Tinted Moisturizer -Unlisted Brand - Face of Australia

This is a make-up essential for me in the morning. I must always use SPF 30+ on my face - anything less and my cheeks burn or develop a rash. I used to use a SPF 30+ moisturizer then apply foundation, but it tended to feel really heavy on my face and quite oily later in the day. The Face of Australia Tinted Moisturizer is moisturizing enough, but feels light, giving me just enough color on my face plus the SPF 30+ factor. I follow with Christian Dior Capture Totale Liquid Foundation (030 medium beige) on my cheeks to even some redness. Overall, the combination of the two products doesn't suffocate my skin and I only need to lightly powder once in the afternoon. This product is great for the Australian summer when you don't want to wear too much on your face. I'm on my third tube and always stock up when there is a sale as I'm scared it will be discontinued. I wear 'Light' during Winter and 'medium' during Summer, but the shades always rub in well and never give me a 'yellow/orange' look. And the price you can't beat - AU$12 for 50ml. I've looked for a cheap tinted moisturizer in SPF 30+ and trust me, this is the only one on the market.

Lip Treatments -Trilogy - Intensive Lip Treatment

This is more of an ointment than lip balm, but don't let that put you off. It's great for chapped dry lips and instantly sinks in, soothing and smoothing. My lips look refreshed and hydrated. It gives a nice glossy look that is not over the top and has a pleasant scent. I keep a tube on my desk at work and apply throughout the day. You don't need much so the tube has lasted me a while. The whole Trilogy range is fantastic! I highly recommend them.

Treatments -Trilogy - Booster Capsules with CoQ10 and Tamanu Oil Complex

I have been using this for about 3 weeks and so far so good. I use it at night only, after I have applied a bit of Avene Hydrance Optimale Rich to my cheeks. My cheeks are very dry so applying this product alone does not moisturise the skin enough, but together with Avene, I have found it very good. There is too much in the capsule for the face so I spread it under the chin, neck and décolletage area. So far no break outs around the décolletage area. It has a pleasant smell which is quite soothing. The capsules are a great idea as it's hygienic and easy for travelling. I'm slowly moving through the Trilogy range.

Liquid -Christian Dior - Capture Totale Liquid Foundation SPF15

I know this foundation is mainly marketed for mature skin, but it is very good for my dry skin. I am prone to dry patches on my cheeks and no matter how much moisturizer I use before, other foundations just highlights it and makes it worse. This one is quite moisturizing and doesn't settle into the cracks. It's also good in covering up redness on my cheeks. It glides on very smoothly and is easy to blend. It's quite expensive for a foundation (AU$115 at department stores), which is why the pump dispenser is great as I can control how much I want to use and there's no wastage. I planning to stock up from duty free when I go overseas. #030 suits my complexion perfectly.

This is a great gloss balm. Very moistursing, great shine and has good staying power. It's also not too sticky unlike Lancome's Juciy Tubes and has a nice scent. It can be worn alone or over lipstick for extra shine. This is my Clinique Superbalm replacement.

Moisturizers -Avene - Instant soothing serum

This serum is great for the skin on my cheeks which can become red, dry and flaky. It instantly soothes them without stinging and the redness goes down in no time. Leaves the skin soft and silky too. The noozle is great as you can control how much you squeeze out. I bought 2 tubes in Japan. Can't seem to find it anywhere else that will deliver to Australia so I have to stock up when I go back to Japan.

Treatments -Clarins - Santal Face Treatment oil

Great stuff for red and dry cheeks. Cleared mine up in about a week. I use it every night before I go to bed and the redness is gone in the morning. The oil is not oily at all and sinks in. Wouldn't recommended it for the oily parts of your face, it'll just cause pimples.

Masks -Avene - Instant Soothing Mask

This is great for dry skin. Whenever I have dry patches on my cheek area, I slather this stuff on after a shower and wait for it to sink in. Sometimes I leave it on for more than the 10-15 mins recommended and it really puts the moisture back into my skin. I use it about 3-4 times a week and it makes my skin feel great. I have slight rosacea on my cheeks and it seems to calm the inflammation down.
