Scrubs -Queen Helene - Mint Julep Natural Facial Scrub

While this gets a lot of good reviews here, it did nothing for me. This scrub did not clean my pores and actually clogged them. It does smell good and feels tingly, but it's just not for me.

This did nothing for me and actually made my skin worse. It did smell good, but I have given up on it and thrown it out.

Top/Base Coats -Orly - Bonder Rubberized Basecoat
finished10dnails 7/3/2012 11:02:00 AM
I love Orly Bonder! This is the best basecoat I have ever used - it creates a slightly sticky base for polish and gives my manicures extra long wear time. Bonder has a yellowish color but it doesn't stain my nails. I apply Bonder to all 10 nails, wait a few seconds, and then paint my nails. You do need to clean the threads on the bottle every so often, as the product left from swiping the brush will build up and make the threads sticky.

Polishes -Sinful - Ruby Ruby

Sinful Colors Ruby Ruby is fast becoming my favorite red. The color is a medium red that applies like a dream. It's almost opaque in one coat and dries quickly. And you can't go wrong with polish that is normally $1.99 and half that when on sale!

Hair Color -Manic Panic - Temporary Hair dye
finished10dnails 4/20/2012 4:15:00 PM
SHOCKING BLUE. It is an amazing blue color! It lasts the deep blue shade on my bleached hair for about a week or so (I shampoo every day) and then slowly fades to a turquoise color. I like that it is a thick creamy dye that leaves my hair shiny and soft. Keep in mind that Manic Panic is a temporary dye that must be applied to light colored or bleached hair. It will fade with each shampoo. When I get dye on my hands, face, countertop, etc., rubbing alcohol will clean it up. I've never had it stain my clothing, but I wash my clothes and towels right after a dye job. I've been using this for several years for small sections of my hair. In order to get the best color out of Shocking Blue, I dip a dye brush in to the dye container, brush the dye on, comb through my hair until the dye is slightly frothy, and then let the dye soak in for about 15 minutes. If I have time, I put on a plastic hair cap and leave the dye in for several hours. If I don't have time, I put on a plastic hair cap and run the hair dryer over my head for 15 to 20 minutes. I've tried other blue and green colors by Manic Panic and have had just as much success. I just like Shocking Blue best!

Polishes -Unlisted Brand - Jessica - Custom Nail Colour

This is a review for Jessica Polish customer service. I got the Hologram Chic set, but the brush in the silver polish was really thin - almost like it was missing half its bristles. I contacted Jessica and the Director of Sales responded almost immediately. He gave me a phone number and the name of a customer service rep to talk to and after our conversation, she is sending out replacement brushes. She had obviously read the email and talked to the Director and she apologized for the brush. And I just got another email from the Director following up on the situation. Wow! I do believe I'll be buying more Jessica polishes!
