I never thought I would like anything from rimmel until I found this foundation. I was watching Tanya burr on YouTube and she raved about this product... And here I am raving about it too. As a reference I'm an NC30 and my match was soft beige. It's a perfect match!!! I seriously didnt have to buy 2 bottles to mix to get my perfect shade. What I love about this product is it really hydrates my dry skin. This foundation makes my skin look dewy and fresh. I don't have to use my caudalie rescue creme when I wear this foundation. What I also love about this product is how easy it is for me to apply with my brush and the pump! Omg! I hate foundations without pumps because I find it so unsanitary when I have to open, and expose the product to air constantly. Anywho I love this product and I'm glad I bought it :)
Omg!!! I have orgasm, super orgasm and deep throat (hmmmm that sentence sounded very kinky lol) anyways deep throat is by far my favourite. I'm glad I got this during the sephora 15% off sale because it was well worth it. I would've paid full price for it to be honest. It's almost the less sparkly, more pinkish version of the orgasm and super orgasm blushes. I find that on my NC30 skin it shows up very well and I dont don't have to put much on my cheeks to get the colour to show. This NARs blush has really amazing colour pay off.

I have pretty dry skin which has been a problem since university. If I forget to exfoliate my foundation will sit on top of the rough dry patches on my face. But with this product my face actually looks dewy and healthy. I apply it after taking a shower... Just a pea sized amount but oh my goodness it makes a huge difference. It works so well for my slightly dry skin that I sometimes cannot use this product everyday or else my face looks too oily - which is totally new to me. But for you who have dry skin this is a must have.

I'm the type of person who is very sensitive to smells of facial and body products... And to me I couldn't get over the fact this smelled like curry / meat / sausage ... I can't describe it... But it smells awful :( I tried a little sample of it from sephora and took it home to try... Holy guacamole!!! I thought I could stand the smell after I tried it on... But I couldn't... I wish I could say I tried it more than once but the smell was terrible. If they changed the scent I would try it again but for now... No thanks.
I have to say that I'm not a huge foundation person. I don't get Blemishes or acne, I don't have scars but I really like this foundation. I found it was easy to apply this product on my face using the sephora mineral brush that the sephora salesperson recommended using. For reference I'm an NC30 but I found the Fiji was too light but the Punjab color was too dark... So I ended up mixing both colors together. The price is pretty steep for $44 Canadian, But it's well worth it. I was a bridesmaid wearing this foundation and it rained Cats and dogs... but my make up stayed put. My only Complaint about this product is the packaging ... I wish it had a pump instead of a regular bottle. But I bought the pump from the official nars website and I'm just going to replace the screw on top with the pump top. The pump you can buy from the nars website for under $10.
Mascara -L'Oreal - Voluminous False Fiber Lashes Black Lacquer
graceybaby8 4/13/2013 11:12:00 PM
This mascara was OK. It lengthened my lashes but it didnt make them more voluminous. It smudged a lot and it didnt hold the curl very well. I won't buy this again.
Waste of money. I'm so glad I bought the sample size version from sephora. It didnt really do anything for my lashes and flaked off very easily. I looked like I had little black freckles on my cheeks... It smudged and didn't keep the curl... It was a complete disappointment. Benefit should stay with blushes and powders and stay away from making mascaras.... They're not very good at it.
I'm so glad I bought the little sample sephora had for 10$-12$ instead of buying the full size product. First of I have medium length but straight lashes. I don't have a hard time curling them but it really depends on the mascara I'm wearing. And this product was a big fail. First it clumps your lashes together and weighs them down ... So even if you had a nice curl going it would make them straight. Omg. And it smudges like there's no tomorrow. I looked like a sad panda 3 hrs after applying this mascara... Major no no for me. What a waste of $$$...
My cousin bought these eyeshadows for me as a little present and I'm so glad she did! I'm from Vancouver Canada and we don't have inglot stores anywhere near my city :( so when I finally got to try this product I'm so hooked! The colour payoff is worth it and they're also very vibrant! I don't know how much my cousin paid for these but I hope she didn't spend too much.
So I'm trying to learn contour and bought this product on clearance. What a waste of money! I'm an NC30/medium plus which doesn't make me super dark skinned or light skinned But This barely showed up on me! i Also had to scrape off the top layer of the powder to get any product. Such a disappointment! Never buying any bronzers from physicians formula again!
Cleansers -Bioderma - Sensibio H2O (aka Crealine H20 Solution micellaire)

I love bioderma sensibio h2o!!! I've already gone through about 5-7 bottles of these over the many years I've bought this product. This is my favourite cleanser!!! It feels so clean and fresh and doesn't dry my skin out. It removes all the makeup and dirt and eye makeup from my face and neck. It leaves my dry face so soft, without the tightness I sometimes feel with other cleansing products. I use this every night :) I get mine in Canada for about 22$ before taxes. I'm not sure if this is available internationally though. They also come in travel sizes :)
Eye Primer -NARS - Pro-Prime Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base
graceybaby8 4/1/2013 1:10:00 AM
I have slick lids that somehow gets oily throughout the day. No matter what I do, no shadow, liner or mascara stays on... They always smudge! But no more! I'm so glad I found nars eye primer! I was a UD primer potion user for many many many years and I thought that's was the best because I had no other choice. I also tried too faced shadow insurance in all of their types from the original to the lemon drop and that made my eyelids oiler!!! NARS beats all of those brands! Somehow with their formula my eyeliner stays and so does my mascara! No more smudging for me! My only complaint is the packaging. I was it was a squeeze tube instead of the Dow foot applicator.
I'm not wow'ed by this product. It's more of a lipstick than a lip balm. It's very drying and you need to apply lip balm underneath to prevent your lips from cracking. I generally don't have dry lips and never really needed lipbalms to keep my lips moisturized but holy heck does this suck the moisture out of my lips :( I'm not impressed. It requires you to keep applying lipbalms/lipgloss on top of it, if you hate that cracked lip look. Not worth the money IMO. Not worth the hype.
I'm love all these new lipgloss/balm/lipsticks in one products and I must confess I buy all of them. I didn't like the revlon lip butters as much as the majority did, but I LOVE maybelline whispers!! I have pin up peach - which was ok (it covered the natural pigmentation of my lips) and rose of attraction - which I Love!!! It's very moisturizing and pigmented, it left my lips kissable and non flaky. It had more colour payoff than the l'oreal lip balm but less drying than the revlon lip butters :)
I'm so disappointed with this product because I love benefit as a brand - I love benetint and cha cha tint! But oh my... I tried this on at sephora hoping that I would love it... Unfortunately soon after the sales associate taught me how to contour and use bronzers my face began to itch. It was pretty weird. I don't really have a sensitive face but man oh man this product made my cheeks itch :( and it also left me with a yellow contour to my face. I'm an NC30 / medium plus with MAC and I could really see the yellow / almost muddy colour to where the SA had applied it to my face :( very disappointed for sure. Im glad I didn't buy it.
