i've been using this blush for about 2 months now, & it's gradually starting to replace my beloved MAC Pink Swoon. admittedly, i initially read reviews for the shade ' First Blush ' and planned on getting that, but the color in the pan just scared me. it looked wayy too harsh, so i opted for Berry Flirtatious instead. not regretted =) lasts all day for me. gives me a natural flush, like i just spent an hour snow-ball fighting. REALLY pigmented. how i apply, -- i use a sponge. not damp/wet, just dry. i kinda dab the sponge in the product a couple of times, then i smear it on my cheek. then i blend it in and blah blah.. repeat on the other cheek. lasts all day for me, but let me add that my cheeks are NOT oily. normal, if not dry.. oh and let me add this too, ; i've dropped this SO many times. LOL. has not budged/broken. i've also made a LITTLE dip, & i've been using it daily. the mirror is just waste, tbh. i'd definetly repurchase if i ever run out. :D
Concealers -Maybelline - Dream Mousse Concealer [DISCONTINUED]

this concealer is probably best for those women with dark under-eye circles, although this will accentuate fine lines & dry spots. i have it in cream-light (4-5) and its a pretty good match, if not perfect. i use this for my blemishes, and it covers them beautifully. i find it works better when i apply it on my blemish with a brush, but blend it out with my fingers. it fades away throughout the day if i don't apply powder over it. the packaging is glass, and its a bit too bulky for my liking, i tend to drop things alot & if i dropped this i'm pretty sure it would shatter. you get 3g of product. & as everyone has mentioned, the texture is heavenly. :) -- would repurchase.
i don't know if i'm the only one who has experienced excessive chapped lips with softlips.. *sighs* it applied so smoothly, smelt good, and gave my lips that tingle i love.. but it just dried out my lips! and TBH, i really don't have dry lips to begin with, so i know that this was the cause of my sudden dry lips. i will give it 2 lippies for smooth application & good scent tho..

i've been fighting bacne for 3 years or so.. st ives blemish & blackhead control seemed to be helping.. but not significantly. so, i read reviews here, and quickly ordered some off a website.. can't remember off the top of my head. i LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE this soap. this cleared up my bacne SO much, all in just a little week. the smell, well.. its a bit unpleasant. i'm not gonna lie. but i can handle it for the uuhmazing results i have been getting. finally, something that works, for such little amount of money compared to others that don't do half as much as this does. i rec this to all of my friends, and it does us all proud. try it out :)
Gels/Soaps -St. Ives - Oatmeal and Shea Butter Body Wash

100th reviewer & proud. i love this body wash-- no residue, lathers beautifully, has an inviting, appealing scent.. what can i say that hasn't been said? GO TRYY THISSS !! it's only around 2 bucks so thers really nothing to lose. -- side note, i've been using this for around a year. leaves my body silky smooth..
i HATE this mascara! let me start off by saying i have naturally long, curled, & black lashes. i really don't need a mascara, so when i saw this at my aunts house i had no intention of trying it until she raved and raved and raved, then practically forced it on me.. anyways -- onto the review. ..well, lets just say it looked like i had 5 big, fat lashes. not attractive. need i say more? :( highly disappointed. hated to break it to my aunt too, but atleast it works great for her.
i'm a NW20-25 and i have really pigmented lips. this gloss is far by the worst i have ever tried.. - does not apply smoothly. - makes me look "washed out" - dries out my lips by the time it wears off. - fairly sticky. i originally wanted star kissed but they were sold out. rawr.
Scrubs -St. Ives - Apricot Scrub Blemish and Blackhead Control
finesttluv 1/23/2010 2:24:00 PM
when i got my tube, i held it up in the sunlight and it seemed only half full.. maybe i got a bad batch? anyways, this is an AMAAAZING scrub. i have acne-prone skin, but not sensitive. i use two fingers on each of my hands to rub this in circular motions and i rub for like 2 minutes, really gently though. i took off one lippie because this is pretty rough for your face, but its alright because i know its doing its thing, but its still rough! its also a pretty good body scrub. i have a little bit of acne and my mom rubs some lemons on my back (also pretty good for fading acne scars, and helping to get rid of acne) and i leave the lemons on for like 15 minutes while i read a book on my belly on my bed, then go in the shower & use this on my back and my back is pretty much spotless now. this is a keeper. :]
Loose Powders -Make Up For Ever - HD High Definition Loose Powder
finesttluv 1/22/2010 6:57:00 PM
ladies..this powder is 100% silica. MUFE is ripping us ALL off ! you can get a 4oz 100% silica loose powder from COASTAL SCENTS for FOUR DOLLARS. cmon.. MUFE sells this for $86 for ONE oz.. coastal scents gives you 1oz for waay less then half the price of MUFE HD. and in my own experience coastal scents is more finely milled. save your money! rest assured, they are both the exact same thing.
a true chocolate brown. i love OPI's polishes because they just don't budge and they're really opaque after 2 coats, and this is no exception. perfect for when i just want some color on my nails, compliments my tan skin. i dont use a top coat or base coat with OPI polishes, btw.
i was speechless when i saw the picture on this polish on a woman's fingernails. must have it. must find it. must get it! as another review mentioned, this polish is a purple with ' micro holographic glitter ' like thers a whole bunch of different-colored glitter its like a rainbow under the sunlight. my boyfriend even commented on it, & rest assured, MY boyfriend commenting on my nails is rare. i usually go for the no glitter, just glossy finish nails and me loving these kinds of NP's is a little surprising but im lemming to have more of the OMG collection. go get this! i've repurchased this twice, and this usually lasts 3-4 days without chipping when i use a base coat but not a top coat.
pigmented, goes on smoothly, and compliments almost all skintones beautifully. lasts awhile as well. most pink blushes tend to look too.. pink on me, lmao.. but this ones a keeper :) MAC is a brand i usually dont like.. but this i loveee. i have like 4 Pink Swoon's. am i paranoid? D:
i can't believe i never thought to review this! its kinda weird using a breastfeeding cream on your lips but its soo worth the embarrassment of travelling with it or bringing it over for a sleepover. i made my friends try it and now they don't tease me about this anymore :D i spread a generous amount on my lips right before sleep. i wake up with luscious silky smooth lips. definetly a staple. totally rec to everyone with chapped & dry lips. HG !
Lip Treatments -Unlisted Brand - Aquafina Flavor Splash Lip Balm

HG :D creamy, smooth texture and gives my lips a tingling sensation but not over the top like some other lip balms. moisturizes well and works excellent under a drying lipgloss / lipstick. got em at walmart in a 4 pack for $2.66 i think.. i loved it so much i ran back and got the last 2 packs aha.. :]
Shampoo -Clairol - Herbal Essences Hydralicious Featherweight shampoo
finesttluv 1/7/2010 12:52:00 PM
i would love this shampoo if it didn't add volume to my already too-voluminous hair. doesn't strip my hair of moisture as other people already pointed out and it does clean my hair thoroughly. not much to say because everyone else already summed it up :) repurchase -- no D: price - 1 packaging - 3 ( conditioners upside down.. rawr )
