For reference I am a mac NC 30-35, combo oily/normal skin depending on the season and this banana powder looks great on me as a setting powder. I took other reviewer's advice and mix it with the neutral set from Ben Nye and it really is perfect for my skin tone which is very golden. I love it under my eyes as well and apply it heavily there then lightly press it in with a velour puff the way GossMakeupartist shows on youtube. I discovered this product through his channel and wow what a difference. HG setting powder. The search is over. I have tried soooo many powders and this one is perfect because I do not have to worry about how it will alter the look of my foundation, it looks translucent. For a more flawless look, I will use my MAC skin-finish in medium plus (which makes me very oily) then set it with this and perfect. I get so many compliments on my skin on a daily basis when I use this combination. My foundation consists of MIssha bb cream in #27 warmed up with a graftobian or ben nye cream foundation to adjust the color. then I set it with this for a natural look and finish it off by lightly pressing some highlighter to only the tops of my cheeks and instantly my face looks youthful and flawless. I am 28 and my skin has never looked better. I cannot say it fully controls my oil for extreme amount of time (usually about 4 hours, which is great to me), I don't know if its due to the bb cream, but I like a small amount of sheen to make my face look tighter.
I really like this product for my dark brows. I have used it as a eye liner but it was meh. As a brow pencil it will be replacing my mac pencil in spiked and at $.99 at the beauty supply it will be a steal. It sharpens well and is not too waxy and shiny like many other cheap pencils. It lasts me all day in hot, humid south Florida weather without looking unnatural. I was surprised at the pigmentation at this "taupe" pencil, was alot darker than I expected but I love it. HG for sure.
I love this. I have been wearing it all day and the color perfect. So much more product for the money and the consistency is just right. Just make sure to powder it like any other cream product for a glow from within look.
Makeup Brushes -Sonia Kashuk - Bent Eyeliner Brush

This brush is a great alternative to more expensive ones. It makes it so easy to draw on winged eyeliner and is the perfect size. Readily available at most targets and lasts forever.
I love this for my lips and cuticles. I find that putting a light layer of this under my favorite bright (but drying) MAC lipsticks helps it feel better and look more natural. Its pretty cheap at walmart.
This is my HG eyebrow pencil. So natural looking if applied properly and does not move. I think its a bit overpriced but a good eye brow pencil that is not too red is difficult to find. I am NC 30 with black hair and I love this.
I love this. Nothing much that has not been said. Great, creamy texture and great coverage. Perfect for oily skin as it stays matte all day. I am in MAC NC30 and the warm golden 320 suits my skin perfectly. Still need concealer but the finish is amazing. I have bought 2 already. They sell out fast in the popular warm golden shade.
Skincare - Body -Unlisted Brand - Mr. Pumice - Pumi Bar

discovered this years ago at sallys and now I cannot live without it. My feet are jacked up since I am always barefoot, but this everyday for a couple of seconds and pedegg every week, and my feet look like a normal person's instead of a troll lol . I suggest stocking up on them when Sally's has the sales. You can get them for under 2 bucks and they last a while. I toss mine every month for fear of germs, but now that I see that people use them for up to a year, I will try extending the use and be sure to pour 90% alcohol every once in awhile to help keep it clean.
Bronzers -MAC - Mineralize Skinfinish in Give Me Sun!

I love this bronzer for my NC35 skin tone. Looks like I just got a tan, glowy and beautiful. My skin is very golden and the orange in this swiped over the high planes on my face looks gorgeous. I finish it off with a light dusting of highlighter on the tops of my cheekbones and i look like i have healthy, tight skin. *UPDATE* I am still using this lovely bronzer but I have a tip for those of you that want to look more sculpted: Do not use this to contour. Use a matte bronzer to contour your face first ( I like Benefit Hoola or NYC sunny for my skin tone) then make sure you blend it really well. Finish it off by dusting this on top of your high planes and slightly where you contoured but USE A LIGHT HAND. It can look too orange if you are heavy handed. I have been using this pretty much everyday for the last couple of months and have barely made a dent in it. That is how little you need. I also love this as a eye shadow for those low fuss days when I do not want to bother with too much eye makeup. always top it with a light golden/ pearly highlighter on the tops of your cheeks for a youthful glow. Wow what a difference.
I have sensitive eyes and most mascaras make my eyes itchy and watery so I avoided them. But I love this mascara. I do not know how it smears for others, it stays put all day for me in humid heat in Miami. It looks natural, very black, lengthening and best of all, no itchiness or tears! I think I have found my HG mascara. I have lancome, clinique, other high end mascaras, but I love this one for the price. Highly recommend! I have stocked up on it already, using manufacturer coupons from the paper and cvs/walgreens deals i get them pretty cheap.

This was the first BB cream that I tried and I was very skeptical. I am an NC 35, warm toned and I kept hearing how these bb creams were very light and gave a white cast. At first I was dissapointed because it was very thick and gray to me. Then i looked up how to apply bb creams from people on youtube and realized that I was using too much. Now I use one pump and take my time blending it out. That is my one complaint: you have to blend it out very well and it is very thick, yet does not feel thick when it is on your skin. It gets absorbed and oxidizes very nicely. Then I dust it with Mac MSFN and it lasts all day. What I love about this is that my skin loves it. It has great ingredients and I have not been able to find another liquid foundations that does not make me either breakout or look natural. MAC foundations just do not sit right on my skin and break me out like crazy. This might be my HG foundation! The one con is do not use flash photography while wearing this or you will look like a ghost! *edit* I just bought the #27 which is more warm toned and I still love it so much. I advise people to buy this directly from missha.net as they run great specials and include great samples and free shipping! *UPDATE* I am still using this after a year! I have never been able to stick to a foundation for so long. One tip I have is to make it look less masky, mix it with some tinted moisturizer and a drop of primer. It will make application smoother. In the summer months, when I am more bronzed I mix in some warmer, darker creme foundation like graftobian or ben nye, and adjust the color so I can use it year round. They mix very well. I have never gotten so many compliments on my skin until I discovered this combo. Of course I have my night time foundation If I am planning on taking pictures and that one varies since I have not found my HG. But for daytime, this one is still my favorite. The benefits are just too many : low price, lasts a long time, Only a small amount of product is needed, does not break me out (super important to me), actually improves my skin tone and helps with dark marks, moisturizing yet not too oily, can be built up for coverage. Another tip that I learend from Gossmakeupartist on youtube, use a DAMP sponge. Using the damp sponge will make application of this soooo easy and looks beautiful. Another trick I learned is to mix the 2 foundations in the palm of yours hands, and press it on your skin. Makes application so fast and really natural. Bubzbeauty taught me this and I love it.
