This mascara does nothing for me. It was very wet and made my lashes stick together no matter what I did. I threw it in the trash after one use. I would definitely not buy this again.
I purchased this based on the reviews I read here. I am very glad i did. I have curly hair that becomes frizzy when I let it air dry, so I never really wear my hair down unless i blow dry it straight. When I used this mousse, it left my curls soft and defined and took away the frizz. I actually have been wearing my hair down and letting it air dry which i've never been able to do before. I will definitely continue to use this and repurchase.
Lip Treatments -MAC - Tinted Lip Conditioner - Petting Pink

this is a good colored lipgloss. I used to use it often before i found others that i like better. It's a good conditioner and keeps my lips soft. The color is pretty natural looking. It's a bit expensive and difficult to get out of the little pot though.
After reading the reviews on here I decided to go to Banana Republic and try out this fragrance. It certainly smells wonderful and light. I will likely go back and purchase it. My only complaint is that it didn't last very long. A few hours after I sprayed it on I could hardly smell it.
This creme is awesome. It does everything it says it does. I also use the shampoo and conditioner, they are great too. This really calms down my frizzy hair, I use it often and will definitely repurchase if i ever run out!
Lip Treatments -Unlisted Brand - Cococare Cocoa Butter Lip Balm
eden82 10/27/2006 7:52:00 AM
For 99 cents this is awesome. I have the little yellow tube that says cococare coco butter lip balm, but there is no spf. It goes on lips smoothly, keeps them moisturized for a long time. It doesn't really have any taste but it smells slightly of chocolate in the tube. I like how it makes my lips glossy but the consistency isn't waxy. I guess my lips were always dry too, because somehow this seems to make them seem nicely pigmented. I would definitely buy this again, it does it's job and it's dirt cheap.
Lip Gloss -Revlon - Super Lustrous lipgloss in Glossy Rose [DISCONTINUED]
eden82 10/25/2006 10:06:00 PM
I bought this after reading all the great reviews on here. I'm so glad because it's a perfect my lips but better shade that I could wear everyday. It was on sale for $3.99 which is really cheap compared to the chanel lipglosses i use sometimes. I will definitely repurchase this, i might actually go buy a couple just incase it gets discontinued. By the way, this shade looks lighter on your lips than it does in the tube. I was hesitant to buy it at first because i thought it was too dark and wouldn't look good on me, but I was wrong! It looks great. :)
I use this instead of the foundation because i have very oily skin. It works great and looks very natural. There aren't many colors though, but I have pale skin so it's ok. I use the lightest color all over and then the medium shade as a bronzer and it looks pretty good. This product is good at keeping the t-zone oilies away.
Foundations -Youngblood - Natural Mineral Foundation

I have oily skin and this mineral powder made the shine factor a bit high... I've been using the rice setting powder instead with good results. But i've found that this mineral foundation is great on it's own as a concealer, i just put a little on a q-tip and swipe it on, provides great coverage. The packaging isn't great, the powder kind of spills out all over the place when i open the jar, especially if it's been jostled around at all when the jar was closed.
I found a sample vial of allure when I was in high school and I've loved it ever since. I have tried other fragrances but i always return to this one. I have a weird body chemistry and most fragrances dry down to a very funky odor on me but allure always smells wonderful. I only wear a tiny bit though, because it is a strong scent. This is my all time favorite perfume and I'll continue to use it forever unless I find something else, but I doubt that will happen.
Styling Products -Aussie - Dual Personality Mousse plus Leave-In Conditioner
eden82 10/22/2006 12:28:00 AM
This is a great light weight conditioner. It does nothing as a mousse, but it won't weigh hair down. Definitley makes hair soft and smooth. I would repurchase it eventhough I have to use it along with other products. It is good for smoothing down minor frizzies, and it smells nice.
Cleansers -Cetaphil - Daily Facial Cleanser (Normal to Oily Skin)
eden82 10/22/2006 12:22:00 AM
I've been using this cleanser for years. It works great on my oily skin. My face feels completely clean and never too dry. A bottle of this stuff lasts for about 6 months and it's pretty inexpensive. The packaging isn't that great though because i dropped the bottle once and the pump broke off so I had to put the contents into a different dispenser. Overall this is the best facial cleanser for oily skin I've ever used. I have had no adverse reactions to it, I use it twice a day and I would highly recommend it. Definite repurchase.
Lotions/ Creams -Thierry Mugler - Angel Body Cream
eden82 10/20/2006 2:42:00 PM
I wanted to like this product, especially after reading all the great reviews on here. I like the smell of this cream because it isn't as strong as some other angel perfume products. I was in Sephora and i just used a dime size amount of the cream on my hands to see if i liked it. Well after about 5 minutes i had a terrible migraine and it didn't go away until the next day. I tried to wash my hands about 10 times just to get the smell off because everytime my hand was near my face and i smelled it again, my headache would get worse. Too bad this stuff doesn't agree with me because it's a nice earthy scent, but I can't wear it.
My aunt sells Avon and she gave me a few of these as samples before they were sold in the Avon campaigns. I don't like them. They are difficult to apply, the sizes aren't accurate, There isn't a wide variety of colors and worst of all they don't look nearly as good as regular nail polish. I couldn't get these to set properly without any jagged edges or air bubbles. I removed this polish the same day I put it on because it looked very fake.
Shampoo -Clairol - Herbal Essences Hello Hydration Moisturizing Shampoo
eden82 10/20/2006 8:17:00 AM
I guess I'm in the minority because I don't like this shampoo. I bought it on sale at Target because I read so many good reviews on here. I have thick, highlighted hair and I always use some type of moisturizing/hydrating shampoo and conditioner. I usually never have a problem because my hair isn't all that dry. However this particular shampoo made my hair so gross. It became so dry and tangled that I could barely brush my hair after I washed it. I used the conditioner as well, and i have no complaints about that because it did seem to moisturize my hair but not enough to make up for what this shampoo did, so I will try the conditioner along with a different shampoo. I had to use sunsilk 24/7 cream after i washed my hair in order to prevent it from becoming a frizz bomb after using this shampoo. I would not recommend this shampoo to anyone with highlighted hair, eventhough this is the type that one would suspect to work on highlighted hair. Maybe if you have normal or fine hair this would be great, but it is marketed as hydrating, which it is not. At least it smells great! (I'm not going to repurchase this, I actually gave it to my mom after i tried it one time)
