I bought it 4 years ago and it is still not done ;) I love it. It is the perfect matte bronzer, I alternate it with my Nars Laguna. It is buildable and is perfect with any skin shade

Blush -BeneFit Cosmetics - Coralista

It is a blush that goes well with everything and is really universal. A lot less in-your-face then NARS Orgasm. Use it all the time.

I love this highlighter. This and moon beam. I put it on my jawbone and rub with my finger. I only give it 4/5 because sometimes it does move my makeup ;(

BB Cream -Maybelline - Dream Fresh 8-in-1 BB Cream
glowww333 12/26/2012 5:03:00 PM
I like this BB cream. I think there is too much hype about them anyhow, but if you need a quick |rub and go| on your face this will do it. I don't use a moisturizer with it because my skin is oily. I often use it as a makeup base if my makeup does not offer full coverage.

Eye Makeup Remover -Neutrogena - Oil Free eye makeup remover
glowww333 12/26/2012 4:59:00 PM
I do not feel much for this product because I remove my makeup best in the shower with a gentle soap. It is a good makeup remover by all accounts and because it is oil free, you can use it with eyelash extensions. I think this product it a fool proof product you can buy and enjoy. I think they should make it a 1-2 cheaper, though.

Powder -Make Up For Ever - Duo Mat Powder foundation
glowww333 12/26/2012 4:57:00 PM
I will not repurchase because powder foundations do not work for me. I have a lot of very very fine hairs on my face and powder foundation just goes on top of them and I look like I have flour on my face ;) however, this is a great product, I still use it on top of my liquid foundation when I want extra strong hold (all day events). It is smooth, pigmented and not chalky. If powder foundations are your thing, I for sure recommend.

Liquid -Urban Decay - Naked Skin
glowww333 12/26/2012 4:23:00 PM
I will buy this product again because it is a great shade and because my husband loves the finish of it (he is usually repelled by matte finishes). I also put it side by side on my face (half/half) with makeup forever HD foundation (my fav) and 3 of the makeup artist at Sephora preferred this side. I apply this over a primer (must do that, it's too runny) with a Sephora Pro Airbrush Makeup Brush (the gray one) and it blends pretty good but requires more blending to prevent streaks, I think that people applying it with their hands or a sponge may get too much product on their hands and go through the bottle faster. I am always applying with a synthetic makeup blending brush and I love it. I set with powder, just a bit. It is also a must with this foundation and with my oily skin. I never know if a foundation breaks me out of not because I usually have acne that comes and goes but in a few weeks of use i did not notice anything out of the ordinary. I also use it with a darker BB cream as a foundation to deeper the color a bit becase 3.0 is perfect on me but I am just a bit too pale for my liking. I must use a bronzer with it all the time. I am just one of those people who look sick when pale. The staying power is OK. It is definatelly not a super thick long wear foundation but it is buildable and the finish is just a perfect dewy skin. You look look like you have much less foundatuon that u actually have on. Go get a sample from Sephora and look at the foundation during the day under different lights. You should always do that anyways.

Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Baked Eyeshadow
glowww333 12/26/2012 4:07:00 PM
I know it is supposed to be gold but in my mind it is orange-gold. Anyways, it is the best color of eye-shadow I know of. I am pretty sure it will work with any complexion, unless you have very yellowish skin because then you can go into yellow overload. I got mine in the NAKED palette (original) and soon enough it was my go to color. Do you know how they have like Sin colored everything the the Urban Decay line? I wish there was Baked everything! I use it to save any make-up look. Do you know when you are just smudging and blending eyeshadows hoping it will end up well but it doesn't go as you pleased? just through in some baked on the lid or as blending color and voila! you all of a sudden look like a good makeup artist after all. I love it and I will repurchase. color payoff is as good as it gets. It worked well on me when I was NC30 and works well when I am a pale NC20. This color benefits most from a primer because it is very pearly.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Deep Truth
glowww333 9/6/2010 12:57:00 AM
Deep Truth is a part of MAC's perminant colection: a frosty dark/medium true navy blue. I used to be discontinued some time in 2008 and when it came back it did come back a little less easy to blend and therefore, requires work. At first, I was frustrated with it and now, 2 years later, I am totally inlove and I want you you to be too, so here are a few suggestion of you to rock it: 1. as a liner using a wet brush to create a precision line or a smudge brush for a more smoked eye line 2. with MAC woodwinked e/s all over lid and Deep Truth outer V or in the crease 3. My fav: dark base all-over lid, deep truth on top (reall pack it on) than smoke it out to the crease with MAC cork and for that extra w-o-w effect: cover the lid with silver/monochromatic fine glitter - it will blow your mind! I have green eyes and blues forever bring out the red in my allergic eyes (allergy sufferers - beware!) so I recommend everybody who has this problem to put anti-allergy drops in your eyes before you use it. This color will work very well with brown/black eye color and could be a bit tricky for people with other eye colors the trick it to mix it with soft browns like kid/cork or even medium brown. Will repurchase!

Eye Shadow -MAC - Glitter Brilliant - Reflects Antique Gold
glowww333 9/6/2010 12:47:00 AM
I paid a lot for this glitter since it was discontinued and I do not have access to mac pro. so I had to but in on ebay and i am not at all sorry! If worn over black carbon or any matte color it creates the sought after wet effect that spells out sophistication and glam without the clown inspired glittery looks that scare us all. If used it fix+ (which you should, if u do not want fallout) it stays on forever and I do not really get fallout. Use a wet synthetic brush and pat it on, rather than brushing it on and there should be no problem getting it to your lids.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Gilt by Association
glowww333 9/6/2010 12:36:00 AM
Yes! Yes!! YES!!! I would repurchase this limited edition black and gold eyeshadow when I run out (even if it will be in 5-10 years from now, there is a lot of product and it is very pigmented). As described it is a black with lots and lots of gold in it which swatches as olive gold. It is suitable for daytime and nigh time look and could be worn alone without any other colors. For a drop-dead gorgeous sophisticated look I put a NYX dark brown jumbo pencil, Gilt by Association all over, MAC goldmine in the tearduct and than foil MAC antique gold reflects all over... OMG! It created the best nightime look, bold yet sophisticated and purely amazing. There are not a lot of shadows on the market which when people see they scream: WOW. this is one of them. The only shadow that comes close to it is NARS Galapagos, which is the same golden shimmer on a very pigmented chocolate brown. Anyhow folks, if you can lay your hands on this - grab it and never let go!

Eye Shadow -L'Oreal - HiP Bright Duo - Flamboyant #538
glowww333 9/2/2010 11:47:00 PM
Like all l'oreal HIp e/s the color combinations are weird, but they work. they focus a lot on colors that are opposites on the color wheel or compliment each other in some way which you haven't thought of before. so when I say this combo, judging by how much I crave for that perfect purple, I bought it and was mega excited about coming home and trying it. One shade is a lemony-gold shimmery and very pigmented. The other is a matte purple which is awfully not pigmented. I love the color but i cannot get any payoff out of it on my NC30 skin. I noticed that with some drugstore brands you get different results with the same product in different pans, but that much different? dunno. To swatch it on my figure I has to rub it 10 times! something just ain't right with that purple, I am telling ya, although it may have just been with mine. I use the gold to pair it with NARS Strada and the result is W*O*W so the gold is a winner for me. The purple color gets a 1/5 and therefore, an average rating of 3 lippies.

Eye Shadow -L'Oreal - Wear Infinite - Morning Light 805
glowww333 9/2/2010 10:49:00 PM
2.8g of a pearl frosted eyeshadow in a white/creamy color. I've had this one for at least 5 years and I don't use it much now, but I used to use it for many many years! I've used it as a brow highlight and I must say it has a wonderful payoff for a cheap shadow. It is very similar to MAC Vanilla Pigment but in an e/s. It could be used as a brow highlight, inner corner highlight, all over color and highlight. It does have some micro gold shimmer which will naturally make it suitable for people with neutral/warmer/olive skintone but i don't think it won't suit cold skintones, just might not fit as much as a blue white frost like MAC Avalanche. Highly recommended.

Eye Shadow -Yves Rocher - Luminelle eye shadow
glowww333 9/2/2010 10:38:00 PM
I bought this eyeshadow in Europe for about 6euro in #74 Rose Sucree (medium pink) and #76 Pistache irisee. They are all made in France and they have this oval packaging (the best for eyeshadow I've ever had) and they are wonderful. Very shimmery and creamy but not annoyingly so. Since they are very pigmented, they go on to create this wet effect. The two shadows, being a medium pink and a pistachio green blend very well and look like an easy artistic look. If the colors weren't so basic that it would create doups in my collection I would have gotten every single one of them. Now, I know that some people here criticized it as being bad, but I think that maybe the formulation is different in the US because mine is just heavenly in terms of color payoff. One last thing: somebody here said that you have to invest a lot of money for good e/s - I must say it is not always the case. I have Nars and I have e.l.f - a good brand and a good product formulation is good or bad regardless of the brand. swatch everything and I mean every shadow you buy inside your hand (pale side) to see how it will look on your face in winter time and on your palm to see how it would look when you are tanned.

Eye Shadow -NYX - White
glowww333 9/1/2010 10:27:00 PM
I have 2 NYX whites. One I bought 2 years ago as a part of a trio (3 round pots) and it sucks. It is blue-while like chalk, not creamy and overall a crappy waste of money. the other one is the square one that you see on the photo here, purchased in Canada in august 2010 in a store that just opened up. The 2nd e/s is AMAZING! nothing like the first one. I was looking for an NYX dupe for MAC jeso and I think that this is so much better in many ways. It is very very slightly a creamy-white that looks like total white but when goes on the skin, since non of us is totally white, compliments the skin so much more. It is very pigmented, creamy application and stays on well. I use it over any primer or over a flush of white pencil. I paid $5 canadian for it in Rexall. Tip: if applied with a web brush it applies like a paste and dries so well it stays put forever. To sum up: don't buy the round old white, but the new white which is actually not complete matte, it is very slightly satin and makes a huge-huge difference between total crap and HG white. I hope it helps, and hi to all the canadians on MUA.
