Lipstick -Maybelline - hot plum

This color is so beautiful! It reminds me of a lipstick version of MAC's lipliner, Magenta. It is smooth and creamy on the lips and it does not have that weird, waxy smell (thank goodness). This lipstick compares to many of my high end ones for a third of the price. If you love bright purple/fuschia lip colors, pick this one up!

Concealers -Tarte - Dark Circle Defense Under Eye Corrector ] [DISCONTINUED]

This under eye corrector is awesome. I was using the balm under eye concealer before and it worked pretty good, but when the woman that worked at Ulta put the Tarte dark circle defense under eye corrector on me, I looked like I had a full 8 hrs. sleep! It also completely covered my circles. I will def. repurchase again when I run out. P.S. Women with oily skin (such as myself) will probably need to set the concealer with powder to make it last. I have to do this with any creamy products on my face.

Polishes -Sally Hansen - Crackle Overcoat in Vintage Violet

I own a few of the China Glaze crackle colors, but I was missing the purple crackle. So I decided to pick up Vintage Violet by Sally Hansen. I'm very happy with my purchase. This polish looks fantastic over a neon orange (great for summmer). I honestly wasn't expecting this to crackle good because the other Sally Hansen Crackle nail polishes got really bad reviews on a few of the make up gurus' blogs I'm subscribed to. I decided to take a chance and pick it up anyway. The key to this "cracking" well is to apply a light layer. If you apply a thick layer, it will hardly crack! Also, the nail polish brush isn't so great. It is flimsy, but if I run out, I will still buy this again.

Lipstick -Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics - Lip Tar

I first heard of Lip Tars by watching a makeup guru on youtube reviewing them. I researched them online and decided to take a risk and order them online (they don't sell them in stores). Lip Tars are a 27 oz lipstick that resembles a lipgloss because it is in liquid form, but when you put it on your lips, they dry down to a satin finish. They are PHENOMENAL! All you need to squeeze out is the tiniest amout because the colors are so pigmented and it will cover you whole lip. What is awesome about this product? You can customize your own lip colors and basically make any lipstick you want. So I may mix a color called "Grandma", which is a coral color with "Feathered", which is white to get a light peach color. The color stays on for a long period of time (I wore a beautiful neutral red called NSW-Not Safe for Work and it stayed on through 3 meals in a 5 hr. time period) I also discovered that some of the colors make great blushes. There are only two cons to this product: you can't swatch them in a store (online ordering only) and some colors bleed (you may need a lipliner). Overall, I highly recommend!

Blush -NYX - Peach

I heard about this blush from one of the makeup artists/gurus on youtube, so I decided to try it out. I'm so thrilled that I bought this blush. It is a beautiful color! The best part about this blush is it is way CHEAPER than Benefit's blush "Dandelion", which is extremely similiar. I could actually say that NYX's Peach blush is actually more pigmented that Benefit's Dandelion blush. Dandelion has more product, but I have to swipe it several times on my "C3" complexion for it to show up. In comparison, NYX's Peach blush I don't have to swipe that many times because the color is very pigmented. The only con about this product is that I really don't think the color is completely peach, it leans more on the pinkier side (maybe this is due to my complexion color, not sure). I can't wait to try more of NYX's blushes.

Eye Shadow -MAC - My Dark Magic (Venomous Villians)

I originally wasn't going to buy this eyeshadow because I thought it was so similiar to MAC's limited edition mineralize eyeshadow "Young Punk", until I saw it in the MAC store. So when I saw "My Dark Magic" at the counter on display, I swatched it. When I swatched it, one side came out a beautiful glittery fuschia/purple (like a darkened Stars and Rockets with glitter) and the other side was a deep purple. So I decided to buy it, BUT when I opened the eyeshadow I realized that the one I bought looked exactly like "Young Punk". I called the MAC counter that I bought it at and I asked the MUA if the mineralize eyeshadows are different in every batch because they're baked and she said yes. She even told me that she had the same shadow and it actually appeared a darker purple that the display one she swatched. Also like the other reviewer said, both color swatched exactly the same (but it didn't appear that way on the display My Dark Magic in the store). The color is still pretty though!

Lipstick -MAC - Culturebloom

I forgot I had this color, but when I was looking through a few of my MAC lipsticks I don't wear often, I found it. I'm extremely happy I "rediscovered" this lipstick because it is a sheer red, more wearable for everyday. My only cons with this lipstick is since it is a lustre, it doesn't last long on my lips and when I throw this is my purse on a hot day, Culturebloom seems to melt more than my other lipsticks. If they every repromote this lipstick, I'm definately buying another!

Palettes -E.L.F. - Elements 4-pan Compact

I love the E.L.F. elements 4-pan compacts. I found out about these from a makeup guru on youtube and I went to my local Target and bought several of them. They are sturdier than the M.A.C. 4 pan pro palette and they're four dollars cheaper! I love the fact that I can keep different "looks" in them. Plus Urban Decay and M.A.C eyeshadows fit in these and it comes with a mirror! The only con side to this product is it doesn't have a clear lid, but u can always take a picture of the inside of the quad with your eyeshadows and tape it on top with clear tape so you know what is exactly inside.

Mascara -Christian Dior - Diorshow Mascara

This is the best mascara ever! I have tried other mascaras so I won't have to dish out a lot of money for the Diorshow mascara, but I can't find a close enough dupe. When I wear this mascara, I really feel so beautiful because it not only thickens my eyelashes ,it makes them supper long! My eyelashes don't clump either. My only complaint about this mascara is the price tag!

Eye Shadow -MAC - Paint Pot in Coral Crepe

Coral Crepe looks beautiful on my C3 or C4(when I'm tan) skin. If you want to go for a brighter look, layer the Mac pigments "pink bronze" or "melon" on top of Coral Crepe and put Constructivist paint pot in the crease and outer "v". It looks awesome!

Eye Shadow -MAC - Contrast Eye Shadow

This color looks awesome over Crystal and Vellum. I'm not sure if Mac still sells Vellum, but if you can't find it, just use Crystal. It will be a beautiful color that has iridescent violet sheen with the shimmery blue.

Lip Gloss -NYX - MegaShine in Natural - 122

I hardly ever venture from my MAC lipglosses and when I do, I usually am disappointed. Well I LOVE MegaShine in Natural. I wear it often when I wear a very heavy smokey eye or I wear it to lighten up some of my lipstick colors. I love the fact that NYX MegaShine lipglosses aren't sticky. The best reason of all is that this lipgloss is cheap and I don't have to shell out $14.00 for a neutral colored lipgloss!!!

Eye Shadow -MAC - Glamour Check!

I love this color! When I realized this color wasn't part of the permament MAC collection, I went back and bought two more Glamour Checks! Sometimes I wear this color all over as a smokey look or in my crease and it is soooooooooooo easy to blend.

Eye Shadow -MAC - young punk

I'm not really even into sparkle, but I thought this color looked so beautiful in the pan, so I bought the last one at a MAC store about 3 weeks ago. I wore it for the first time last night and it looked gorgeous! I wore young punk over a black base, beauty marked, and then blended nocturnelle into the crease and it looked awesome! If you can get your hands on this color, buy it. Just make sure you apply it wet (you can use Fix + or Urban Decay's Eyeshadow Transforming Potion).

Blush -MAC - Blush Ombre - Ripe Peach [DISCONTINUED]

I love this blush! It is like having two blushes in one! I wish I would've bought more of this blush before it sold out. When I went back to the MAC counter to buy another one a week later, the MUA told me it was sold out, but gave me a little tip. She said that Estee Lauder's Signature Blush in Peach Nuance is the same color as Mac's Ripe Peach Blush Ombre. It is in the same price range as the sold out MAC Ripe Peach Blush Ombre, but it appears smaller. When I looked for that blush on the Estee Lauder's website, it was also sold out! The great thing about the Estee Lauder's blush in Peach Nuance is it isn't limited edition, so you will probably be able to get it eventually.
