Palettes -Coastal Scents - 88 eyeshadow palette

I bought this a few months ago, and I love it! Some people may think it's really pricey, but honestly, you're getting 88 really amazing eyeshadows, and what'd you expect? For it to be $8? I think this is around $18, but I got it for $14 since they were having a sale. The whole overall palette is actually smaller than I thought it'd be; the eyeshadows are about dime size, but it's still going to take you a while to go through them. Some of them are a lot more pigmented than others, but that's ok, you can just layer them wet. What I don't like though, is the packaging. It's very flimsy and when the palette first arrived, there was a broken eyeshadow pan and it got everywhere, so just be really careful with this. But overall, this was a very "worth-it" type of buy, and I especially recommend this to beginners. (:

Eyeliner -Cargo - CARGO Swimmables Waterproof Pencil Kit

I LOVE these eyeliners. I got these at Ulta and they came in a set of four- yellow-goldish, turquoise, blue, and purple. These eyeliners are so vibrant and creamy and they glide right onto my lash line. They're so pigmented and they're perfect for creating fun summer looks. My only problem with this set is that, for me, at least, the eyeliners seem to fade after about six hours, and that's why I'm taking off a lippie. It's not a huge problem though since I can just reapply and if I run out, I would repurchase this, but I'm not sure if it's limited edition, though.

Shampoo -Clairol - Herbal Essences Hello Hydration Moisturizing Shampoo

Lately, my hair has been pretty dry, so I bought this shampoo and the matching conditioner with really high hopes for it to make my hair soft and zap the frizzies. It didn't exactly live up to my expectations, but it didn't completely let me down either. It makes my hair soft, but it really doesn't control the frizziness as well as I'd like it to. But, I would buy this again just because I have yet to find a better shampoo and conditioner and because it's really affordable.

Hair -John Frieda - Brilliant Brunette Shampoo & Conditioner

I am kind of in the middle concerning this product. Lately, my hair has been really dry and I had been using the Herbal Essences Hello Hydration Shampoo and Conditioner nonstop so I wanted a break from it since it was starting to lose its effect on my hair and then I saw this. I thought it would bring my "blah" brown hair to life without me having to dye it and it kind of did but not in the way I'd been hoping it to. It made my hair a little bit darker, which wasn't what I'd been looking for, but at the same time it still livened up my locks and gave me results. The only thing I didn't like was that it didn't do anything about my hair's dryness, but it's not geared towards dryness, so my expectations weren't high at all. Overall, I would purchase it again just because it kind of did what I wanted it to- it made my hair less "blah."

Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Naked Palette

I LOVE this palette. I picked it up at my local Sephora and at first the price seemed scary high, but then if you do the math, you get 12 shadows for $48, which is only $4 per shadow, while normal UD shadows are around $18 each. Win, win! The shades are all neutrals, which is good for me since I can wear them to work. The palette I purchased came with a mini Primer Potion which I guess works well but I haven't tried it for a full day yet since the shadows stay on my eyelid for the whole day without a primer. It also comes with a brush to apply the shadows, but, in my opinion, it's not very good and I never use it. The shadows are pigmented and vibrant just like all the other UD shadows and they're amazing quality. With 12 different shades, you can create soo many different looks and you'll never get bored with playing around with this palette. Some people are mentioning in their reviews that with some of the more glittery shades they're experiencing extreme fallout, but that's never happened to me with this palette. At least not yet. The packaging is a little bit flimsy though, but other than that I have no problems with this palette. This palette is definitely going to last me a very long time, but if I ever run out, I will for sure be re-purchasing it.

Cleansers -Yes To Carrots - Yes To Cucumbers Face Cleanser Towelettes

First off, this product isn't very good for removing eye makeup since other reviewers have said that it's pretty harsh and makes their eyes sting. I personally have never used it around the eyes, only on my face, and it feels AMAZING! It doesn't leave behind an oily/greasy residue that other facial cleansing wipes do and it feels so refreshing on my skin. The packaging does its job well. It has an opening and then a flap underneath that to keep the wipes more moist and fresh. The flap has a phrase on it that says: "Wipe that smile ON your face," and it's a really cute added bonus. On the downside, I'm not sure how I feel about the smell and that's why I took away a lippie. At first, it's a really nice, refreshing cucumber scent but then it fades into almost a hospital-like smell. But I am still going to continue buying these just because of the really nice refreshing feel of them on my skin and because price-wise they're very cheap and affordable.
