Lip Gloss -MAC - Lipglass in Russian Red

This is my absolute HG red lip color. It is a little bit sticky, but I would much prefer sticky to being too dry, so it really doesn't bother me too much. I love the pin-up/sex kitten vibe I get from this color while I am wearing it. I will say that it is not for the faint of heart because it is definitely RED. I absolutely love it!

This product is awesome! I was always a huge fan of BeneTint and so I decided that I would try this product one day when I had some spare cash on hand that wasn't going towards anything. I am just as enamored with PosieTint as I am BeneTint. I use this product when I am going for a more natural look, and it looks great on my fair skin. I LOVE IT!!!

Primer/ Corrector -BeneFit Cosmetics - That Gal

Really (if it was an option), I would probably say that "MAYBE" I would buy this product again. I love the packaging and the smell is divine. However, as a primer it is only so-so. I much prefer "Dr. Feelgood" and "the Porefessional" over "That Gal" for priming my face. This product is a wonderful highlighter, and it looks awesome on cheeks like the person bellow me stated. It is an alright product overall, but if you are looking for an actual "primer," I would skip this product and go on to something else.

Gels/Soaps -Aveeno - Active Naturals Hydrating Body Wash

Some types of body washes end up drying my skin out and/or smelling chemically/fake-y. Aveno Natural Hydrating Body Wash is NOT one of those body washes! My skin feels so soft after using it and the smell is absolutely divine. Ahhhh, definitely one of my favorites :-)

Lotions/ Creams -St. Ives - Whipped Silk Body Moisturizer [DISCONTINUED]

This is one of the best lotions that I have ever used in my whole life. I have used this product religiously for a while now, and my skin has never been softer. I put it on after taking a shower all over my body and then off and on throughout the day. The smell is wonderful and feminine and makes me really happy. I find that this product works better than many higher priced lotions, which is why I will continue to use this for a LONG time!

Shampoo -ARTec - KIWI Coloreflector

Personally, I really like this shampoo! It makes my hair feel super clean and I love the fruity smell as I am lathering up. I can see, however, how the smell may not be everyone's cup of tea. I use this shampoo every other day because it can be a tad drying, but I feel like it does a good job of keeping my blonde highlights intact and fresh looking. This shampoo also has sentimental value for me, because my grandma used to wash my hair with it when I was a little girl... I loved the smell then and I love the smell now. :-) I love this product!

Polishes -Butter London - Victoriana

This is a beautiful color light blue in the bottle AND once applied to the nail. I am a fan of blue nail polish, but I would very rarely consider them pretty and classy looking....usually they are more "fun" and "different". Butter London manages to make Victoriana look more soft and feminine. I'm not sure if it would look good on all skin tones, but I do know that it looks really good on my fair skin. Definitely one of my favorite nail polish colors EVER. Oh, and you have to love the slight glitter added in to the polish color.....so cute! :-)

Polishes -Butter London - Chancer

I love a nice red nail polish......and this is a wonderful take on it! I like how the glitter adds some pizzazz and makes the nail color a little more glamorous. I love glitter nail polishes but I find that much of the time they wind up looking cheap once applied---not Butter London glitter polishes! They make glitter polishes look youthful, lovely and even classy.....and classy is a word that I would usually not use to describe glitter polish. I LOVE it!

Top/Base Coats -New York Color - Extra Shiny Top Coat

This product is cheap, but actually works decently well. I mean, it isn't the best top coat ever, but it certainly isn't the worst. I usually always have this on hand incase I run out of my other top coat or can't find it. It does a good a job of making my nails super shiny AND dries really fast. However, like a reviewer bellow me, it does sort of resemble the consistency of a hot glue from a hot glue gun if the product is older or hasn't been shaken up enough.

Lips -Ulta - Extreme Wear Lip Stain - Lucky in Love

I really like the color of this lip stain once it is applied to my lips. I also really like the fact that it can double as a wonderful blush/stain and turns out a lovely color which looks like you are truely "flushed." However, I find the packaging to be quite messy and it can sometimes leak and get everywhere (make sure to screw the top on well.....if you half ass it, product will get all over your makeup bag.) Also, I had to take off points because the term "stain" is deceiving in this case; the product comes off after an hour or so. It is a nice color though, and does look nice applied to the lips/cheeks.

Fragrances -Marc Jacobs - Lola

Before I purchased this product, I kept going back to sephora every few days to obtain samples of it to use :). I love everything about this product, from the bottle to the smell of the perfume. Fragrances are subjective considering they smell different on everyone (and certain people like different scents), but this perfume smells wonderful on me and I think it smells pretty darn wonderful too!

I actually like this product! My pores are pretty small/minimal looking anyway, so I probably wouldn't have thought to purchase this product on my own. I acquired it as free gift from Ulta after buying a BeneFit product, and I have to say that it DID minimize my minimal pores. I don't know if this product would work on people that have more noticable pores (which is why I gave the product 4 stars instead of 5), but on my face it works perfectly. Another bonus is that it doesn't break my face out OR irritate it! :)

Powder -BeneFit Cosmetics - Hello Flawless!

I love this powder! It matches my skin perfectly (which rarely ever happens, or so it seems.) You can make it either light coverage or more heavy coverage depending on the occassion or how you feel like wearing your makeup that day. It isn't a whole lot of product (I wish more came in it!) but I absolutely don't mind paying the 30 some dollars for a powder that actually matches my skin tone AND doesn't cause breakouts/irritation. Definitely one of my "Go-To" powders and makeup essentials.

Mascara -Bare Escentuals - Buxom Amplified Lash

I ran out of my usual BADgal mascara, and figured that I would try something new. I really thought this mascara would be nifty, considering that you can change the brush and I have always been a fan of Buxom lip gloss. I was very disappointed in this product. The brush and formula caused my eye lashes to clump (even after trying several times, re-doing it in a vain hope I would like this mascara.) I plan on taking it back to sephora and getting my money back. Some people seem to like it, and some people don't....to each his own. :)

Polishes -Butter London - Marrow

I love the Butter London brand, and I love the color purple so I figured I would try this polish out (plus it has recieved rave reviews on here.) Once I got in on my nails, I was highly disappointed with the way it looked my nails. This consistency is wonderful and what you expect from the brand, but the color looks gross with my skin tone and is not flattering. This is one of the only polishes of their's that I haven't really been too keen on. However, I can see that it would probably look great on other skin tones--just not mine :(.
