The product is effective and such a steal. I'm a teen with combo skin- and it takes care of my dry cheeks and my oily T-Zone. My skin feels soft and clean after I use this and I notice my breakouts slowly disappear with each application. I wouldn't over-use it though, I use this product twice a weak because it really exfoliates my skin and anymore would be too much. This definitely keeps my breakouts/pimples under control and is the best drugstore scrub out there. I strongly suggest this. Plus, the smell is great.

Tinted Moisturizer -E.L.F. - Studio Tinted Moisturizer

I wasn't impressed with this moisturizer at all. I chose the lightest shade and it still was too dark. The coverage was low, it had too much of a yellow tone for my skin tone and it left my skin very oily. Wasn't impressed at all. On a side note, the bottle cap is also extremely annoying.

Cleansers -Clean & Clear - Morning Burst Facial Cleanser

I'll be the first to admit that I am not a fan of Clean & Clear products in general. However, this facial scrub is nice. I love the smell, and it really wakes up my skin and makes it feel soft, refreshed, and alive! I love the beads. I usually use this when I first wake up and it's perfect to use before applying any makeup. I have combo skin- dry cheeks and an oily T Zone, but this cleanser doesn't seem to affect any of that. I've used this products for a couple months now and I'm not sure if it's actually preventing any breakouts of anything (I use several products in my routine)...but it sure does feel good!

Moisturizers -Clean & Clear - Oil-Free Dual Action Moisturizer

When I first put this on, my skin felt amazing...but then came the aftermath. This product dried out my skin like you wouldn't believe. I will never use this product again, I don't know how they could release this.

Cleansers -Cetaphil - Gentle Skin Cleanser

Everytime I use this product, I break out. I don't know if this is true with all Cetaphil products, but this one is just not for me. I've stopped using it which is a shame because I bought the huge bottle. My skin is combination- an oily T-Zone and dry dry dry cheeks. The gentle cleanser seemed to exaggerate everything- making my cheeks even dryer and my T-zone more oily. I've decided not to try any other Cetaphil products in the future due to my horrible experience with this.

Mascara -Mally Beauty - Volumizing Mascara

Not my favorite...I expected high quality, especially from Mally. I find the drugstore mascaras to be equal in quality. My eye lashed felt crusty & clump, and this product did not hold up on the volume guarantee. I asked people for their suggestions at school, and they didn't even realize I was wearing mascara. After that, I made an effort to coat it several times but now I have a completely different brand. I wouldn't buy this again

Fragrances -Bath and Body Works - Country Chic

It smells like a picnic, that's the only way to describe it. I love the scent, and I have the body scrub to accompany the lotion. This & Sea Island Cotton are my favorite scents because it's such a unique, clean smell. Almost everyone I know loves it and when I got to school usually one or two people will make a comment. I convinced my teacher to get the body lotion and she loves it. It's truly perfect. I don't find it too strong, if you use it in moderation (1 or 2 sprays and you're set). I love the packaging. Bath & Body Works did a great job with this one...

It's a very fresh, clean scent.... but not like you were just rolling around in Tide. I love the smell, especially the body scrub in this scent. It's very addiction and makes you feel at ease. I'd suggest it to anyone.

Foundations -Maybelline - Dream Matte Mousse

I couldn't praise this product more. I'm 17, and I have a hellacious time matching my skin tone with the correct shade. The minute you put it on, it masks all your imperfections. It's crazy, really. I look like I have perfect, healthy skin. It's not streaky and I don't even realize I'm wearing it. It's light and airy- perfect for all ages but especially the teens/young adults out there! The coverage is high. It has a lot of power in a little bottle. My skin type is combo- dry cheeks and an oily T-Zone, and I often break out around my mouth. This foundation balances it, it doesn't dry out my checks and the area around my nose/mouth stays under control. I strongly suggest applying this product with a foundation brush-- not your hands! Also, make sure to apply a face primer before applying (this goes for any foundation). I've never had a foundation this PERFECT. I've gone through a lot of foundations but this one takes the cake. I have no complaints. None. Just get it already, I mean c'mmon. The coverage is mind-blowing. It looks natural and I always get compliments when I put it on. This summer I plan on getting a little tanner, so I hope to get a shade darker soon (as I am almost out of the one I have now!).

Mascara -Maybelline - Volum' Express One by One

This mascara is very hard to wash off. Even when I wash my face, there tends to be blackness around my eye that I can't get rid of with a regular makeup remover wipe. I love the bottle and packaging- it looks great to the eye. The quality, however, isn't what I expected. I liked it better than the long line of mascaras I've had in the past, but I found this one clumpy and didn't separate my lashed. No very impressed, and I wouldn't get this one again. I would stay with Maybelline though.
