Crème -Elizabeth Arden - Flawless Finish Sponge-On Creme Make-up

Ive been on here looking for reviews on other foundations to see if perhaps there is something better out there. But after reading these reviews, I came to realize that in fact this is the best foundation on the market, this is the 6th year I have been using Elizabeth Arden cream compact in beige 40 (one shade darker than my face color, as my face is much whiter than my overall skin tone) the creaminess is pure luxury and when I change products I always go back to this foundation. I suffer from breakouts a lot, so it was recommended that I change foundations as maybe this was clogging my skin. I have come to the conclusion that my acne is caused by stress and hormone imbalance, not my make up, as it was fine up until recently. But if you get a break out, make sure you wash the sponge before applying the foundation the next day to prevent spreading the bacteria. Washing the sponge is one sure way to prevent further breakouts and also ensure great coverage every time. Its quick and easy and always even! I get compliments on my flawless skin everyday...little do people know whats actually underneath!!!

Treatments -Garnier - Synergie Pure - SOS Anti-Blemish Pen

I bought this product after my glycolic cleanser started causing breakouts, the sos pen really bought down the blemishes by about 20% each night, they should be almost gone by tomorrow. However I cant use it in the morning due to the fact that the gel turns to a strange brownish colour and my make up doesnt cover the gel, it instead makes me look like im pealing or my make up is old...it is best for night time and will reduce spots. Im sure theres still better out there.

Cleansers -MD Formulations - Facial Cleanser for Oily and Problem Skin

I was recommended this product by my beautician for acne. However I used it two weeks before my bf's wedding and I broke out so bad, that like other girls on here, the spots were huge and painful, never came to a head, so werent extractable, they were like massive welts really and I cried on her wedding morning at the site of my skin and how the make up artist couldnt even conceal the spots. DO NOT TRY THIS PRODUCT BEFORE A BIG EVENT! I am now on my third week and I think my skin is clearing up, but I dont believe in products that make your skin worse before it gets better...it seems an odd way for it to work. Its $80 for the cleanser, so its not worth the price. Ill be back on here with another review after the product is finished. x
