Cleansers -Clean & Clear - Makeup Dissolving Foaming Cleanser

Many people are saying this is comparable to the Lancome remover, which I personally have never tried. Although, the packaging does look surprisingly similar to the "Take the Day Off" makeup remover by Clinique. I saw this in the drugstore in a pack with the cleansing wipes, and since I adore the Clinique one, wanted to try it. I loooove it, it's the exact same as the Clinique one at a fraction of the price. It has a slightly oily residue, but it doesn't last long or can be washed away immediately. Highly recommended and is my new HG makeup remover because it's essentially the same product as my old HG at a much lower cost.
Primer/ Corrector -Urban Decay - All Nighter Makeup Setting Spray

I agree with the hype 100%. As many others for this product, I have oily skin in most areas of my face. I work in a high-heat restaurant environment and my make-up is the least of my worries. I do come in contact with people, so I don't want to look like a complete slob. My make-up was incredible after work & now I use it everyday!! It even allowed me to use some of my foundations that were lower-end because it eliminated the oil/shine factor. It reduced my oil/shine by 100%. Great product, worth the price and the hype. I only use 1-2 sprays though, instead of the recommended 2-4. It works just perfectly :)
I completely agree with the positive comments on this product. It cost me about $3.49 at my local Wal-Mart and it was just bought on a whim because I have the Pineapple Enzyme mask, which is quite useful as well.. although, it is not so much as a mask as an exfoliator. I really enjoyed this product, it may sting your eyes the first time or if you apply it to close to your eye area, but please give it a chance!! It does have a strong salicylic acid content, so if you have any blemishes or open zits, it will sting but it does help the process of healing or masking the scars. Definitely recommend.
Lipstick -Maybelline - Moisture Extreme in Cool Watermelon [DISCONTINUED]

Basically, this lipstick is GREAT. I got this on sale from my local Wal-mart for only like $1.87 plus tax! This colour looks just like a very bright pink, but it almost has an orange-y tinge, making it like a coral! If you wear it down, it goes to a nice pink, and then it fades out into almost a nice reddish shade. It's a very versatile lipstick. BEST OF ALL? It smells just like those watermelon candies and if you accidentally taste some on your teeth, it's not as atrocious as other lipsticks either! Definite recommendation to anyone looking for a fun summer lipstick, for a great price!
So, this product is great! Like another reviewer had mentioned, which I give her a million thanks.. is that if you live in Canada, try the London Look Precision Sponge first! It's the exact same look with just a more pale pink colour and it's only $9.00! Love both of these sponges for amazing flawless application. Also, Shopper's Drugmart carries the "Quo Deluxe Foundation Sponge" and it's a big oval padded elastic-y type sponge, and it's so high-quality for $2.50
Best quality for the price. It was about $5 for a "Face Facts" kit (3 eyeshadow, bronzer, blush, this primer, sponge-tip applicator, blush brush.) So this would probably only cost about a buck or two on it's own. Although, it has not yet been released in a larger form, which is VERY disappointing. I would buy this primer for sure! It would maybe cost like $6-10 dollars in a more regular-sized tube, but believe me it lasts forever and it works like a charm. Extremely comparable to UDPP or Too-Faced Shadow Insurance. The only thing that is different, is that it's more of a gel and doesn't provide any coverage so possibly wearing some foundation first would definitely give you that flawless eye look. Go grab this at your wal-mart or CVS while they are here for the christmas season!! Keeps creases away and holds your make-up all day.

First off, really good quality for the price. At my local wal-mart, this cost approximately 2-3 dollars. The product's packaging is not exactly typical, but I actually have grown to like it. It keeps your lip tint really clean unless some of the other pop-cap designed balms. It's great because you can take the whole lid off if you want to use a lipbrush or your finger on-the-go. I have it in the colours that look like berry and peach. Amazing, and they have a bit of a distinct taste, which is why I only gave it 4 lippies. Although, it is SUPER moisturizing, reallly good. I could definitely wear this with no chapstick, it's really smoothing as well. I definitely recommend buying these if you can get your hands on them!
Powder -Sephora - Tricks of the trade Mineral matte setting powder [DISCONTINUED]

Best product I've ever bought from Sephora. Based on the other reviews, it's a really reliable and you get a lot of bang for your buck. Where I live it costed around $18, but I checked out MUFE's HD powder in the "travel" size which was reviewed to be plenty, was $16 and was at least a third of the quantity. So, I picked this one and am stunned. It's amazing! I have such oily skin and this one definitely controlled it, and it looks like I virtually have no pores at all. Also, your skin feels waaay softer to the touch, which I love! BUY THIS LADIES :)
This product is mediocre. It will definitely get the job done, in terms of hydration. I bought this product because I liked the idea of getting a 2-in-1 usage. It was extremely pigmented, but the colour didn't really suit my tastes. It was a bit pale and it showed up a little wish washy. There certainly are better chapsticks, especially when plain ones would be my choice of the two. Although, if the colour works well for you, this is a good product and an added bonus.
This product was a lucky choice for me. I was just looking for a new eyeshadow colour for the summer and I came across a lovely looking package. The colour was strongly pigmented when I tested it on my hand and so I tried it out. It's the perfect colour and has flecks of shimmer that really show off your eyes. As the other reviews collect, it will work with any skin tone/eye colour/hair colour. My ultimate favourite now!
Treatments -Aveda - Tourmaline Charged Radiance Fluid

Contrary to what some others say, this product greatly improved the appearance of my skin. It helped absorb the oil in my t-zone which was a huge concern for me. After applying, I feel confident in not even wearing foundation or concealer. It feels a bit cool and thick or even sticky, but it dries within seconds and gives you an amazing soft finish, especially within the cheek region. I love this product, it's quite expensive though.
Eyeliner -L'Oreal - Carbon Black Lineur Intense Felt Tip Liquid Eyeliner
glam21 6/15/2010 2:13:00 AM
Need a new eyeliner? This is the one to get! I always have had troubles applying make-up, especially liquid eyeliners. I am no makeup guru but EVERYONE can use it if I can! It's gives an amazing line and you can start out with a really thin line or work your way up to a thick dramatic wing or cat-eye. It looks fantastic, and the colour is actually there, unlike a lot of other ones. The felt tip applicator is so much easier than a normal wand and its so easy and quick. Good luck ladies! Amazing product, definite repeat purchase.
Primer/ Corrector -Sephora - Effaceur de Maquillage / Makeup Eraser Pen
glam21 6/15/2010 2:02:00 AM
This product is really unique I found. Pros: - It effectly wipes off any mascara/eyeliner traces or smudges. - It comes in a convenient sized package. - It's easy to come by and can be picked up from any Sephora. Cons: - It leaves a bit of an oil streak but you can wipe it off and it goes away. - It may be a bit costly for average people. ($9-12) - It gets dirty after the first few uses, but still works effectively afterwards.
I find this product getting tons of mixed reviews. This product is great for different purposes. It's a really fun sparkly black and it sometimes even comes off as grey. A downside to that is if you want that really dramatic look. It depends on what you are looking for. It's a bit pricey to use only once in a while but if your planning to use it as a eyeshadow-eyeliner its amazing! You can use a liner brush and wet it a tiny bit and just glide it on your upper lashline. Try it!
Mascara -Maybelline - Full 'N Soft Mascara Waterproof
glam21 5/26/2010 7:52:00 PM
This product is great for girls who have THIN eyelashes. The thing that seperates this mascara from every other one, is for lack of better words, it creates a "feathery" look. It really allows your eyes to be widened. It's a pretty good product, although for clubs or night looks, it may be better to go with a more dramatic mascara. All around good product for school, work, walk in the park, etc!
