Moisturizers -Cetaphil - Moisturizing Cream

Works well with my skin. I have extremely oily skin, oily to the point that I have to blot every two hours if I just wash/use regular oil-free mositurizer--it will even get my hair oily in summer months! If my skin is really misbehaving (oily and starting to develop milia-looking bumps on my forehead), it does not need to be stripped clean, it needs to be moisturized! Anyway, I have found that if I use Ponds to take off my makeup and put Cetaphil on after, my skin settles down in about 3-4 days. I do not use it under my makeup unless it is only on my cheeks and jawline when my skin looks a little red--it's just too greasy for anywhere else under makeup. I think the extreme oiliness of my forehead/nose/upper cheeks is due to sensitivity-- kind of like my skin is making a ton of oil to try to protect itself. I still use oil control products during the day, but Ponds/Cetaphil has helped so much. I have read about women using EVOO and sweet almond oil for this as well -- I will try that next. I know it seems counterintuitive to put something oily on top of oily skin, but if your skin sounds like mine, give it a shot! It's better than your makeup sliding off before you even make it to work.

Nice floral... I love the way it smells hours after I apply it. Definitely a warm floral.

Cleansers -Neutrogena - Clear Pore Cleanser Mask

This is perfect for the hormonal acne that flares up on my chin area. I use it as a wash daily during the summer on my chin area *only*, and I use it as a mask around those times when it tends to flare year round. I have used it on my nose area before when I have been sweating outside and my nose ends up looking like an oil slick, but not a lot b/c it seems to irritate the sides of my nose occasionally. I use it in combination with a SA product (the rest of my face doesn't seem to like BP--see my other review). I hope they never discontinue it!

Cleansers -Neutrogena - Deep Clean Facial Cleanser

This product works for my oily/breakout prone skin in the summer-- but only on my forehead, cheeks and nose. For my chin, I have to use a BP wash (The Clear Pore Mask/Cleanser works well for me there). The hormone-related chin acne does *not* like the SA at all! But the BP for the rest of my face makes me too scaly. Why does it get a 4 instead of a 5? I can't use it all year-- in the winter I dry out pretty bad when I use this more than twice a week.

Cleansers -Cetaphil - Gentle Skin Cleanser

I have skin that tends to break out, and this does nothing for it. It won't make things worse, not really, anyway, but it just won't make it better at all. I prefer deep clean from Neutrogena if I am having any kind of breakout issues.

Best color ever for warm weather! Looks good with my very light skin at the beginning of summer, and still looks good with a tan towards the end! Just a fun hot-pinky pink that makes me think of being at the beach.

Blush -Lancome - Blush Subtil Sheer - Sheer Amourose

Bought this for the great GWP. Never would have picked the color myself, the salesperson recommended it. Most natural blush I've ever seen on me (NC15ish, brown hair, hazel-brown eyes). The price nearly gave me a heart attack (30 bucks for blush?), but I don't have to use much, so I think it will last a long time.

Self Tanners -Jergens - Natural Glow

The store was out of L'Oreal Sublime, so I tried this one. I have yet to see what it will produce, but I don't care if it gives my a St. Tropez tan (which I doubt), the smell is not worth it. Never again.

Tinted Moisturizer -BeneFit Cosmetics - You Rebel Lite Tinted Moisturizer SPF 15

I love this, especially in hot weather. I have combination skin, but as long as I am cleansing properly AM/PM, I have no problems with breakouts while using it. A little goes a long way. I let it set for a bit, blot any areas with a tissue that look too shiny, dot a bit of foundation-as-concealor on any problem areas, set with just a *touch* of powder and go! It gives my very pale skin a glowy, even look-- if you like a matte look, I would skip this. If you have fine lines/dryish areas, try it-- you might be pleasantly surprised!

Self Tanners -L'Oreal - Sublime GLOW

This product works well on my pale, practically transluscent skin. The glimmer it gives does not bother me, it seems to mask those pesky veins better. I read about dark feet on here... I have this problem with my ankles, knees and elbows. I just put whatever regular lotion I have handy on those spots before the self tanner... that with exfoliiating with a loofah the next AM seems to help. Best one I've found yet, but I want to try Malibu Hemp next week... I love a bargain, especially if it ends up being a HG!
