This is my Holy Grail of hair care. I love it. It makes my hair feel like it was just washed at the salon EVERY TIME. The first time I used it I did notice a lot of hair loss. I think that this was due to the fact that I have never combed my hair in the shower before. Nothing to be concerned about. Also, you must must must rinse with cold water. I know it sucks but it does make a difference. The only real CON I can think of is the price. It is expensive, especially if you have really thick/long hair and use a lot of the product. I made the mistake of switching to Liveclean to save money and was extremely disappointed.

Liquid -Christian Dior - Diorskin Airflash

Befor my TEMPTU I tried the Airflash. After reading several reviews on this website I was sold. I thought this would be the solution for my foundation problems. Nope. First off this stuff is expensive. I don't mind spending a bit of money on cosmetics but the price/amount of product you get, it's not worth it. Secondly, the coverage is ok. It really dried out my skin and because of the lack of shades my face was noticeable lighter than the rest of my body. Lastly, I felt like I was wearing a mask. I hated it. The best thing about this foundation was that it lasted. I was in the Vegas heat for hours and it STAYED on. Granted I did have a primer and a makeup setter. My advice, if you are looking for an airbrush system, splurge and get the TEMPTU!

Foundations -TEMPTU - Air Pod

I have been on this quest to find the best foundation for years. You name it, I have tried it (and paid a pretty penny for it !). Prior to being a TEMPTU junkie I was a MAC maniac. With that being said, even the MAC foundation wouldn't last and sometimes made my skin break out. Not to mention it always looked like I was wearing makeup, no matter how hard I tried. The TEMPTU, really does make you look flawless. It does take some practice and I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to hold it 4-6 inches from your face. After my first application I was in awe. I couldn't beleive it. I looked like I had NO makeup on and had PERFECT skin. The only downside is that if you are a novice at makeup, I would recommend practicing at least 4-5 times. The blush can be a bit tricky. The system itself is compact enough for travel and very easy to use. I know it is pricey, and I honestly feel a little crazy owning my very own airbrush system. If you are contemplating buying this system, DO IT, They have a special TV offer which is perfect, try it for 30 days and if you aren't head over heels return it :) FYI. I have been on acutane and still struggle with adult acne and this system doesn't make me break out and evens out my skin perfectly.

Mascara -Cover Girl - Lash Blast

Oh lash blast. What would I do without you? This beauty paird up with Maybeline the Falsies, makes for amazingly full and flared eyelashes. I start off my mascara regimen with 2 coats of lash blast and then I up the length with Maybeline the Falsies mascara. I find that if I only use Lash Blast it dries out my eyelashes, but by using the Falsies afterwards (which I find is more liquid) I don't have that problem. Also make sure if you do use this product alone, remove it with make up remover as some of my friends and myself have had lashes fall out! Yikes!!!!

Brows -MAC - Eyebrows Crayon (Stud)

Simply amazing. This pencil doesn't smudge, doesn't fade and lasts me a few months of use! I have sparse eyebrows and I find that just a few whisks of this bad boy makes my eyebrows look perfectly manicured. Prior to finding this little gem I was using drugstore brands and was embarassed more than once to find out that half my eyebrow was missing... Mortified I searched for an alternative and have never looked back since. This particular shade is great if you color your hair black like me as its a very dark brown and looks more natural than a full out black pencil. Thanks MAC, you never disapoint.

Eyeliner -MAC - Fluidline Eye-Liner Gel in Blacktrack

I always get asked how I get my eyeliner to stay on so well and look so, well, black! The answer is Blacktrack. The best investment you will ever make is in a good makeup brush set and this little bad boy. I found that at first it took some practice to not look like a complete train wreck...this stuff is potent!! But once you get used to applying this stuff, you will NEVER buy any form of eye pencil again. Some tips that I have..I find that when you dip your brush into the pot blow on it a bit to dry the product a tad... It is very liquidly and can be hard to manage. Blowing on it makes it dry a bit and become a little more tacky and therefor easier to apply. I would also recommend that you practice a bit befor you use it for a night out :) I think I would cry if they discontinued this stuf :)

Eye Shadow -Kat Von D - Beethoven palette

First off I heart Kat. Love her makeup, her style, her show love love love. What I don't love...her makeup line. When I first received this palette as a gift from a gf I was thrilled. The packaging was beautiful and when I opened it, the colors were unreal. When I went to use these vibrant shadows I found that a lot of the product fell of my brush and wouldn't stick to my eyelid. The run off was unacceptable, and furthermore it took A LOT of application to get anywhere near the desired color and effect. After a few hours of wear, I needed a complete touch up. Every once in a while I find myself going back to said palette in hopes that maybe this time it will be different, only to be disapointed all over again. Oh well, still love you Kat :)

Skincare - Face -AcneFree - All Products

First off I want to say that you have sever painful acne this product isn't for you. But if you are like me who breaks out more than the average person you are in luck!!! I can't live without this product. I have been using it for over a year now and have clear skin. When I first started this cleansing regiment I found it got slightly worst for 2 weeks before it got better. I find that washing all my makeup off with Olay cleansing clothes and then following up with the Acnefree cleanser helped a lot as the cleanser was able to penetrate more..if that makes any sense :) The toner dries my skin so I don't use it every day, probably 3 times a week. The key part to this is repair lotion. Don't use too much, and only on the spots where you break out. I also use a daily moisturizer by Olay to help with the dryness. I have been on anti biotics, acutane, birth control, proactiv and countless of other products and NOTHING worked as good as this. Highly recommend ! Total life saver!!!!

Eyes -Ardell - Brow & Lash Growth Accelerator Treatment Gel

I bought this product in hopes to help my sparse over tweezed eyebrows. I found that I had to pump the wand multiple times to get enough product to coat my eyebrows. I usually would end up using my finger to spread it on evenly. Over the course of 2 weeks of using this stuff faithfully twice a day morning and night I am amazed that my brows are fuller than they have been in years!!!! I also found that my brow hair looks slightly darker. I would recommend this product to anyone who has done years of damage by over plucking!!
