This is my I dont have time to put on makeup paintpot. I am an NC43 so this is a shimmery version of my skin color. It gives my eyes a nice sheen & lasts all day.I cant put this on & a swipe of liner & im out the door. It makes an excellent base too. Indianwood will always stay in my bag.

I went into MAC with no intention of buying this color. I was on a mission to get hibiscus & get out of there. But we all know how that goes. It was color love at first sight. I love a pop of teal for summer makeup especially on the lower lash line. But this color is a teal green color that is vibrant. I dont think anything I have seen online does it justice. If you love teal you must have this. T he only thing I hate is the ugly packaging but it nothing a depot cant fix.

Lipstick -MAC - Lipstick in Hibiscus

I am head over heels for Hibiscus (TODAY) lol. It is an orangey red that gives me the impact I have been looking for to get on the orange lip trend. It is kind of sheer on my pigmented lips but it still gives enough color impact without saying stop what you are doing and stare at my lips. I evewn got a wow you look sexy from hubby so this is gonna be my staple this summer. It has a place in my bag right next to vegas volt.

I love this color. It reminds me a lot of For Audrey by China Glaze but this has a little more green to it. i love the small shimmers in it.

Lotions/ Creams -Olay - Quench Body Lotion Extra Dry Skin

I really like this lotion. It is very moisturizing for my dry skin. It makes me look glowy with all the tiny mica particles in it. I love the way it makes my look. The smell doesn't bother me at all & my husband seems to really enjoy it.

I love love love this palette. This is my go to palette for everyday. I adore the concept that they have 3 matte & 3 shimmer shades. I was very skeptical when I first bought this but I could not be happier with it.

This stays in one of my premade no brainer makeup bags that I can just throw in my purse & do my makeup while hubby drives to our destination lol. The colors & pigmentation are beautiful & very soft & neutral on my darker skin.

Styling Products -TRESemme - Fresh Start Dry Shampoo for Oily/Straight to Normal Hair

I genuinely like this product but it is my first dry shampoo so I might be a little biased lol. I think I enjoy the smell the best. I think you have to use the product properly to make it work. I am mixed race so i use this when I flat iron my hair. I make sure to shake the bottle well before I spray then I lift the top sections of my hair & spray little bursts on the underside vs spraying the hell out of the top of my head. I only spray the roots & then brush the product through my hair with a boar bristle brush to work it through properly. I have sprayed to much before & my hair was a mess. My hair is bright red & I have black roots & when I do it properly they is not hintsof white anywhere in my head. I love the smell of this product it smells like washed hair. I think as with any product you just have to know how to use it properly to acheive optimal results.

Palettes -Urban Decay - Summer of Love

I love this palette. I love even more that I got it for 15 dollars. Chopper has got to be my favorite color in this palette. I love smog too but im 3 for 3 with in UD palettes (naked, show pony & this one). I love UD but they really are kind of repetitive with palette colors. The glitter really doesnt bother me I just spritz model in a bottle as soon as I finish my shadow & fall out it minimal. This is a keep in the car palette for me. I know I can quickly put a look together with this. My only complaint is I wish Maui Wowie was replaced with a more matte highlight color. That would have taken this palette from beautiful to outstanding.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Satin Taupe

This was my first MAC shadow. I absolutely adore this. I have to say this is MAC at its best. I have tried to find dupes for this but they are never as smooth & creamy as this shadow. On my darker skin it works for a subtly smoky look during the day if I use a bronzy brown on my crease. I like it because I can just carry a black shadow & smoke it out & I am instantly drink ready. I use it religiously & I will be repurchasing when I run out.

Eye Shadow -NYX - Walnut

Walnut is a coppery reddish toned bronze with a metallic finish. The color on NYX website does not do it justice at all. It is gorgeous on my NC43 skin tone. I use it on my cheeks as well as on my lids. It makes me look like I spent a week on the beach. It pulls a little red on my skin which makes it look like a believable tan color for my skin except it is shimmery. It makes me feel like a deeply bronzed goddess. I dont think i could make it through summer without this. If you are around my skin tone I urge you to try it.

Blush -MAC - Pink Cult

I had completely writen off pink cult as an ashy dirty looking blush too light for my NC43 complexion until I saw the fancy face blogger Tina wear it in a look. It showed up as a soft barely blushing pink. I had to have it. Lucky for me MAC still had it online. I ordered it & when it arrived I had second thoughts again but as soon as I swatched it I saw the soft pink look I had been looking for. It looks amazing with my cargo bronzer. Without my beloved Makeup Community I would have completely missed out.

Crème -Graftobian - High-Definition Glamour Color Creme Foundation

I wanted to love graftobian. I really did. 5 colors for 23$ I knew I couldnt go wrong. I am an NC43 so I purchased the pallete in warm #2. Desert sand & golden sunset were perfect colors for me depending on how much sun I get. The other colors provided a highlight/concealer & contour colors. I love the way it looks on my skin. It blends in flawlessly. My only complaint is with my oily skin that the next day my pores were clogged like no other. I was so dissapointed. I will be saving this for special occasions but I cant wear this every day.

Concealers -Hard Candy - Glamoflauge Concealer

After all the glowing reviews. I had to pick up this product from Wal Mart. I wasnt exactly sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised with the consistency. I have small creases under my eyes ( thanks genetics even my 4 year old brother & 2 year old daughter have them :( ). It covered up my discoloration but settled into every little crease so im still on the hunt for the perfect undereye concealer. It is amazing at covering up all the hyperpigmentation left from acne & eczema. I love the fact that the have the liuttle pencil. I use it to line my waterline 7 then put UD midnight cowboy liner over it & its my instant AWAKE look. I can't complain about purchasing this product, it may not be my HG concealer but it is worth a try.

I don't use pencil liners on my upper lash line because they never stay due to my heavily hooded lids. I use it to smudge across my lower lashline & i think its a beautiful alternative to black. It seems to have better staying power than the average liner. The color is an amazing color & I bought it to replace an eyeliner in high school I used to wear by Mary Kate & Ashley (don't judge lol im from a small town). If really makes my brown eyes look amazing & very work friendly.
