i love this lipstick. ive been blessed (and cursed) with angelina jolie esq lips. i never wear gloss since it just attracts too much attention and am always on the prowl for a great lipstick. this is perfect. i can wear with a bare eye, or a totally black smudgy done up eye palette. i wear it to work everyday. silky smooth.. usually i am a exclusive brand whore - but was so happy to find this $7 lipstick is a dream.
i kind of had the same issue as below .. hair salons all just wanted to give me highlights! (i think bc it's more $$$) but i wanted a single process.. i had so many highlights i figured it was about time i go all blonde.. i went to a salon and she gave me a single process. it came out too gold, and i looked like i was wearing a halo. sooo - a month later i read about mega blondes, went to ricky's, bought the lightest natural blonde and did a test strip. i liked it, so i went for the whole head, left of 45 minutes, and voila! i looove it. i can not believe i did it myself!! i used to do my own hair with demi when it was dark, but never permanent with blonde. i also was luck to have an old roommate who was a colorist - so i learned some tips along the way. next time i may go for more ash.. as this color is a tad yellow.. but not bad! i still love it. the coverage is full and my hair is silky. only bad thing that came from this is my scalp is a little burned.. so maybe next time ill do 40 min?

So I actually enjoy this product. I do have an oily T-zone and those pesky once a month bad breakouts, but other than that fairly normal skin. I dust this stuff on zits under makeup and at night and honestly see an improvement. If I accidentally put too much on it will even dry out the skin and flake around the pimple, so I know it works!! It is a tad expensive, and I am forever a fan of ProActive refining make, but it's nice to know I have some zit zapping powder on during the day under my make up.
I'm pale, blonde hair blue eyes.. and this lipgloss is gorgeous on me!! My favorite.... I imagine it can work with many skin tones.
So, I used this color as my first 'at home dye' experience, and I am glad I did! The color was great and even. I always apply to roots first for about 25 minutes, then brush down the rest of my hair for 5 minutes. I do however, agree with everyone that it comes out WAYYYY darker.. so PLEASE choose colors wisely. On a side note - I'm looking to go a little lighter now (I am dark ash brown) but I'm nervous about permanent color, brand, etc. If anyone wants to pass along words of wisdom please do!!!! :)
Pressed Powders -Tarte - Provocateur Mineral Powder

I used to use BE as my foundation, and found that it was a little messy and by the afternoon I was shiny. So I marched into Sephora and asked for something similar, just more practical and she pointed me in the direction of this product! I love it! I use my BE brush to avoid yucky bacteria from the sponge and coverage is fantastic, lasts longer than BE does, and I just love it. FYI - I have normal to sensitive skin.
I have verrry fine and limp hair. Usually I do not take the extra time to try any products, I just use voluminous shampoo and conditioner. Well, I saw this at my salon, came to MUA to read the reviews bc I already LOVE pureology shampoo, saw it had great reviews, bought it, use it, and LOVE IT!! Not only does it give me a little extra oomph (which no product does) but it makes me hair so shiny and static free. Going on 4 days straight of using it, and so far so good! Plus, my hair has a tendency to get super greasy with products and this does not do that! We will see come summer if I still love it.
so i looked for about a week for this, and finally found it in a cvs. i read/heard great reviews and went out to find out! i am sooo disappointed. :( it separates lashes just find.. but absolutely no volume or curl at all, and that is what i look for most in a mascara. so bummed. **been using for a few months now - changed my mind a little.. as long as I can get a really good curl with my Shu Uemura curler this mascara is pretty decent.

I found this moisturizer to be too heavy for the humid summer heat. I was getting extremely shiny by the end of the day, and my face felt caked and slimy. although, my skin changes dramatically with season so maybe during the winter I will attempt it again.
