Very similar to collosal, but 10 times better. I was skeptical about the curved brush but I think this is actually what makes this mascara so amazing as it seperates and gives me the 'millions of lashes' look that I love. You can also achieve a really natural big lash look with just one coat as there is practically zero clumping. After 3-4 coats my lashes are thick, volumised, long and false looking without the dreaded spider leg effect other thickening mascaras can give.

For every amazing thing about this product theres sometimes a downside. The range of colours is fantastic (im an NC35) but the colour changes after a couple of hours. The coverage is good, but if your not carefull it can give you the 'mask effect'. It evens out skin texture and minimizes pores consequently blocking them and causing breakouts. Has a nice semi matte finish which lasts for all of half an hour. And then theres just the downsides, It is almost impossible to blend with fingers. It can sometimes go quite patchy if you blend too much, even if a good primer and an 187 brush is used (areas on the face appear to have no foundation whilst others are caked in it?!) A finishing powder is definitely needed. Can sometimes be quite drying. BUT.. Coverage is great and when you get it right it looks totally amazing. So even though this is a pretty hit and miss product, i'd recommend giving it a go because when you see the possible finish it can give, it's pretty easy to overlook all the bad points.

This is good, but not HG status. I feel that if you want a powder mineralize skinfinish natural is wayy better or if you want a foundation just go buy the liquid version of this. It just seems like a bit of a pointless product to me, also i wasn't a fan of the texture because to get good coverage it made my face look and feel cakey. If you haven't got perfect skin texture, i'd give this a miss as it can settle in pores and fine lines around the eyes. Finish was nice (semi matte) but after a couple of hours shine started to appear on my t zone.

Pressed Powders -MAC - Mineralize Skin Finish Natural - Medium Plus

I love love love this. No matter how much you apply you never look cakey or powdery. I apply it every day using a 182 brush to finish my foundation and it makes my skin look flawless. It evens out my skin texture reducing the appearance of my pores which, for me, is the best thing about this product. Im usually the type of person who has to have a completely matte face, no shine or glow anywhere, but this has totally changed my opinion. It adds a natural glow (not shimmery or shiney) and i completely love it! Im an NC35 for reference, i think this colour would probably work great for skintones NC25 - NC35 possibly up to NC40.

This does absolutely nothing for my lashes. No volume, no length, no nothing, it just makes them black. If you want a natural, no mascara look than this would be great, just don't expect it do anything it claims, especially if you like your eyelashes thick and volumized. I also find the consistency quite thin and watery, making it really easy to get it all over your eyes.

I don't know what happened, but after just a couple of uses this cracked and the surface all broke off?! I couldn't exchange because i bought it in the states and i live in England. Regardless, it's the most natural colour bronzer i've used for my skintone (NC35) and also, it's not too shimmery. I use it mainly in the area under my cheekbone as a sort of contour and a light stroke just above the temples. I probably wouldn't repurchase again due to the fact that it broke up so easily without me even dropping it.

Some of what i've said might not make sense because i originally posted this under the instant rewind creme but then realised that i was actually talking about this instant rewind, not the creme one LOL. LOVE this! I've been on the search for a good foundation foreverrr! i never bought a foundation twice because i was never completely happy with it until i tried this one. It gives me the flawless skin finish ive been searching for. It glides on smooth and hides all pores and blemishes, it has buildable coverage without been cakey which is the main problem i've been having when using other foundations. It is fairly shiny but all you need is a sweep of powder and your good to go. This is definatly my HG foundation. The only thing is, the American one is different to the english one as i bought one in Hawaii when i was on holiday, it's slighly thicker, but i think that's because i bought the Instant rewind creme. The normal instant rewind in America is probably the same as the one you buy in England and i do prefer the normal one ever so slightly because it's more of a liquid (but still creamy) so therefor on my skin it blends better. The instant rewind creme is still amazingly good though :)

I absolutly HATE this mascara. 1. It didn't do any of what it claimed, my eyelashes were definatly not thick or volumised. 2. It stayed wet for ages. 3. the huge brush didn't get right down to the roots and made me get mascara ALL over my eyes. 4. It irritated my eyes and believe me my eyes are definatly not sensitive. 5. My eyelashes looked nothing like Eva Longorias gorgeous ones in the ad and i know she had lash inserts but i can usually get mine pretty close by using maxfactor masterpiece. Basically it was a complete waste of money and in the end i just chucked it in the bin which i have NEVER done in my life, even if i've hated a mascara before i've been able to make it work or put up with it untill i can get a new one, but this one, just made my eyelashes look terrible. The most annoying thing is how it makes your eyelashes look thin and sparse and i don't mean to sound cocky but my eyelashes are really thick. If you like the thick false lash look then this is definatly not the mascara for you. The only half decent thing about it is it's got a nice pigmented black colour but that is literally it.

i fell in love with this mascara the first time i used it. It gave me thick, dramatic lashes that were very black. Just the way i like it. I continued to use and love this product but like many others have said, after just a couple of weeks use it began to dry up and clog around the brush and i quickly became more and more dissapointed. Don't get me wrong, it's a great mascara, it just doesn't last very long which is annoying as there is actually still loads of product in the tube :will definatly repurchase though.

I actually really like this mascara. After reading the bad reviews i was put off buying it but then decided to anyway and i am really glad i did. Admittedly the brush can be a bit hard to master at first but after a few applications it becomes alot easier. Also the amount of product the brush picks up can just stick your lashes toether but ive found that if you use an eyelash comb or another mascara wand (i use maxfactor masterpiece) you can easily seperate your lashes and make them long and defined. This definatly isn't the mascara for you if you like a natural look, but if, like me, you LOVE over the top, fake looking lashes this is perfect. Lippy off because it takes a while to dry, therefore you get those annoying little black splodges over your eyelids.

I really didn't like this product. It just left a big SHINY, not dewy, mess all over my face. Although, after reading these reviews i can see why people would like this as it does give a nice coverage. It just didn't agree with my skin.

This is the best foundation i've ever used! it gives full coverage and turns my bad complexion into flawless perfection so my skin looks like something of the cover of vogue. Even though the product has a few downsides i would definatly recommend buying it if your after perfect skin. The ONLY downsides are that it creates shine so alot of powder is needed, it can rub of quite easily and the colour selection is quite limited. but please don't be put off it really is the best foundation out there for the money!

i really like this foundation. It's probably the only one i've ever bought more than once! it gives a good coverage without being to cakey. The only downsides are that it gives the most horrendus shine if no powder is used but that might be due to my oily skin, and secondly, even though it claims to last 16 hours it really doesn't, and has to be re-applyed throughout the day. i would definatly recommend this product if you are looking for a medium coverage foundation suitable for daily use.
