Concealers -Maybelline - Cover Stick

This is my HG concealer. I've tried allllllLL kinds of concealers, high end or drug store or whatever, to cover up my dark circles. I am done looking. This is almost exactly like Boi-Ing by Benefit, only I like the Maybelline one more because it's smoother and applies more evenly (Boi-Ing ends up with a grainy texture on me), and of course because it's cheaper! This is also great because it's pretty well waterproof and it doesn't crease and form fine lines under my eyes, and I put it on THICK. The secret I've found is to use an applicator sponge to gentry press a layer of translucent powder over the top of it, after applying the concealer with dabs of my finger. I'll even use a lot of translucent powder to set it and it won't crease throughout the day. Don't bother trying to use a brush to apply powder- you'll streak and scrape the concealer around, plus it won't set as well! The medium-beige color is the best for me. It has never broken me out and I've used it liberally in lots of places on my face. No one ever knows I secretly have dark under-eye circles thanks to this baby! I'm sold!

Cleansers -Clinique - Facial Soap for Oily Skin

This is my HG skin cleanser and I hope that never in my whole whole life will it be discontinued. This is the ONLY cleanser that takes all my stubborn makeup off and leaves my skin perfectly clean, no greasy film ever! I love this soap so much I would marry it. Maybe when I get older, I'll switch to the mild formula, though, since I probably won't have oily skin forever. This soap never breaks me out, but I also use toner (Neutrogena) and lotion (Aveeno) after washing with it.
I don't get the bad reviews, or why people complain that it leaves your skin dry (duh, that's what lotion is for). Also one bar lasts like a year and it's only $11 or something so price-wise, it's way cheaper even than drug store cleanser.

Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Naked Palette

So I've been waiting for this palette since last August and when it finally became available, I jumped at the chance and ordered it right away. I really can't believe how disappointed I am, after having been SO excited for it. Some of the colors give really good payoff, but many look very different from how they appear in the pan, and don't look so good on my warm skin tone (read: Asian). So I decided to stick to only the warmer brown shades in the palette, which was ok- it looks nice- but has anyone noticed the FADING? I can't believe such high-end eyeshadow would FADE so bad! The colors blend beautifully with a ton of pigment, but a couple hours later it's lost like 80% of its pigmentation! This is, of course, WITH the UDPP (I tried it with regular color and Eden color). I haven't yet tried it with my TFSI so I hope it might stay better, but I am not holding out hope since I thought UDPP is usually "sticky"er than TFSI. Anyways, I would not recommend this palette, but I guess I'm happy for everyone who has a good experience with it? =/
