Liquid -Avon - Ideal Flawless Invisible Coverage Liquid Foundation SPF 15

This felt like it just laid on my face, and in fact looked mask-like. It also made my face very oily in just a few hours. I am returning it.
I love the product in general- these apply smoothly, and stay on all day. That said, I took off one lippy for packaging- I hate the fact that the cap does not fit on the end of the pencil. Also, the black liner turns navy on me in a few hours. Not the end of the world, but worth mentioning. Overall, a good product at a reasonable price. As someone else noted, they should be discontinuing them soon!
I had been wasting my money on cheaper eyelash curlers, and was finding it difficult to find replacement pads for them. So, when I had a 25% discount at CVS I broke down and bought this one. I'm so glad I did! It curls SO much better, and the curl lasts a long time. Plus, it comes with replacement pads, and I would imagine pads will be easy to find when I run out. I haven't been this happy with a new beauty purchase in a long time.
I liked this at first, but it quickly became dry and clumpy. You could not be fast enough with the eyelash comb to undo the clumpy mess this makes of your lashes. I threw it out after a few weeks.
I am kind of a facial mask junkie, and I have been using this one for years. Cheap, and feels so great! Tightens my pores, and just makes my skin feel and look better. I have not really noticed a sulphur smell, but that may be because I used to wear a sulphur cream to bed for acne so perhaps this just smells so much better than that. I highly recommend this if you have acne or oily skin.
Pressed Powders -YBF Cosmetics - Neutralizing Pressed Powder

I became a big fan of this after I impulse purchased it while watching HSN. The yellow shade is truly neutralizing; I use it over my concealer and it just blends right in. I have tried a few other products from YBF, but this is the only real winner I've found so far.
Styling Products -L'Oreal - EverStyle Volume Root Lifting Spray
gint518 4/7/2012 1:07:00 AM
This product gave my fine, straight hair tons of volume. The only down side is the smell- it smells kind of old ladyish to me. But I can live with that if it works!
I am a scrub junkie, so I really wanted to like this. As another reviewr noted, this can feel like sand paper, but I don't consider that a bad thing. My problem is that is smells like lemony bathroom cleaner to me, so I just can't use it. It's been relegated to the back of the closet for emergency purposes.
I still have oily skin a 50, so I am always trying new cleansers. I really like this- it helps keep my skin clear. It is too drying during really cold weather, but we haven't had much of that in the Northeast this year, so I have been using all winter. I would recommend,
I love the tea tree facial cleanser, but I'm not crazy about this. The beads are REALLY big, and don't feel very effective. Not a bad product, just not great. There are much better scrubs.
Concealers -Sally Hansen - Natural Beauty Inspired by Carmindy - All Over Brightener

Unfortunately, I think this has been discontinued. It is surprising how much this brightens your face when used under the eyes. Really works well. Of course, I just recommended it to my sister, and she's addicted too, so it looks like I'm going to have to buy it all up online!
Primer/ Corrector -L'Oreal - Magic Lumi - Light Infusing Primer
gint518 2/29/2012 11:15:00 PM
I, too, tried the sample in Allure magazine, and loved it! I just use it in the center of my face, under my makeup, to give me a nice glow. Not sparkly like some, it doesn't make me break out either, which is just great. It does seem to be moving off the shelves pretty quickly, but I bought mine at CVS, where I got $5.00 in extra bucks for buying two, and used 2- $2.00coupons. So not too bad pricewise if you get it on sale. And you don't need much, so it should last. I am so excited to find this product- I have been looking for something to replace the Agnes B product I had loved years ago. This is pretty close.
This may be oil free, but my skin didn't look that way. It looked oily and way too shiny. I returned to Sephora.
Primer/ Corrector -Clinique - Pore Minimizer Instant Perfector
gint518 6/25/2011 12:27:00 PM
I received this as a sample, and am now a customer. Not sure it does much to minimize pores, but it is a great primer for oily skin. Very nice!
I ordered in the lightest color- Lighter than Light- and it was still waaaayy too dark for me. Too orange too. Looked nothing like the color shown on Sephora.com.
