Cleansers -E.L.F. - Studio Makeup Remover Cleansing Cloths
rated 3 of 5

I like these cloths for removing my eye makeup. I think that the cloths are thick enough, very moisturizing, and very good at removing my makeup. I do not trust any removing cleansing cloths to fully remove my makeup, I usually wash my face after use. The only thing I have a problem with are they burn my eyes. They REALLY burn my eyes, and adding water to rinse my eyes only make it worse! I thought that it was just the pack that I used, but every pack I have make my eyes burn. For that reason, when I finsh the packs I have bought, I don't think I will be repurchasing.

Lotions/ Creams -Bath and Body Works - Dreamy Vanilla Woods
rated 5 of 5

I love vanilla scents and this is my favorite BBW scent ever! It was apart of the fall/autumn 2012 line. I would describe it as a sweet vanilla scent with a woody/musk undernote. It isn't too sweet and sugary. This would be my signuture scent, if it were still available for purchase. I wish they would make this permanent, or at lease available on there website. I hope that BBW releases it again Fall 2013, I will stockpile bottles of this stuff!!

Polishes -Revlon - Gray Suede #705
rated 4 of 5
greenelady 12/7/2012 12:20:00 AM

I think that this is a great nude color. On my skin tone (medium dark), it is a nude color with a pinkish undertone. I am puzzled about the name of the color, there is no gray in this polish at all! Overall, I like this color on my complexion, and I love that it is super affordable.

Eye Makeup Remover -Avon - Moisture effective Eye makeup remover
rated 4 of 5

I bought this product after hearing someone rave about it. At the time it was on sale for about 1.50, I figured it was worth a try. At first I didn't know how to use it. I poured a generous amount on my cotton and tried wiping it off. I hated it! It got everywhere, especially in my eyes and stung like nobodys business. Plus it left me with cloudy vision for a couple of minutes!! UGH! For some reason I decided to try it again, this time using just a little bit. I put a couple of drops on the back of my hand, took a little and rubbed it on my eye lid. I wiped it off with a make up remover wipe and it worked like a charm!!!! It takes everything off and leaves the eye area feeling moisturized, and not dry and tight like others I used in the past. I like that you only need a little, I have just noticed that I am running low on the first bottle I bought about a year ago. Good thing is, Avon is always running sales on this, so it is easy to stock up on. I still manage to still get a little in my eyes, and still some times have cloudy vision. It claims to be optomoligist safe, so hopefully no harm is being done. So untill I find another eye remover with better results, I think this will be my holy grail remover.

Eye Shadow -Maybelline - Expert wear eyeshadow- Nutmeg
rated 5 of 5
greenelady 10/7/2012 1:23:00 PM

I had a coupon to get a 2 dollars off of a maybelline eye product to use and went to my nearest Target to redeem. I have never really been a fan of Maybelline mascaras and eyeshadows, but I wanted to use my coupon. This shadow got my attention, I thought it would be a great transition or crease color for my complexion, and for the dollar and some change I paid for it, thought it was at least worth a try. It is a bit too dark as a transition color, but I LOVE it as a crease color. I find my self using this to start off any eye look, regardless of the color. Depending on the shade I use, this color can range from deep brown to a deep plumy burgandy. I am so glad I decided to give this shadow a try, It will be a staple in my make up collection.

Hair -Shea Moisture - Coconut & Hibiscus Curl Enhancing Smoothie
rated 4 of 5
greenelady 8/29/2012 2:53:00 PM

Let me start of by saying my hair has no curl to it at all, it is kinky and coily. With that said, I was not looking for this to enhance any curls for me. What I was looking for was a good moisturizer and this does just that. When first using this product, I was very disapointed that it leaves a white film on the hair when first applied, but I found that it disappears after a couple of minutes. I have used this when two strand twisting my hair, and I have also used as just a styling agent. I like the way that it makes my hair feel, it leaves it feeling soft and moisturized. I usually use the Coconut & Hibiscus Curl Enhancing Hold and Style mist to dampen my hair, then I use this product to moisturize and seal my ends, they both work well together. As I mentioned before my hair has no curl, but I do notice my ends do form little springy coils when I use this. Okay, so to wrap up. I like this product, I see my self repurchasing it, and I am curious in trying all the other products in the line.

Treatments -Giovanni - Direct Leave in Conditioner
rated 5 of 5
greenelady 6/12/2012 11:24:00 PM

I LUV this leave in!!!! It makes my coarse, thick, natural hair so soft, moisturized and detangled. This is like my holy grail leave in, I can't comb without it. I love that it is made of natural ingredients, and I don't need alot for my hair. The only thing that I dislike about this product is that when I first apply it, it leaves a white film on my hair. Once it soaks in, then it vanishes, but it makes it hard for me to use when I am on the go. I have tried other leave ins, but they never live up to my beloved Giovanni! As long as they make this, i will buy. I am on the look out for a gallon size of this stuff!

Gels/Soaps -Unlisted Brand - Dr. Woods Pure Black Soap
rated 5 of 5
greenelady 4/3/2012 10:44:00 PM

I use this as my face wash and it works excellent for my skin. I have very oily acne prone skin and after trying everything in the book, thought I would give this a try. It has done wonders for my skin. I still get the occasional break out, but my skin is still not as bad as it was when I was using products specfically for my skin type. I love that this has no harsh chemcials and is natural. I also love the amt of product that I get. I can get a huge bottle for under 20 dollars and it last me a LOOOONG time. I see this being my cleanser of choice for a very, very, long time.

Eye Shadow -TheBalm - Shady Lady Caught in the Act Courtney
rated 5 of 5
greenelady 4/3/2012 10:33:00 PM

I got this color in a set that I purchased at Marshalls for about 10 bucks. I have never tried TheBalm products before so I did not know what to expect. This color is a dark chocolate brown with gold sparkles and I thought was comparable to the darkest shade in the WNW confort zone Palette. After using this a couple of times I have come to say that I frickin love this color! It is the perfect crease color for my skin tone. It is not too dark, and is very buildable and blendable. I find myself reaching for this color daily, and it works perfectly with my UD Naked Palettes. I purchased this WAY cheaper than what it usually retails for, but I would repurchase this at the regular price anyday!

Eye Primer -Too Faced - Shadow Insurance, Anti-Crease Eye Shadow Primer
rated 5 of 5
greenelady 3/15/2012 11:17:00 PM

I used to hate this primer! Everytime I tried it my eyeshadow slid and creased! I vowed to always use my beloved UDPP and never use this again. My, how things change!!! I bought a Too Faced travel set and it included a mini Shadow Insurance. I threw it in my travel bag with a mini UDPP I had just in case I ran out and needed a alternate. One day and I was in rush and had to do my makeup in the car and grabbed this primer. My shadow lasted ALL DAY on my super oily lids! I was amazed! I thought maybe that was just luck and tried it again, Same thing. I instantly fell in love! The thing that I found I was doing wrong is not giving it time to set. If you put this on and let it sit on your eyelids for about 30-45 seconds before putting on your shadow, it will make it last 8+ hours. I now alternate using this and my UDPP and I am happy I gave it another chance.

Palettes -Urban Decay - ROLLERGIRL Palette
rated 5 of 5
greenelady 10/18/2011 10:23:00 PM

I have been wanting this palette for a while, and when I saw that it was on sale on the UD site, I had to get it! I orginally bought this for the color Suspect, Darkhorse and the Whiskey liner. Woodstock and Verve caught me by surprise though. I thought I would never get any use out of them, but they are suprisingly wearable. Woodstock goes on sheer and is very buildable. On my darker complexion Verve is more of a silver with a sexy golden sheen. The lip gloss is a sheer hot pink shade, not overly bright. This can be worn everyday, or amped up for night. I think this is a good addiction to any UD stash!

Eye Shadow -Wet 'n' Wild - Color Icon Trio - Knock on Wood
rated 3 of 5
greenelady 8/30/2010 7:44:00 PM

I was never really a fan of WnW products, but after purchasing some of the discontinued palettes and falling in love with them, I wanted to try some of the newer products. I was looking for a good everyday neutral palette so I choose this color. I honestly have to say that I don't care for it much. The colors just don't flatter my skin tone, or even show up well for that matter. I keep using it trying to get it to work for me but I have just come to the realization that this does not work for me. I may just keep trying b/c I hate to waste money.

Eye Shadow -L'Oreal - Wear Infinite Gilded Bronze
rated 4 of 5
greenelady 8/30/2010 7:29:00 PM

This is a staple in my makeup stash. I love bronzy colors on my skin tone and this really flatters mine. It appears as a goldish-bronze color on me but still looks beautiful. It can be worn with so many colors or alone with eyeliner. I think that it is a great summer/fall color. I have very oily eyelids and with UDPP this stays on all day. I have had mine for a very long time now, and it still has a good texture. I have so many other eyeshadow shades that unfortunately I don't get to wear this as much as I would like, but when I want to do a easy quick eye this color always comes to mind. I would definitley repurchase.

Lip Gloss -Milani - Buzz Worthy Lip Gloss
rated 4 of 5
greenelady 8/30/2010 7:20:00 PM

I got this at CVS a couple of months ago for 75%. I don't remember the names that I got but I got a nude and a pink color. I really like this lip gloss. It applies very smoothly and moisturzes well. The only downside is that it can leave a sticky feeling on the lips and I am not sure that I would have purchased it at the original price. Other than that a very good everyday lip gloss.

Lip Gloss -C.O. Bigelow - Mentha Lip Tint in Pink Mint
rated 5 of 5
greenelady 8/30/2010 7:13:00 PM

I love these glosses so much that I have my sister buying them! I have these in many colors but pink mint is my fave. I like that it adds a (very) slight tint of color and is so moisturizing! It does not feel sticky when applied and last a very long time. I also love the cooling tingle that it gives my lips, just be careful of applying if you are in a cold climate! This is one of my go to glosses that I grab when I am out and about and I will keep repurchasing.
