HG!! I love this stuff. I got it as a sample with purchase from Sephora a few years ago when it first came out and I still love it. I get bored easily with beauty products, so I've strayed over the years, but I always come back to this. And it lasts forever! I've had the same tube for over two years and the product is still lovely and smooth. According to the website this is due to the special pump and high antioxidant content, but who knows. I don't have huge pimples, just old acne scars and some areas with moderate discoloration. This product evens out my skin tone beautifully. It doesn't create shine on my oily skin and has never broken me out. One of the biggest issues I have with foundation and tinted moisturizer is how suffocating they feel on my skin, like I'm wearing a mask. Perfekt feels like nothing at all on my face. It's great. It's definitey very light coverage, so maybe not the best for heavily blemished, acne-prone skin. As for me, LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!

Cleansers -Philosophy - Purity Made Simple (Real Purity Cleanser)

I finally decided to try this after reading all the great reviews on here. Overall, I liked the no/low-foam texture, and felt it did a good job removing all but my eye makeup. It worked well with my Clarisonic, though I found it to be a little drying. The scent was inoffensive. Unfortunately, after a couple weeks I began to develop tiny, flesh-toned bumps across my forehead. I normally don't have exeptionally sensitive skin (though I do break out from all the Murad prods I've tried, I've never had a prob with any other line until this one). I switched back to my Laura Mercier light purifying oil followed by Jurlique cleanser and the bumps disappeared in no time, but I won't be expermenting with Purity again. Glad it works so well for most people, but it def did not agree with my skin.

Loose Powders -Jurlique - Silk Dust

I've been using this powder in rose for a while. It works well to control shine throughout the day, though the scent can be a little overwhelming. I like the sifter, but I usually apply with a kabuki brush or an under-eye powder brush. My skin is very dark tan, but this doesn't make me look chalky or pale. A light dusting settles invisibly. Overall a great loose powder, but nothing to go crazy over.

Styling Products -Biosilk - Silk Therapy Gel

I've used this product for years. I have very curly hair, when I blow my hair out straight I use this to help create shine and definition without adding too much weight. When I wear my hear curly, I mix this with my styling gel to keep my curls soft. It's a great product. If it sits on the shelf for too long it can separate out a bit, but it recombines easily with a bit of vigorous shaking.

Mascara -Smashbox - Lash Primer

I really love this product! It makes my lashes look full and thicker. I use it daily under Maybelline Full and Soft and the thick mascara brush really separates my lashes. When I'm going out I'll use this lash primer with a thicker formula mascara. I always apply mascara while the primer is still moist and I've never had a problem with clumping.

I really didn't like this mascara, even thought I use a lot of other LM products. It did nothing for my lashes but smudge and leave me looking like a raccoon. I tried it with a lash primer and my lashes looked so clumpy. Possibly the first mascara I've ever returned.

Mascara -Maybelline - Full 'N Soft Mascara

When I first got this, i didn't love it. It defined my lashes a bit giving a very natural looking but not spectacular. When I got the Smashbox lash primer and tried this mascara over it: WOW! My lashes look long and full but still well defined because the brush has such a dense packing of bristles. This combo works perfectly for me in the daytime.

Eyeliner -Laura Mercier - Tightline Cake Eye Liner in Bleu Marine

HG! I love this eyeliner so much. It's kind of a pain using the tightliner method, but it looks wonderful and makes my brown eyes really pop without looking too done up. Make sure you have a good brush for application otherwise there's no point. Doesn't smudge, lasts all day and all night. LOVE IT!

Skincare - Face -Lather - Bamboo Silk Foaming Face Scrub With Lemongrass

Although I have a roommate who swears by this foaming scrub, I found it was too drying and harsh for my skin. My skin tends to be on the oily side, but this product left my face feeling uncomfortably tight. I was disappointed because I really love the bamboo lemongrass body scrub, but this just isn't for me.

This is a great basic exfoliating scrub, I've used it faithfully for years. The smell isn't overpowering, it foams nicely, doesn't over-dry my skin, and lasts for a long time. Used regularly it leaves my skin soft and helps get rid of pesky dry patches on knees, elbows, etc. I've gotten a lot of complements on my smooth, soft skin after using this and Dr. Hauschka body oil.

I love the Blackthorn body oil. I use it alone occasionally, but mostly I mix a generous amount into my bottle of Kiehl's Creme de Corps to get a little extra moisture and that luscious scent. I've been doing this for years at it makes my skin soooo soft.

Cleansers -Dr. Hauschka - Cleansing Milk

I used this cleanser for several months, but in the end it was a little too rich for my skin and I started to get pretty oily. It doesn't work at all as a make-up remover. It is very gentle and not at all stripping, but not the right product for me. I will probably give it a try again down the road if my skin begins to dry out as I age.

LOVE THIS MASK!! Leaves my skin sooo soft, smooth, calm. This is my go-to face mask. Sometimes I'll leave it on overnight and wake with glowing, soft skin. I love that it's gentle enough for the delicate skin around my eyes.

I love this stuff! I use this (or the similar Jurlique daily exfoliator) every morning before moisturizer/make-up and sometimes at night after my normal cleanser. It leaves my skin dewy and soft. It's also helped with my clogged pores and the dry patches on my cheeks. It takes a little practise to get it to the right consistency for the press-and-roll application, and can be a bit messy but I mostly use it in the shower so it's not an issue. Probably not a good idea to use this if you've ever had a nut allergy, as it's basically just ground up almonds. Absolutely love what this does for my skin. I've used it for years with great results.

Tinted Moisturizer -Laura Mercier - Tinted Moisturizer SPF 20 - Illuminating

I mix this about 50/50 with the LM oil-free TM, and it looks great. Used alone it's a little too shimmery for me during the day, but I wear it on its own when I go out at night. Makes me dewy/glowy rather than shiny. I love this stuff!
