The initial smell is unappealing-i think it's likely the patchouli and I'm so not a fan of patchouli....but then, that fades and what's left is a delicious caramel, vanilla, creme brulee deliciousness that lasts all day. The longer this perfume sits and mingles with your skin the better it smells. It's warm, inviting and comforting. Love it.

I believe I paid $3.49 Canadian for this product. I was having a problem finding a liquid eyeliner that didn't smudge throughout the day due to my very oily skin. Surprisingly, this one lasted all day and even AFTER eye makeup remover AND washing my face, there was still a faint line. Awesome stuff.

the first use of this after putting on moisturizer i noticed it was coming off in little chunks and leaving flakes of residue on my face. i thought perhaps i didnt let my moisturizer dry properly so have been ensuring to let my moisturizing dry and soak in completely before using this primer on top. oddly it doesnt seem to matter; if i rub this stuff in at all it starts to flake off. if i pat it on it seems to lessen but then its like i have a thick rubber mask on my face that feels sticky. i got this on sale but im still not happy with the product. i dont see a difference in my skin and it makes my skin look much shinier by mid day

Hair Color -Garnier - Olia

I used the darkest violet colour and the colour result was just that, a very dark purplish black. Lovely colour! The smell is incredible-no strong, nose burning horrible smell. The gloves are nice and also fit well (I have big hands for a girl) and they didn't rip or split. The shape of the bottle was pretty to look at but I found that if I switched hands, resulting in dye getting on the bottle, because it's shaped like a teardrop (you squeeze the fattest part of the bottle), it was it very slippery and would consistently slip up. It was a nice thick consistency and didn't run but wasn't so thick it was hard to spread. I do think if you have long hair you may need more than one box of dye. After rinsing the conditioner left my hair very dry feeling; I'd use whichever is you're fave.

I was so happy to get this product for Christmas, as I had smelled it in a magazine and found it sophisticated but not in a heavy old lady kind of way. First off, i like the packaging; it's clean, simple and looks like it's from France (not sure how to put it, but it's elegant). I wore it the first day and was beyond disappointed. Although many find this soft and powdery, I found this scent cloying and overwhelming. I didn't get the peppery spice or woody smell at all and was faced only with strong, in my face florals. I don't want to blame the fragrance because i don't think it's the frangrance as much as it's my body chemistry.

Moisturizers -Unlisted Brand - Cliniderm Cream

For whatever reason, i am not attracted to plain packaging, unfragranced creams. They seem so boring to me .... but after using retin a and having peeling on my nose that wont seem to heal i needed something non orrotating and moisturizing to help fix my skin. It is everything it says it is...no smell, non-irritating and moisturizing. I have oily skin and was worried with its thick consistency id have a terrible breakout but oddly my skin after a week is amazing. Its soft clear and dewy. Im honestly amazed. I will never use another product.

Hair -Got 2 Be - Rockin' It Encore Fresh Dry Shampoo

Dry shampoo is my saviour and I was hoping to find something a bit cheaper than Batisse brand, which is what I normally buy. In regards to this product, I don't like the scent (just not pleasant to me) and I find the particles to be larger, making my hair look dusty. I also didn't find it made it look less oily. Back to Batisse.

I was lucky to find this on sale at Homesense of all places. The cream comes in a round container which means one must dip their fingers in to get the cream; i'm not always a fan of this simply because it's not hygenic BUT the smell of this....not just a vanilla smell, more of a caramelized sugar with pure real vanilla bean. It goes on easily and leaves skin soft for hours. It smells so incredible that I was in the car with someone and they said oh my, it smells like dessert in here! The scent lasts ALL DAY and it's just yummy.

It is rare to say I hate a fragrance but this is one of them. It's enveloping in a having allergy attack kind of way. Very floral and musky. Gross.

The bottles pretty....the scent...not my favourite. It does have a coconut element but i find the woodsy smell tends to overpower, creating something masculine. Not offensive at all and if you have the right personality, a good fit. Just not for me.

First off, the bottle's massive so you get a lot for your money. The first 4 hours of this perfumes gives me intense headaches. It LASTS, there's no doubt. Unfortunately there's something about the initial sprays that are unpleasant and strangle the nose. I only like this fragrance at the end of the day when it's calmed itself, which of course may have to do with my body-chemistry. At the end of the day it has plesant caramel smell.

I love gourmande sweet fragrances. The problem with this one is it has a very synthetic, fake smell. It doesn't have the warm and envelopment that many gourmandes have; it smells burnt and chemically.

The bottle is great with a flip-cap, easy to control the amount of product released. I don't find it takes anything off; i'm a multiple layer of mascara kinda girl and this is completely ineffective at removing it. I generally use an oil based to remove and then this one to remove the oily residue.

Not an offensive scent, but is quite flowery. Doesn't last long enough to interfere with perfumes but I don't find it pleasant. When washing it's quite strong and cloying but doesn't last on the skin.
