Moisturizers -Clinique - Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief

this product is for people with oily skin and people with dry skin, but the people with dry skin are supposed to moisturise their dry areas BEFORE applying this all over the face, thats probably why some thought it was too drying. i personally have very dry cheeks and forhead, while prone to breakouts on my nose and chin, i love this because not only does it give the moisturisation on my forhead/cheeks an extra boost, but i am allowed to moisturise my t-zone, without adding unwanted oilyness (oil free). i also find that it helps to keep spots at bay. however i don't think i would buy this product again as it's not actually an essential product, but just an extra treat if you can afford it.
wow.... this really is impressive. good bronzers which don't make you either orange or red are extrememly hard to find in my oppinion... this one not only makes you a gorgeous brown but the shimmer in it makes your skin glow, not in a sparkly artificial way which is good. as always nars packaging is gorgeous as well. make sure you get the most out of this bronzer by using a good quality brush. definately worth the money!
I have extremely dry and sensetive skin which is prone to breakouts (lucky me!) and have gone through a lot of products to find something which my skin can at least BARE. thank god i found this. it is so gentle on my skin, and i love how i can just rinse it off as i hate time consuming cleansers which involve using cotton wool pads. it really gets off all my makeup which is brilliant, as i wear foundation as well as just eye makeup. a toner needs to be used afterwards though just to get the last bits off. possible HG material.
Foundations -Clinique - Dewy Smooth Anti-aging [DISCONTINUED]

i used to use clinique's superbalanced foundation, and thought that was pretty good. but tried my friends dewy smooth foundation and liked it a lot more, so bought it straight away! it definately suits me in the way that it has really excellent coverage (unfortunately enough i dont have perfect skin!), moisturises (i have v. dry/sensetive skin) and smooths on very nicely. for me, colours werent so great. i am lightly tanned and the colours for my skin-tone were either orange, or a greyish-greenish colour...but if applied thinly, this is not noticeable at all. best foundation i've come across so far.
this is good for dry and sensetive skins, especially for such a cheap product. however i find it so tiresome to use. i don't wear a lot of makeup but i still have to use it twice to get it all off... cleansing my face ends up taking such a long time. i have to go through lots of cotton wool balls which seems a bit annoying. but generally, good cleanser if you don't want to spend a lot of money, very similar to eve lom's cleanser.

I have extremely dry/sensetive and fairly acne prone skin, i'd pretty much given up hope with any moisturisers, even oil of olays intensive moisturising cream for very dry skin wasn't enough.... so i'd tried this and to my surprise it was amazing, really transformed my skin. and such a luxury to apply to your face as it's more like a gel than a thick cream.
this face tanner actually makes me annoyed at myself for buying such an expensive item which doesn't even tan my face.. i havnt tried many face tanners before so it is probably good compared to most but the minute you wash your face it all comes off, so wat is the point? and you cant wear it in the day if you wear makeup either, you just end up looking patchy. i did want to like this sooo much as i ran out of st. tropez and this was a little cheaper...st. tropez, even for the face, is amazing, iv never tried anything more natural and which lasts days on end.
i love this blusher!! it's very sheer, which is a good thing, because you can layer it up to your taste, and means you don't have to be that good at applying makeup! this colour (santa rose) is very natural and the blusher itself is so small and thin which is perfect, rimmel wastes no time with fancy packaging. and it is literally DIRT CHEAP!
i do like this, i mean it does definately make you feel extra special when you use it at night etc. but i'm young and don't have fine lines and wrinkles yet so.. i don't think it's really worth the money for someone like me. but if you've got money to burn it's good, it leaves you with a nice dewy finish!
Liquid -Max Factor - FaceFinity All Day Flawless 3 in 1

this foundation is ok... i mean there are much, much worse foundations on the market, but this one really does make you look like you're wearing a foundation..i cant think of how it does this, it just does.also, the colour range (in england anyway, i heard they hav different colours in america) is pretty poor. fair enough - it stays on a while, but it just doesnt smooth evenly and i found that the colour "golden" (which i bought) left me with a slight orange look...urgh... i spose with foundations you get what you pay for, and as you pay an average amount for this foundation, you get an average foundation.
i really like this product. i used to use maxfactor facefinity and was beginning to realise how cakey i looked..so i decided to fork out and buy clinique superbalanced. it smoothes over you're face sooo well and gives a fairly natural, even colour. it's not too heavy, but still gives good coverage. leaves you with a lovely dewy look, which i like.
i love these eyeshadows! i have the one called "rose beige" and i use it every day...its brilliant - its pearlised so i can use it to highlight my eyelides, eyebrow bone, cheeks... it's great on eyelids if you're one of those people who doenst like dramatic eyeshadow colours but want something that makes your eyes sparkle and shimmer, in a natural way.
i thought i would like this product because the jelly gloss was so good, perfect colours, stayed on forever. i thought this lipgloss would be even better because it was more expensive than the jelly gloss! one thing i've learnt recently is that price does really not reflect quality.. it comes off i would say in about 10 minutes, not to mention when u drink or eat... the sparkle gets all over your face..the packaging is pretty cheesy..the sparkle does look cool i guess and the colours arent bad either but i wouldnt buy again
Treatments -Olay - Age Defying Daily Renewal Cream

this product claims to reduce the signs of ageing with the BHA,or whatever it's called, but i actually bought this product because i heard that it would also reduce the size of enlarged pores, and mine are a state. it definately works! i put it on at night and woke up in the morning to a smooth and poreless face..bad thing is that i have dry skin and this doesnt do much to sooth it..even after two coats my skin feels tight. oh well, my pores are my biggest problem so i wud still probably buy this again.
i've always had sensetive skin but i never thought i was in need of cetaphil or anything, it wasnt that bad. therefore i thought this cleansing gel would be fine for me,i'd get wat i'd pay for, after all, it did say that ANY skin type could take it. the first time i used it it was fine..got my makeup off fairly well..but after a few days this stuff turned my skin INCREDIBLY sensetive, id wash my face with it and it would literally turn my face WHITE it was so dry and flakey,i had to put on about 4 coats of moisturiser to help it,now my skin is a wreck and extraordinarily sensetive! i warn you to stay away from this product!
