Self Tanners -Jergens - Natural Glow

I'm disappointed in this product. I'm very pale, and the light version barely gave me any colour with continued use. As with most self-tanners, the smell makes it impossible to wear during the day. I also think it irritated my skin (granted, it can be sensitive). I was hoping that the moisturizer/tanner combo would save me a step in my summer routine. However, I had to apply this product every night and was still moisturizing every morning. I'll stick with my usual self tanners, which I can apply one night a week with guaranteed results.

I can't believe how smoothly this polish applies! The colour is perfect--it adds a touch of pale pink, but looks so natural. Lasting power is about average on me.

Eye Shadow -Annabelle - Astonish

This is a beautiful pinky-beige that works well as a wash or highlighter. The quality is great (as it always is with Annabelle shadows). It has a luminous finish. My only problem with it is that the shimmer could be a little finer.

I have wavy hair that I blowdry, flat iron and curl constantly. I bought this hoping to minimize the damage. It leaves my hair silky and very shiny. I normally use a silicone product, but it doesn't give me half the shine that this does. The spray bottle is cute and convenient. Overall, a wonderful (and inexpensive) product!

I've been using a sample of this for a week. It's recommended as "hydrating soothing care as the follow-up to acne treatment". So far, it's doing a good job of eliminating the flakes and redness I have from a recent breakout and subsequent treatment. It absorbs well, but the scent isn't very appealing (I've only been using it at night). Overall, very soothing and effective.

This is so beautiful! It gives me a natural looking, pinky-nude glow. I love using it with more dramatic eyes, as it makes me look fresh without competing with the eye makeup. I like the texture, too--it's easy to blend.

Eye Shadow -Quo - Mystery

I managed to get this on sale for $4.99! I'm not sure that it's worth the full price, but I'm very happy with it. The colour is perfect for a purple smokey eye, and really compliments my brown eyes. It lasts well, and has lovely, subtle burgandy shimmer.

Concealers -Cover Girl - fresh complexion concealer

I like that this concealer blends so well--I'm willing to give up a bit of coverage for a natural look. Even though it doesn't provide total coverage, I find that it covers blemishes and dark circles fairly well with no caking at all. The packaging isn't the best, but overall, I'm pleased.

I'm so glad I decided to try this! It blends perfectly and wakes up my whole face. I use it on my browbones, cheekbones, and the inner corner of my eyes. I also use it (lightly) under eyeshadows to give a bit of a glow.

Polishes -Revlon - Sheer Blossom

I love the sheer pink colour of this polish, but I've found it impossible to apply two even coats. One coat, however, goes on smoothly and gives my nails a very sheer hint of colour and some subtle sparkle. Lasting power doesn't seem to be as great as with the regular nail enamel.

Lip Gloss -Revlon - Super Lustrous - Pink Afterglow 020

This lipgloss has a nice smooth texture, but I find it far too glittery for my taste. When the gloss wears off, I'm left with sparkles plastered to my lips (they're very difficult to remove!). However, if you like glittery lipgloss, this is probably a good choice--not too gritty, and a sheer wash of pink.

This colour looks like a sheer, deep rosy-caramel on me. I love the light, glossy texture of this lipstick--perfect for a more natural look. This came with a bonus "conditioning lip shimmer", which I wasn't as impressed with.

This is my daily leave-in treatment. It leaves my hair glossy, smooth, and manageable, but never weighs it down. I love the Daily Defense fragrance!

This is a good, basic lipliner. The colour looks natural, and the texture is creamy and easy to apply. Helps my gloss and lipstick stay put!

I love this! It gives my lips a rosy flush and lots of shine--a perfect sheer red. I don't find it at all sticky, but it has decent staying power. Unlike others, I actually like the scent. The packaging looks very classy for a drugstore product. This is a great gloss for a natural but polished look.
