Blush -Tarte - Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush in Dollface

I bought this shade along with mini sized bronzer in Park Ave Princess. Getting a full size Tarte blush in my country is quite expensive so I thought, I could try the mini versions and see if I like it. As I write this review, I am still undecided whether I like the blush or not. I mean, it is a okay product but the 12 hour claim is overrated in my opinion. When I tried this on, it lasted for 4 hours, or maybe less. Right now, I bought another one, full size this time in the shade Amused. Reviews say that brighter colored blushes of this line tend to last longer. I have not used this one yet but will definitely report on that as soon as I tried it.
First off, this is expensive! I spent Php1,500.00, equivalent to about $35. And for a blush that is pricey, I have high expectations. I thought this blush seems to be what others claim it to be, but boy I was wrong. Sure the packaging is cute, it smells nice, it is branded but these do not matter if the product does not live up to one's expectations right? Shimmers make the pores bigger than they really are, not pigmented, functions like a highlight on my NC32-35 skin tone. Thinking of selling it.

I got this from an online store. I do not even know if this is locally available in my country ( I live in the Phils) so I don't think I will be able to buy again even if I want to. This product is okay, I mean I will not be able to give justice to it because I do not use this on a regular basis. The only thing that I dislike about this product is the smell, smells like old plastic.
I will not buy this product again just because I want to try other day moisturizers that has SPF. This product claims to re plump, tauten and illuminate skin but honestly, I could not tell the difference. I liked this product and mostly use this on days when I am too lazy to put foundation on. What I do is moisturize my face with this and put concealer, cheek tint and lip gloss and off I go! This product works for me on those days.
I love the packaging. I love the color selections. I love the idea that tones/colors are identified through the caps. I got these in make me pink and tinted taupe. I use the make me pink more coz lately I have this thing for pink/mauve lipsticks. Just like the other comments, it has this certain smell, definitely not clay (play-doh) but something that I can live with. And yes, I will be getting more of these because I get them cheap, like less than 2 dollars each from where I live!

I got this as part of the smarteokey quad eyeshadow and mascara set. I was excited to try it on because it has this beautiful ash gray color with a hint of metallic color. But the excitement died down when I started to notice that the liner smeared on my lower lashline..urrrrgggghhhhh! what a shame! colorstay they say? i don't think so.. =(
Powder -Maybelline - Mineral Power Powder Foundation

I am not into powder foundations. I find them messy and in my opinion, don't deliver the kind of coverage I get with liquid ones. I was just curious and wanted to try mineral make up so I went ahead and got this for myself. The only time I use this product is when I'm in a hurry or don't need to put a lot of make up. This is something I can live without, obviously.
This was part of a Maybelline Mineral foundation and concealer set I got. I guess there's nothing special about this finishing veil, but the fact that it's mineral (meaning it's supposed to give you benefits), is an advantage. =)

I had this (tester) in true beige and I LOVED it! It's like I am not wearing any foundation at all. I am NC35, btw. It just unfortunate that this shade (true beige) is not available in my country.
The best part about this product is the pump! I never appreciated liquid foundations with pump until I bought this one. I have this in 05 natural beige, which is a bit dark on my NC35 skin tone but no biggie. I just set it with a powder lighter than my skin tone to balance the color. But make sure that you do not overdo the setting of the foundation as the dewiness effect of the product will fade. This product is easy to blend, doesn't feel heavy and instantly transforms my face from camera shy to photo ready! LOL Another great foundation from my favorite drugstore brand, Revlon!
Lipstick -Maybelline - Mineral Power Lipstick in Chestnut

It is LOVE at first sight.. I know a good color when I see one. This lipstick is soooooooooo amazing. Not drying, not overpowering, just the kind of color I wanted and is closest to my natural lip color. I have this in Raisin, Chestnut and Shell Nude. And did I say this mineral lipstick line from Maybelline is great?
This is my first high grade liquid foundation. I got one in NC35. This shade looks a lil bit dark on my natural complexion but it even outs it anyway so no worries on that part. The only thing I don't like about this product is that my skin tends to be oily, which hasn't happened with my previous foundations like Rimmel, Cover Girl and Maybelline. Overall, because of its popularity, I give it a 4. As for the price, I find it expensive.. around 35 dollars in my country. But hey, what the heck.. MAC is MAC!!!!
I SOOOO Love this product! Really Red is THE red lipstick for me. I love its texture, not drying and definitely not cakey. I also like how the color fades from striking red to red orange as the day progresses. This color compliments most of the skin tones as I had it tried on by my office mates. And guess what?? They all went straight to buying one after our shift.
