I bought this brush a year ago and still use it every day to apply loose powder and blush. Whether I use an extremely pigmented blush (such as Desire) or something more subtle the result looks great, as if I'm naturally glowing. It's practically goof-proof! Despite the steep price, I would definitely buy this brush again if anything ever happened to it.

Polishes -NARS - Bohemia

I was surprised at some of the low ratings Bohemia has gotten. I love this polish! It is a bronze and pink-mauve duochrome and the purple chrome is very evident (and beautiful) when it hits the light. Overall, I'm very impressed with the wear that I get with this polish. Usually I have to polish my nails twice a week, but with this I can go a week with just some tip wear. Tip: I have had problems with this nail polish staining, so I always put on two layers of base coat before applying this. I would definitely rebuy, despite the steep price!

Top/Base Coats -Qtica - Extending Top Coat

I am surprised that this top coat hasn't been reviewed more! It is simply amazing. It keeps my fingernails shiny and chip-free, even if I use a low-quality nail polish. Unlike another reviewer, I had no problems with dry time. In fact, I usually finish off my manicure with the Qtica Half Time Polish Drying Accelerator, and I am able to use my hands worry-free in just 10 minutes. Although Seche Vite is also a popular topcoat, I would have to recommend Qtica. There is label on Seche Vite topcoats that states "This product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm." That is not something I want to be putting on my hands! That is why I use Qtica - it works fabulously and I don't have to feel bad using it.

Polishes -Wet 'n' Wild - Saved by the Blue

When I bought "Saved by the Blue" for only one dollar I was not expecting such a great formula and brush. The color went on evenly and became opaque in only two coats. The brush was also easy to maneuver across my nails. After topping this with Qtica topcoat I had no chips for five days. A winner!
