Lip Treatments -Smith's Rosebud Salve - Smith's Rosebud Salve

I bought the tin with all of the flavors which are the Rosebud Salve, Minted Rose, and Strawberry. I love each one of them! I payed $16.00 U.S. dollars for all three of them. I have had them for over four years now and I am no where close to having used them all up. All of them smell divine! The packaging is so cute too! However, it is a bit unsanitary to be dipping your fingers into the pot every time for application. If you can get over the part then you'll love these products! You can buy the Rosebud Salve at Ulta or Saphora however, I haven't seen the package of all three since I bought mine at Anthropologie the clothing store. Whenever I go on a trip I also bring one of these guys because they have a Vaseline feel to them and you can do many of things with Vaseline. For example, if my heels are starting to give me blisters on the back of my heels I will pull this baby out and rub the Rosebud Salve on the back of my heel and I am a dancing fool all night! You can also put this stuff on your cuticles, dry feet, and lips. In the winter time I will even go so far as rubbing it on my face as a quick fix and using it as a hand lotion before bed. The thin packaging also makes it easier to slip it into a thin purse pocket! It's like a high end form of Vaseline pretty much and I love it!
BB Cream -Garnier - BB Cream Miracle Skin Perfector - Light/Medium

I am usually one to buy department store brand make-up because I am very picky because I don't want to harm my skin. However, lately I have been purchasing items from the Garnier line one piece at a time. I use 4 of their products in my daily skin routine which is shocking for me and one of those products happens to be the BB cream. This BB cream is amazing! I love how it has sunscreen in it and so many other great qualities such as: brightening, hydrates skins, both UVA/UBA protection, Vitamin C for evening skin tone, non comedogenic so it won't clog pores. I have fairly good skin; I have minor blackheads on my nose/chin area, I get a few blemishes during that time of the month, and the only redness I have is in the creases around my nose. If you have severe acne and/or redness the BB cream will NOT provide you with enough coverage. But then again you could try it because it is only about $12 at Walmart and it has great qualities for the skin. When using this product you have to set it, especially in the summer time because it will look super shiny! I use a cheap setting powder from Coastal Scents or I just throw some matte powder on top of it and it looks perfect and stays put! I did not break out from this product! Yay! In addition, this product is gentle on my skin. The packaging of this product is okay, the way it dispenses is sanitary. However, it makes me nervous to travel with it because its a pop top dispenser. But the plus side of that is that it stands on its head so all the product falls towards the nozzle so you get more of the product! Think of a tube of toothpaste but with a hinged top. This product is worth a try considering how inexpensive it is and how many great skin helping qualities it has in it!
I love love love this product! I ordered mine off the internet but you can buy the tool at Ulta. The product comes with different types of brush heads. I used the sensitive one for my face and I also use the body brush to give myself a nice exfoliation before I shave my legs. I would recommend using the sensitive brush at first because when introducing this product to your face for the first time it can be a bit harsh. Also, when I first started using this product I had minor acne/blackheads so at first my skin just got worse from using this, but after one week one skin started to clear up look amazing! The first week of using this product your face is purging all of the bad gross stuff so don't freak out! In addition, it is said that using the Mia your face is 6 times cleaner than if you were to manually clean your face! It may only 6 times cleaner but that's enough for me! I love the clean feeling I get after using it! This should be everyone's first purchase to better healthier skin!
When I purchased the Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque it came in a pot which is not very sanitary but for the price of it I really don't care. I also use the face scrub as well that's how much I love this product! When I have time I like to start my day off with the Mint Julep Masque because its so refreshing and it will really wake you up! Also, after washing the masque off my face feels firmer and awakened. However, I wouldn't try the masque in the morning if your a first time user because if you have a reaction you'll want to sleep it off. My skin is fairly sensitive and I haven't had a reaction to this product in fact my pores feel smaller after using it. Its worth the try especially since the price is great!
Although I gave this product an average rating I will continue to repurchase these strips. First off, if you are using Retinol-A or Acutane or anything else like these products please do not use these strips because the strips can damage your skin just like they say not to get your eye brows waxed, same thing. This product is a good one to keep around in your drawers at home whenever you get a blackhead attack, but I would not necessarily depend on it. Usually, if I get a lot of blackheads I will use this product with a combination of a mask like the Indian healing clay mask. I use the strips for my nose and the all over face strips. Whenever I use these strips I usually use three, one for my forehead, one for my nose, and one for my chin. I wouldn't use the strips more than twice a week and that might be a bit much. Also if it hurts too much to pull them off just re-wet the strip and it will slip right off.

This product is great! I have used it twice now and it hasn't let me down. However, it always scares me when I mix the powder with apple cider vinegar because it bubbles so much. I always think to myself "omg should I really be putting this on my face?" Once the product is on your face it starts to have a slight pulsing experience; it has never been intolerable. It is also a lot stronger than most masks because when it starts to dry you can barely move your face. Afterwards your face can be red so I would suggest applying this at night. The after effects are great though! My face feels so soft and smooth and my skin feels and looks more alive. The best part about this product is that you get such a big jar for so cheap! Lastly, I would recommend only using organic apple cider vinegar such as Bragg's apple cider vinegar because other brands can be processed and have chemicals in it that could harm your skin. One more thing! You can also put it on bug bites it works wonders!
Love Love Love the smell of this fragrance! I have tried three of Marc Jacobs fragrances and this by far my favorite! This one in particular is great for summers; its so fresh and light!
Treatments (Eye) -Mary Kay - Timewise Firming Eye Cream

First off, the reason as to why I probably gave this product a 5 overall is because I am only 21 and I don't have any wrinkles, however I'm just trying to be proactive about the whole aging process, especially since I tanned a lot in high school (what was a thinking!). At least I finally came to my senses. Anyways, I think this is a great product for women in there 20s who would like to start off with a good anti-aging eye cream. This product is very gentle on the skin and it is not too thick so you can wear it in the morning and at night. In addition, the price is great especially if your friends with your Mary Kay consultant because she can give you a little discount. I will continue to buy this product until I can afford higher end products like SKII.
