I have very thick wavy/curly hair that tends to get frizzy if I don't put a lot of product in it. I have tried so many products but finally feel that I have found a product that I can rely on. I use a generous amount on my towel dried hair along with Pantene Pro-V mousse. I sometimes let it air dry or blow dry it partially. It makes my hair very soft and smooth and helps to tame the frizzy parts. I would repurchase this product.

Toners -The Body Shop - Aloe Calming Toner

I really like this product. It got a good rating on the Cosmetics Database so I deiced to try it. I have dry/sensitive skin and I find this product does not break my face out. If you are looking for a cleanser that gives you a tingly feeling afterward (like Clean and Clear) than this is not for you. It has a calming affect and does not dry my face out like most toners. After cleansing my face I use this toner and it effectively removes my makeup. I would repurchase this toner again. Great product!

Moisturizers -Weleda - Almond Soothing Facial Cream

I really love this product. I was searching for something more natural with less chemicals and I found it in this product. I have sensitive/dry skin and this product helps to calm my skin. I use it at night and sometimes during the day. In the summer months I did find this too greasy, so I just used it a night. I am on my second tube of this and would repurchase again. It is quite pricey for the amount you get, but it works well so it doesn't bother me to much.

Moisturizers -Bobbi Brown - Hydrating Gel Cream

This moisturizer is fantastic! It's not heavy or greasy like the Extra SPF25 I had previously. Works great as a base for makeup too. The Smell is light and fresh and keeps me hydrated all day. Only negative is the packaging. A pump would be easier. I would purchase again!

Liquid -NARS - Sheer Glow Foundation

A friend of mine had wonderful things to say about NARS Sheer Glow Foundation so I thought I would give it a try. Although the colour suits me just fine, I really do not like the texture. It feels quite thick and oily. After applying the foundation with my fingers, it takes A LOT of soap to rinse off. The coverage is full NOT sheer . I used Bobbi Brown Skin foundation and LOVED it!! I am very disappointed with this foundation. The packaging is terrible as well... NO PUMP!!!

Lip Gloss -Annabelle - Le Gloss Lip Shine in Nectar Lust

I liked this colour in the store so I thought I would give it a try however, I was disappointed ;( This lip gloss has a lot of pigment in it and it stains my lips. After about 30 min. I am left with pink stains in the lines of my lips. My lips also feel very dry after using this gloss. I guess sometimes you get what you pay for! I would not buy this product again.

Lip Gloss -Laura Mercier - Lip Glace

Pros -smells lovely-like vanilla -package is nice and the wand tip is great for application -goes on smooth -colour is nice and matches my complexion well (pink champagne) Cons -feels a bit greasy on my lips (like Vaseline) -colour doesn't last long -looks more like a lipstick on my lips then a gloss

Moisturizers -Sofina - Beaute SPF 24 PA+++

This product went on well however once it dried it left a WHITE powder residue on my face. It made me look really pale and my face felt dry after using this product. I would not by this moisturizer/SPF again.

Mascara -L'Oreal - Voluminous mascara

This mascara is really thick and clumpy. I makes my lashes stick together and it's hard to wash off completely (even with waterproof make up remover). I find the wand to be too big and hard to manage, especially for bottom lashes. I would not buy this product again!

Styling Products -Aussie - Sprunch Spray

I have been using this product for years(15+years)! When paired with mousse this does wonders for my thick curly hair. I also LOVE the grape scent. The grape smell was the main reason why I continued to buy this product, it was my 'signature' hair scent. . I recently picked up a bottle and discovered that they have changed the scent. I really HATE when companies change something that has been a customer favourtie for years. The scent now resembles Salon Selectives or Finesse. I managed to find 3 bottles of the original scent and I will continue to use them until I run out. I do like how this product works but I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the new scent. I do hope they go back to the original grape scent.

Polishes -OPI - Tickle my France-y

I wanted a colour that was subtle yet feminine and I found it in Tickle my France-y. It is a mauve/grey colour that goes well with any outfit! It goes on lovely (as all OPI produtcs do) and you only need 2 coats. I would buy this product again.

Eyeliner -Bobbi Brown - Gel Eyeliner

I love this product!!! It lasts all day and doesn't smudge but comes off easily with waterproof makeup remover . I have the Espresso Ink ( black/brown colour). I used liquid liners before but found the lines to be too harsh and my hand never seemed steady enough! The gel liner can be easily applied and you can make the line as fine or as thick as you wish. I use the BB eyeliner brush with this and works perfectly. I have had this product for about a year now and it hasn't dried out yet. TIP: I turn the jar upside down while I am applying the liner so the air doesn't get to it. I will continue to buy this product .

Moisturizers -Bobbi Brown - Extra SPF 25 Moisturizing Balm

I am a big fan of Bobbi Brown products but I was very disappointed with this moisturizer. I found it be quite thick and VERY greasy. I normally have very clear skin however, after a week of using this my face broke out in pimples. I do like how this moisturizer smells but it's just too thick and greasy for me :( I will not buy this product again.

Moisturizers -Origins - Dr Weil Plantidote Mega Mushroom Face Cream

A friend of mine (who has very sensitive skin) gave me a sample of this cream and serum. I don't have sensitive skin but I thought I would give it a try anyway. The serum felt great and went on nicely. The cream had a nice texture and my face looked and felt hydrated instantly. Within the hour I felt a burning sensation on my cheeks, chin and forehead. My entire face turned red and tingly! I wanted to give this product a chance so I tried again the next morning and evening before bed. The same thing happened and I also broke out with a bumpy rash on my face, forehead and neck!!! I have since switched back to my Olay Regenerist Serum and Bobbi Brown moisturizer and my face has almost returned back to normal. I guess it just goes to show that creams can react differently on everyone!
