This is great. As I've gotten older, I tend to be more oily on the lower half of my face around my mouth and nostrils, and am prone to pimples around my mouth. I use this to prevent pimples in this area (I cover the entire area with a thin layer after I wash my face every night) and as a spot treatment. It's the only routine I've found that works for me. It dried out my face to the point of peeling for the first week or so, but this passed with continued use. Also, speaking from experience, DO NOT PUT ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR EYE SOCKETS. I made the mistake of moisturizing after applying around my mouth and nose, and wound up in the emergency room with a swollen face from mild chemical burns.. So I guess I'll also mention, for those that use this and then find out you're sensitive, the MD prescribed some cortisone topical cream, and it healed in a few days.
