I have noticed a huge difference in my skin since I started using this lotion - it is perfect for my skin type. I am 45 and live in Asia so it can get very humid particularly during rainy season. In general my skin always looks oily yet it feels dry at night because I use all these mattifying products for oily skin during the day time. Since using this Clarins lotion for hot climates, my thread veins are noticably calmer and my skin doesn't look oily, it looks normal and healthy. I don't put reviews up for all products that I try but I feel that I need to spread the word on this one!

This product is the answer to my prayers. I have horrible hair, fine, poker straight and not a lot of it. I have to have the right products or it won't even curl with a curling iron. I've noticed that my hair is better using creams rather than thickening mousses or sprays and a hairstylist that I went to recently recommended this. She blow dried my hair and it behaved really well (I've seen stylists biting their lips doing my hair so I usually tell them not to bother and say I'm going swimming!). Anyway, I bought some Small Talk, it adds loads of volume and smells yummy. It doesn't have any heat protector so I put that on top of it and it doesn't give any shine so I'll have to get a good wax. The only downside is the damned pump, I travel a lot so everytime you want to lock it, you waste loads of product, plus you need to tape it down as last time I travelled the pump popped up and I wasted loads more. On the whole though, delighted with this stuff!

Crème -Revlon - New Complexion One-Step Compact Makeup

I love this, its quick, convenient and makes me look really healthy. I have large pores and it doesn't emphasize them either. My only complaint is that it transfers terribly so if you are going for a massage and lying on your stomach, you will leave half your face behind.....you also have to remove it very carefully as for some reason it takes forever to take off.

I am not sure if I have the liquid or cream version as the selection is more limited in the UK. All I can say is it comes in an easy to use tube and looks lovely on, I feel like I look healthy wearing this make up and I do feel it helps make me look a little younger..........my only grumble is it transfers terribly so if I am going to be lying on my face at my physio's for 40 minutes, I use Revlon Colorstay to avoid leaving an imprint of my face behind. The price is amazing for such quality.

I have this in both the dry skin and oily/combination formulas, depending on the time of year. I love this foundation, it kooks natural, gives a bit of a glow and is semi matt. I also love the fact that it doesn't transfer much, that way when I see my physio and I have been lying on my face for 40 minutes I don't leave a big imprint when I get up. I think its great that they do the foundation for different skin types, that way you can use the same type of foundation all year but just swop the dry skin formula for the oily skin formula once the summer arrives.

Great product! I have baby fine hair which wilts, particularly in hot weather. My previous hairsparay, Taft 5 extra hold hairspray, felt ok when I put it on but it disintegrated during the day.......when I noticed it happening while I was still indoors (no wind, no heat etc.) I knew it was time for desperate measures. This makes me feel confident as my hair doesn't move a lot when it is on, the smell isn't too offensive (nothing like Sebastian), I took a lippie of the the packaging as a plastic pump would be lighter to carry

Foundations -L'Oreal - Visible Lift Line Minimizing Makeup

I have fair skin and I love the way this foundation looks when I put it on, however one hour later I look like Pocohantas! It oxidises really badly and streaks making me look dirty. I am using L'Oreal Age Perfect creams and my skin has never looked better and although my skin feels great with this on, it just looks awful, am really disapointed with this.

Hair Color -Garnier - Nutrisse Permanent Creme Hair Color

This is the first time that I have ever been happy with a colour. I used 53 Noisette, which is a Medium Golden Brown and it is actually a Medium Golden Brown! I used L'oreal Excellence before and found the Medium Golden Brown too dark and the Light Golden Brown too light, I needed something in the middle. The Garnier colour is spot on so any of you gals out there that have had the same problems with colour before, give this a try because its more accurate than L'oreal Excellence and just as simple to use.

Purchased this purely on recomendations as I am not in my 50's and would never have thought to buy it. My sensitive skin has not broken out and my skin is calm and nourished. Am very happy and am also using the night cream. A great product at a great price.

Thanks girls, I had a skin crisis last week and purchased Age Perfect because of the reviews here. I wouldn't have thought to buy it as I'm not in my 50's and didn't have much luck with Revitalift. Well, I love it, my sensitive skin has not broken out and my skin feels nourished and calm when I wake up. I have purchased the day cream now and am very happy, it just goes to show that you don't have to spend a fortune, I have had bad breakouts with Clarins and Shiseido and spent 4 times as much!

Mascara -Lumene - Extra Volume Mascara

Okay, if you are looking for luscious flapping lashes (like I was), then give this a miss. I can get some good results with this if I use it over Shiseido's Mascara base, but although the mascara base is effective, I am trying to do away with it as I find it difficult to take off. Alternatively, you can put 3 coats of Lumene's mascara on and it looks quite nice and doesn't clump.....I am basically looking for a mascara that gives me long, thick lashes in one coat so I don't have to keep messing around.......I'll keep looking!

Treatments -Lumene - Vitamin C+ Energy Cocktail Intensive Care

My skin is pretty sensitive and I have had no breakouts with this. I use an exfoliator, then the Energy Cocktail and then when it has soaked in I put Lumene's Vitamin C Nourishing cream on top and then go to bed. In the morning my skin feels great and looks really clear. I can tell most products by the reaction of my thread veins (exceptionally red when angry!) and my thread veins are pretty much at peace with this product. I paid about 8GBP for the Energy Cocktail and I can't help thinking that a more expensive Beauty House would charge 3 times as much for the same thing. Highly recommend.

I like this. It doesn't cause any breakouts, it makes my skin feel noticably firmer and is great under make up. You need to use a very small amount so I think the bottle is going to last a long time.

I hate the smell and I am afraid that is enough for me to stop using it. Also, I have very fine hair and need something strong (I don't care if my hair feels like concrete as at least I know it still looks ok). The humidity resistance is pretty useless in Asia where there is very high humidity. Will not finish what I've got and it goes without saying that ! will not repurchase.
