I was trying to find a lower cost replacement for Lancome's Rose Reflect. This is it. A cool toned rose with a shimmer. Absolutely beautiful. Let's say I go max seduction with full on deep smoky eye. Put on a big red lip and you look like a circus clown. Put on Revlon's Softsilver Rose. Perfect. You be killin' it.

Eye Shadow -L'Oreal - HiP Metallic Duo - Electrified

L'Oreal hits a home run. Mid range price, lame but adequate packaging. But inside, wow! Pigment rich light silvery beige and shimmery plum. Beautiful! Other than price and packaging, can't tell the difference in quality between this and their Lancome eye shadows.

Polishes -Essie - Mademoiselle

This polish is takes a while to dry and really looks best with 3 coats. The fully cured and dried finish is incredibly durable. I am still wondering at the popularity of this stealth polish. If I commit 40 minutes or so to 3 coats should it not look like I applied nail polish? I am now looking for an opaque shimmery blue pink with lots of pigment. Suggestions would be appreciated.
