!!! WOW! I have never ever heard of putting evoo on your skin, especially combination skin like mine (a few pimples, some dry spots). This stuff is amazing and so cheap and convenient! It makes my skin even, soft, smooth, and glowing. It even made my few acne scars fade and my pimples have all disappeared, which even prescription cream hasnt been able to do for me! i cant believe this has been in my kitchen this whole time harboring these secret beauty properties! definately recommend trying it.

Fragrances -Clean - Clean Provence

I am actually really surprised by the negative reviews of this product. I love this scent and think it is definately the best of the Clean fragrances, the others of which I agree smell like bathroom cleaner or laundry detergent. Also, I feel the need to say that I generally dont like citrus fragrances, and often have a hard time finding spring and summer fragrances that I like. However, this is so incredibly light, airy, delicious, and surprisingly sexy. Also it is also definately a perfume for blondes, I think it would be odd to wear this as a brunette (which I am half the time). Finally, I definately disagree with the previous reviews in that it has no staying power. The staying power of this on me has been AMAZING, actually has the most staying power of my favorite perfumes (Lolita Midnight, L de Lolita). This was for me what I had hoped Dolce and Gabanna Light Blue would be.

Fragrances -L'Occitane - Honey & Lemon (Miel et Citron) [DISCONTINUED]

I really wanted to love this. However, the initial blast of fragrance is overpowering and reminiscent of citronella candles (the ones that keep the bugs away). It dries down to the exact scent of L de Lolita Lempicka, which is my HG fragrance, but not quite as pleasant or complex. An hour and a half later, it was completely gone, no fragrance left at all. On the plus side, it is not very expensive, and the bottle is huge. Overall, I wasn't impressed.

Eyeliner -Stila - Smudge Pot in Black

LOVE this eyeliner. It is one of those special products that one can't live without and others simply cannot compare to. The little pot looks small, but it goes a very very long way, and I've had my pot for 2 years I think, using it almost every day (whether or not this is hygenic, I'm not sure, but I haven't noticed any difference in quality or consistency yet). The staying power is absolutely amazing, swimming resistent. It is amazingly versatile, and capable of being applied thick, thin, subtle, dramatic, clean, smudgy. The perfect black liner for any time or place.

Lipstick -Revlon - Moon Drops Lipstick (all shades)

I really like the moondrops line from Revlon. I love that the color can be applied heavily or sheerly pretty easily, and I love the shades that are available. I have this in Blase Apricot, and I love the color, it somehow brightens my skin, accentuates my lips, and brings out my green eyes all at the same time. Love it.

Lip Gloss -MAC - Plushglass - Angel Cream

Love this gloss. It really is perfect for all occasions, whether running around for the day, wearing a fleece and jeans, or going out at night. Perfect pink color, perfect shine, perfect coverage between that of a lipgloss and lipcolor. Smells delicious and makes my lips look slightly fuller without the pain of Lorac Super Hot lip plumper.

Blush -Cover Girl - Cheekers Blush

Great blush, just as good as the sephora brands. Usually I prefer liquid or gel formulas, but I really love this blush in Classic Pink and Precious Pink(more of a peachy, like Benefit's Georgia)

Self Tanners -Bath and Body Works - Strike Gold

I bought this at CO Bigelow on sale over the Christmas break, and I absolutely love it. The color is the PERFECT shade, not too brown and not too orange. It looks very natural, not like I self-tanned but rather like I have naturally golden-olive skin. I've used other self-tanners before, my former favorites being Loreal Sublime Bronze and Neutrogena Build-a-tan, but this is definitely the best I've tried. I look so glowy and healthy even though its dead winter, and I even apply this to my face and it doesn't make my acne-prone skin break out. I should say that I naturally tan easily, and my skin reacts well with self-tanners, so I rarely achieve the orange look even with lesser self-tanners, but I would imagine that this one would work even for paler-skinned girls.

Fragrances -Yves Saint Laurent - Paris

I love Paris by Yves Saint Laurent. Prior to this perfume, which I got for Christmas this year from my mom, I had never owned a floral fragrance. I tend to be partial to "sexy" and "sweet" fragrances, often with vanilla or anise notes in them. My hg is lolita midnight, but i also love valentino v and l de lolita lempicka. Anyway, I thought this might end up being a bit old lady smelling and not the boy-friendly of fragrances, but I was wrong. I love the classic rose scent and how classy and feminine I feel while wearing it. This has opened me to florals, I think my next may be Ce Soir Ou Jamias (sp?).

Lip Gloss -NARS - Turkish Delight

I was looking for a really flattering pink that wasn't too reddish (not very flattering on me) or too pale (makes me feel like I look like a pornstar). This gloss was PERFECT. Perfect color, shine, texture, consistency. Would definitely repurchase, although it is a bit expensive (I tend not to splurge on lipgloss)

Hair Color -Garnier - Nutrisse Permanent Creme Hair Color

FANTASTIC color. Although I am only 17, I have been dying my hair, both myself and at the salon, for a few years now. I have been all over the spectrum, from dark brunette to platinum blonde, and have tried nearly every brand at the drugstore. Last night I used medium mahogany on my own pale blonde hair, and it worked wonderfully. It turned exactly the color I wanted it to, a medium-dark, rich brown with gold and red shine. I have been receiving compliments all day, and my good freind chelsea exclaimed "its so chocolatey!" That said, I think that there is not nearly enogh dye provided in a box, as my hair is not particularly long ( a little past shoulder length) and I usually have no trouble with the amount of dye in other brands, and yet there almost wasnt enough to cover my entire head. I also needed 2 boxes to acheive the intense results that I was after. Just a few words of wisdom: leaving dye on hair longer than the recommended time is usually a good idea ( more drastic results, truer color and tone). Washing dye out of hair before the recommended period of time is NEVER a good idea.

Tried this at c.o. bigelow and very much like it. Very light, feminine seductive, and almost sparkling. Like 7-up carbonated sparkling. odd but i liked it. Problem was, I was looking for a heavier, burbury-esque fragrance for fall, and i already have lolita midnight, which this kind of reminds me of but i like lolita better. P.S. I love anise in scents, which I think is part of the reason I am attracted to this one.

I personally am shocked by the relatively good ratings of this fragrance. Oh my god i tried it at c.o. bigelow and almost gagged it was so horrible. I like smoky, i like woodsy, i like different and complex. This was just a mixture of bo and chanel no.5 and rotting meat. ugh. will never buy this. in fact, if i so much as see the bottle again i will probably run away screaming.

While I do not personally own this scent, i am completely and totally in love and devoted to it and plan to purchase it in the very near future along with tabac blond. To me, this perfume is pure european glamour. My half-aunt and godmother is a native parisian, as was her late mother, and last summer i stayed with her for 3 weeks in her flat. Her mother, who to me was the epitome of glamour, was wealthy, decadant, a model, and wor royal bain de champagne religiously. In fact, the fragrance proved so powerful that when my grandfather left my aunt elisabeth's mother for a beautiful austrian airline stewardess, aka my grandmother, he asked my grandmother to wear rbdc as well. Although she was not happy, she complied. What better revenge on an ex-husband than to have him long for your scent? I can only describe this scent as gorgeous and very special, sparkling and slightly fruity, which are actually not usually my taste. However, I feel like it is a beautiful fragrance with a beautiful history and i will be purchasing to start bewitching some men of my own.

Fragrances -Lolita Lempicka - Lolita Lempicka Midnight

I am a huge fan of Lolita perfumes, and Midnight and L de Lolita tie for me. When I am in a sweet, flirtatious mood i go for L but if I am feeling more sultry, mysterious, or am just plain seductive i reach for Midnight. It is a beautiful and unique fragrance similar to the original, however I like midnight so much better. The licorice/anise comes out stronger in the midnight, which really works with my skin and I feel kind of balances out the sweetness. This would be appropriate for a woman of any age, just dont be surprised when you are being showered with compliments and inquiries! The only place I wouldn't wear this to is probably work in an office, although i will admit that i am guilty of wearing this to class when i know a hot guy will be there.
