I'm sorry, but people who say that this item is as good as Clarisonic in terms of deep pore cleansing clearly don't know what they're talking about. I own both, and compared to Clarisonic this item is a joke. Whereas Clarisonic pushes the cleanser into your pores, this one simply distributes it along the skin surface. Why did I mark "yes" to repurchase? This tool does have a place in my skincare routine, although it's not daily cleansing. It's much better than a washcloth for removing the remains of a dried mask off your face, be it a dry-on or a peel-off kind. After peeling or rinsing the mask off, I run Olay brush over my face and it instantly removes any residue. I took off 2 lippies because it fails miserably as a competitor to Clarisonic (the way it's marketed), although it's excellent for a different purpose.

Misc Beauty Tools -Clarisonic - Pro Skincare Brush

Easily one of my top 5 most valuable skincare products/tools. Unquestionably, it will be instantly replaced if it dies on me, except next time I'll probably get a MIA. One of the previous reviewers mentioned that MIA is superior to PRO model in performance - I don't know; recently my friend was visiting from out of state and brought her MIA. She tried mine and I tried hers (we switched brushheads, needless to say) and neither of us felt any difference. I'll most likely get a MIA because it takes up less space and is far more travel friendly. EDIT: My Pro model did die after about 5yrs. of service - the base seemed to still be working fine but the handle refused to charge. I already bought a Mia to replace it. However, I'd like to mention that my experience with the company's reputably stellar customer service was, regrettably, not as wonderful as that of some ladies' here. I took my Pro model to my local Nordstrom, hoping to get an opportunity to test the base and the handle separately with complimentary parts from other sets and hopefully diagnose the problem. The SA refused to even take it out of the box and brushed me off with a curt "I'm not an electrician" comment. I called the company's customer service - and never got a satisfactory explanation: they kept transferring me from one department to another and putting me on hold forever until I finally gave up and hang up. I'm not going to lower my rating for the product - I'm still happy with it, as evidenced by my having immediately purchased a Mia to replace my now-donated-to-Goodwill Pro model, and will most likely instantly replace my current Mia, too, when it dies. However, I'm glad some ladies here seem to have had a better experience with the company's customer service.
