This is my signature scent. I love the smell of Lemon Verbena, and I have tried tons of products with this scent. L'Occitane's verbena products are the best, the scent is light and lovely, not at all overpowering. I don't like perfumes, most give me bad headaches, but the Verbena eau de toilette is so wonderful, I wear it every day. I also use the verbena scented shea butter on my hands. My sister-in-law uses the shea butter for her baby's skin. It's expensive, but lasts a very very long time, even with everyday use, only wish the scent lingered longer.
This is the very first self-tanner that I have ever used. I was always very wary of self-tanners because I imagined that it would make me look orange, or I would be clumsy with the application. This was clearly the answer for me. I've used it a few times now, and I have never had a problem, it seems pretty idiot-proof. It takes more than one application to make a really noticeable difference, but I liked that because I don't want to look extremely dark, and you can almost customize your shade but applying as many times as you want. It takes two towelettes to thoroughly cover my whole body. Absolutely no streaking or weird spots. It is a little pricey.
I was surprised to like this. I have never used an eyeshadow primer before, and this does seem to give the shadow some staying power. I also use it alone sometimes, especially if I'm low on sleep, and it generally makes me look brighter. I even use it as a spot concealer, the yellow neutralizes red spots extremely well, better than any flesh-toned concealer that I have ever tried. I have no problems with creasing on my eyelids. I have only had it a few weeks, but it looks like I have not made a dent in it, so I'm sure it will last a very very long time.
I love this blush. It gives me the most natural rosy cheeks when applied only to the apples, I have had many comments about how nice my rosy cheeks are and nobody suspects that it is actually makeup. It also has alot of staying power because it seems to actually tint the skin like Benetint does, but it is easier to apply in the gel form. I thought the price was fine, especially because you use the tiniest bit at a time and the small tube last a long while. The tube is also very travel friendly, you can toss it in even the smallest clutch purse. Of all the cream, tint and powder blushes I have tried, this is my favorite.
Cleansers -Bliss Labs - fully loaded cleansing milk

Originally I used Middleweight and thought that Fully Loaded would be too oily, but when I ran out and couldn't find Middleweight at Sephora or at Bliss (did they discontinue), I broke down and got Fully Loaded. Other than the scent (which I find is a bit more perfumy than Middleweight, so I like it a little less), it feels pretty much the same to me. I really like that I can put the cleanser on my dry face, I don't know why, I just do, maybe laziness? It removes all of my makeup without a separate step, and it does not dry out my skin. I do follow with a mild toner because it does feel like it leaves a bit of a residue, but I don't mind because I should use toner anyway. My only really beef with it is that they don't have a travel version of the packaging. I love the pump, but it doesn't travel.
Moisturizers -Philosophy - Hope in a Jar - for all skin types

Despite trying a countless number of moisturizers, I keep returning to Hope In A Jar. I love that it is light, yet very moisturizing, and contains no artificial colors or scents. I never thought that it smelled bad, it's just unscented. I definitely prefer that, as most scents, especially flowery ones, give me a headache. It is a bit pricey, but one tub does last a long time because you really don't need to use very much at a time. Now my hubby uses it as well, and he has sensitive skin.
Although I really like the sheer red color, the sting is too strong for my taste, it makes my lips feel dry. The smell is also stronger than I prefer, and the sticky factor is too annoying for me to use this everyday. I like the feel, smell and texture of the Too Faced Fat Kiss gloss better, although it definitely does not last as long as the Venom Gloss.
Colorwise the product was fine. I have dark brown hair with natural red highlights, but I wanted to bring them out a bit, so I got a reddish shade, I think it was Mahogany, but can't remember. The color showed up fine, but the streaker brush was impossible. I have never tried to highlight my hair before so maybe I'm just inept, but I ended up with pretty chunky highlights, and it was random on my head. The creme just kind of glooped and wouldn't distribute down the strand evenly. A big mess. I'll go to a professional next time.
I am kind of surprised that I like this product. I was looking for a nice lip gloss that was easy to apply, not too sticky or thick, and had a touch of shine and tint to it. Fat Jelly is a sheer red, which is very subtle but does make a difference, especially because I rarely wear lipstick. It is a very nice consistency, not at all sticky, and feels quite moisturizing. The tingle is nice, and the smell and flavor is good, despite the fact that I hate cinnamon gum. As for plumping, I already have very full lips, but I actually think it does do a little something to make them look fuller and less creased. I really like the roller ball application, it is not messy at all, and you get a much more even application than the typical hole in the rounded tip gives you. The big downside is that it is ridiculously expensive. I will decide whether or not to repurchase when I get a better idea of how far one tube will go.
I love just about everything I've gotten at FACE, but the creme blush in Tokyo has become my most-used staple. I thought it looked way too pink for my medium Asian/Filipina skin, but an MUA at Face in Soho put it on and it was absolutely lovely. It gave me a natural flush and a dewy finish, perfect for me since I rarely wear foundation or powder. It is especially nice in the summer. I also use it as a subtle eyeshadow, it doesn't crease and lasts all day.
Probably my favorite lotion of all time. Smells fantastic, goes on smooth, not greasy, and lasts all day and night. My cat likes to lick my legs when I put it on. I even like the pot packaging, although a pump might be the best. Wish it came in bigger packages, since I use so much of it, especially in winter.
Love the scent, feels great on. Kind of hard to get on without making a mess though.
Way too expensive. Found it to be extremely oily and thick, felt like it sat on my face, even in the dead of winter when I was getting windburn on my cheeks. I prefer Imperialis.
Fantastic in the cold winter months. I use it on my legs to prevent flackiness, it really lasts all day. Smell is very mild, I don't really notice it. I do think it's a big expensive and should come in larger containers, as ideally I'd like to use it all over my body every day!
Moisturizers pretty well, but found it way too hard to put on. Very very thick, and takes a lot of rubbing to get it to absorb. I just can't seem to get away from Philosophy Kiss Me, that is clearly the consistency lip balm that I prefer!
