Hair Color -Garnier - Nutrisse Permanent Creme Hair Color

Not a permanent dye. Nearly entirely washed out in less than 4 weeks - greys popping out after 2 weeks. I used some medium brown shade - can't remember the name now. I liked it at first - but very unimpressed with how quickly this dye rinsed out of my hair. Natural Instincts had longer-lasting coverage - but not using NI since they changed their formula. Still searching for a good hair color.

On the fence on this one. PROS: Didn't experience any skin purging or breakouts Don't mind the scent - smells like France to me Doesn't cost an arm and a leg Recommended to me by some credible people - real-life people. People I talk to in my real life (as opposed to this virtual world here - not to say you aren't all lovely). CONS: Is this stuff doing anything? *sigh*
If you're wearing stage makeup, clown makeup, or just reliving Dynasty around your house someday. Cold Cream will get it off. I'd probably still use eye makeup remover, though. Thick stuff. Serves its purpose.
MAYBE - I'll buy this again. Been using it for a few months - the improvement to my face has been minimal - barely noticeable - reduction of redness and some sunspots - just barely - and maybe due to time, not to the product. The product is a very nice consistency, and a good sunscreen. I've been wearing it daily on my face and neck. I realize those few days when I forget it - because I get a little rosy in the cheeks. Will I buy it again? I don't know. It's not doing what it says it will do - reduce sun damage to skin (maybe nothing can do that) - but it does do a nice job protecting skin from the sun as a sunscreen. Scented - yes, this may be bothersome. Keep it out of your eyes. Another sunscreen -without any promises to reverse anything that's already happened to my face - might be my next purchase.
118B Natural Medium Caramel Brown This color is reddish - no surprise - but read reviews with many problems with this particular color. I know that panicking can lead to premature rinsing of haircolor which can lead to brassy results since the product is lifting color and not yet depositing color if it's rinsed out early - so I decided not to worry and try it out. I have medium brown hair - usually dye with a demi-permanent color. Results - ---Very hot at the crown - a wee bit orange-ish. ---The rest of the color is fine. Warmly brownish auburn. ---STINKY. With dry hair - the lighter roots than ends is not terribly noticeable - though I worry it's going to get funky when my darker roots grow out. But I'll just re-dye it with another color of another brand (Colorsilk or Natural Instincts)
Meh. Just another reason I should never, ever buy anything without checking here first. Not pigmented - bah. Primer doesn't help -in fact the shadow gets worse with primer. Revlon makes better shadows.
Bought it because 1) Wanted to try a gel liner 2) It was cheap MADE IN CHINA That's why it's cheap - should have known better - not so fond of putting Chinese-made cosmetics on my face. But I got to see what gel liner is all about - I learned to use eyeliner 25 years ago with a PENCIL - sometimes softening it with the flame from a Bic lighter (anyone else?) so the idea of eyeliner in a pot was intriguing. Good for trying it out - like the effects - not great - clumpy - the brush is crap - will toss it and purchase a higher quality, non-Chinese-made eyeliner.
It's easy to rate cheap products highly because they're cheap. And it's hard to be disappointed when you're only spending $3. Not a bad color. I'm not disappointed with the results. Though the color fades quite a bit. I used medium brown - which was considerably darker than my light brown hair color - but 2 weeks after coloring my hair is light medium brown - much lighter than the box - and very natural looking. Hair is in good condition - no complaints about being harsh on hair. If I wanted a result the shade on the box, I would be disappointed. That said - if my hair looks natural and grey-free, I have a hard time complaining. And I only spent $3. Giving it 4/5 because I don't look like a movie star. And can't hold a box of $3 hair dye to impossibly high standards. Will purchase again - probably multiple boxes when it goes on sale. How can you go wrong?

I can't believe I bought something with "Hillary Duff" in the name and liked it! Thanks to the reviews here - you did not steer me wrong. Amber-ish. Vanilla-y. Warm and spicy. Not too sweet or fruity. I'm not a perfumey person. Used to wear essential oils: rain, patchouli, amber, sandalwood. Feeling like I should grow up a bit. Trying some perfume. Lovely. Really.
I always thought putting food on my face was just a gimmick. Hello! Yogurt. Plain full-fat, already in my fridge so what the hey, I'll try it. LOVELY. A heaping tablespoon. 10-15 minutes. Very nice, soft and cool skin. Will do this regularly.

Love. Love. Love. I saved tons of money by not purchasing the $20+ "face primers". I don't wear makeup everyday - or a lot of makeup - but this is handy to have when I want my face to last all day in the humid hot summer air. Can't beat the price. Thank you MUA!!!!!

I was doubtful about this color - so I waited until it was on sale and a had a dollar off coupon. So I spent about 2 bucks. Nice shade - was worried it would be too light, shimmery next to my brown eyes - but not bad. I use it as a base color. Neutral. Subtle. No regrets with this purchase.
Bought on sale - tried it - hated it - threw it in the bottom of a drawer. In the past few months I have been using them as a base for other shadows and getting some nice effects. Like it as a base -not on its own.
Better than DHC Deep Cleansing Oil: Doesn't sting eyes Smells nice - lavendar Washes off eye makeup as well as or better than DCO Cheaper Good stuff.
