I was having some problems with cystic acne on my back, and sometimes neck and chest. I had tried some other AHA body washes and BHA lotions but they were just dampening it done, not getting rid of it. I I started using this, and after half a bottle was able to stop using BHA lotion after my shower (big $ saver). I also gave it one go with this stuff on an exfoliating glove. Now my back is alll clear! The bottle is big, (375ml) and you only need two pumps to do your whole upper body. I wet my back, lather it up a little with my hands and let it sit as long as possible before rinsing it off. (It doesn't foam well as I don't think it has the nasties in it.) You can also use it as a face cleanser which I sometimes do.

Moisturizers -Unlisted Brand - DermaVeen - Protect Daily Facial Moisturiser SPF30

I has tried Dermaveen cream for the body and thought it was great. A few months ago i saw that that they also made a facial moisturiser. I thought that i would give it a whirl since an efficient moisturiser plus good SPF is my HG! After trying a lot of high and medium end moisturisers with a built in SPF from Clinique, Paula's Choice, Kosmea, Aesop (non SPF), Nivea, Etc etc I have to say that this is my favourite. I am now on my 2nd tube. Although it goes on a little white, a gentle but thorough massage of face and décolletage make it settle in easily. It is fragrance free. It moisturises very well, it has an SPF of 30 and is made with colloidal oatmeal so is soothing on irritated skin. It is also cheap enough (AU$13:99 at Chemist Warehouse) that you can use plenty and get the full SPF. As someone like me with very fair skin who needs sunscreen every day this is a bonus! It also comes in a handy tube that can be chucked in a bag for travel or the gym. All in all a winner!

Gels/Soaps -Burt's Bees - Radiance Exfoilating Body Wash

I was having breakouts on my back due to hormonal changes and was trying to find a gentle yet effective cleanser. After trying several washes and soaps I bought this product hoping that the "exfoliating" description was true. It was. This wash did everything it said on the bottle and more. While low sudsing, it gave a gentle yet thorough clean to my whole body, without the cheap and nasty suds from SLS. I would apply it to my back first, suds it up with my hands and then leave it while I washed the rest of me. It is definite a chemical (fruit acids) and not a physical exfoliant - those jojoba beads weren't doing anything! But used daily it made a huge impact on the number of clogged pores, acne and oiliness on my back. The only problem is that in Australia it costs $20 - $25 a bottle, and you do go through it. I have been trying to find its (cheaper) equal to no luck. At least I knowl what I want for Christmas! ___________________ Review: March 2013 While I really like this body wash I think I have found my HG exfoliating body wash in Skinstitut's L-Lactic Body Wash! (see my review)
