts pretty long. It's not greasy, sticky, smelly, gooey. A darn good product that does what it claims to.

Conditioner -Arcona - Karite Formula Conditioner

This is a really nice conditioner. I like the smell, I like the bottle (can see how much is in there). Rinses out nicely, no greasy residue. It really helps with my main hair problem (tangles). BUT....it is pretty darn expensive. The price will prevent me from re-purchasing.

Shampoo -Arcona - Green Tea Cleans. Base

I don't care for the smell of this shampoo. I DO like the bottle -- I can see exactly how much is in there. Lathers well, rinses well, pretty expensive. Doesn't strip my hair. Mainly the price and smell lowered my lippie rating.

Cleansers -Arcona - White Tea Purifying Cleanser

Love it ! Pretty expensive, pleasant smell, nice lather, rinses well. It's in a lovely pump bottle but the pump (on the one I have) doesn't work - I decanted into a plastic squirt bottle. Doesn't dry my skin, not greasy, generally a very nice, expensive face wash. I'll re-purchase as I have yet to find any other one I care for.

I've read the other reviews - my product in my bottle does not smell awful. It's a pleasant smell. I purchased the small 1.7 oz bottle since such a small amount goes such a long way ! I like this product alot. I find that if I hold it about 10 - 12 inches from my hair, it mists great. I run my fingers/hands thru my hair after I've misted to disperse the product even more. I have lots of fine, long, color-treated hair and it does not weigh it down or clump it up or make it look/feel greasy. They even made the spray tube long enough so you can get every bit of product out of the bottle...cool !!! THAT doesn't happen very often !! I like that the container is see-thru; I like knowing how much product is left... I've tried a number of the "shine" products and never found one I would re-use -- until this one.

Conditioner -Frederic Fekkai - Au Naturel Conditioner

I did a turn-around on this product. I didn't care for it much when I first got it, but after continual use I've grown to REALLY like it. I have lots of fine, long, color-treated hair that easily tends toward fly-aways. But my main problem and concern is after-wash TANGLES. I'm always on the look-out for a good detangler...! Very few detanglers actually do...detangle...! This one does a darn fine job, doesn't leave my hair clumpy, heavy, flat. The smell is pleasant to me. Packaging is fine (I prefer a see-thru container). Price is a little spendy. I complete with a light mist of Fekkai Brilliant Glossing mist.

Styling Products -Bumble & Bumble - Prep

After reading all the reviews I decided to spend the $$$ and give this B&B product a try. I haven't liked pretty much all the B&B products I've tried ... and this was no different. I like the packaging a lot. The Prep made my hair feel dirty once it dried. Kind of "sticky" and, well, just dirty feeling... I didn't find that it helped with comb-thru at all. Smell is fine (hardly noticed any at all), price is high. I need something to help detangle and this made virtually no difference. I'll give this to my daughter and won't re-purchase. Maybe I used it incorrectly? Used too much? Not enough? In any event, not worth it to me...!

Shampoo -Bumble & Bumble - Gentle Shampoo

I've tried several of the B&B products and didn't care for them much at all... Thought I'd give a couple more of them a try and found a winner with this one. This shampoo works well with my hair type (long, color-treated, fine and lots of it). Very subtle scent, rinses thoroughly, didn't strip my hair, HUGE lather from a small amount of product. It's on the expensive side but considering how little I used, it's going to last a long time so in the long run that makes it not so expensive after all. Love the bottle (see-thru, very important to me so I know how much is left) and a perfect shape, size, and dispenser (easy-to-use and doesn't drip or waste product). I'm very pleased with this B&B product !

Mascara -Elizabeth Arden - Double Density Maximum Volume Mascara

I wasn't that impressed with this mascara when I first started using it -- seemed just...regular... But the more I've used it, the more I like it. I'm not sure I will re-purchase -- not sure it's THAT fantastic... I initially purchased it because it's one of the few "high end" mascaras that is available in black/brown and I don't care for black; I have fair skin, light hair, and very pale blue eyes. Black mascara just looks too harsh and hard to me with my coloring. I tried the Ceramide first and didn't care for it at all -- much to globby and gooey. This is a little "drier" and doesn't clump up. My lashes stay soft and pliable (big plus); it's very easy to remove (washes off); doesn't flake or smear. Lots of good points but nothing real stand out about it... The brush works well with the formula but neither the brush nor the formula impressed me with any WOW factors. Later: Okay, I've been using this exclusively since I purchased it several months ago. The more I use it, the more I like it. For me, it's the best mascara I've found since they quit making my all-time, nothing-comes-as-close mascara (MaximEyes). The brush is decent (not NEARLY as nice as the MaximEyes), the product's formula is wonderful, take-off is easy. I purchased a couple more to stash -- since these manufacturers seem to always discontinue a product once it becomes a favorite !!!!

I bought the (EXPENSIVE!) travel size of the shampoo, conditioner, and spray treatment from Sephora. The shampoo didn't impress me all that much BUT used in conjunction with the conditioner and spray treatment - WOW! BEST EVER! These products are expensive, but like most pricey products, a little does go a long way. The more I've used the shampoo, the more I've come to like it. In the beginning I felt it striped my hair; left it a horrible tangled mess. With time and use it's not feeling so dramatic that way. I don't notice any odor from any of the products. The conditioner is absolutely terrific - light-weight, fantastic de-tangling (my biggest problem), NOT greasy. The spray treatment adds a long-lasting "coating" to my hair (again, not greasy or heavy). My hair is very shiney, very smooth and NO TANGLES - I can brush right through it (what a relief!). I re-purchased the full size products when I was about halfway through the travel-size. I recommend that you at least try these products. ***LATER*** I'm changing my ratings on these three products -- after using them for about 2 weeks all the shine is gone from my hair. And I have VERY shiney hair. Back to my usual and favorite ol' stand by hair care....

I really like this product. I received a sample with an on-line order and immediately ordered the full-size tube. Long, fine but lots of, straight, color-treated hair that can become a very snarly tangled up mess -- this product detangled beautifully & kept the whole mess in order until the next washing. Keep it AWAY from your roots/scalp or it makes your hair look greasey / dirty. I didn't notice any type of odor. A little goes a long way :-)
