Eye Shadow -Kat Von D - Metal Orchestra Palette

i love everything about blue eye shadow so when i first saw this, i had to have it. i finally got my hands on it over the summer and i've been hooked since! the pigmentation on the shadows are amazing and you only need a little bit to go a long way. they're very soft and easily blendable, and i just love the colors and quality of this palette.

so like a lot of other ladies on here, i've had pretty bad feet for a good portion of my life. it's usually focused more on my heel and side of my big toes. i just kind of gave up on deep moisturizing lotions because they wouldn't do anything. until i saw this product review. i decided, why not try it? because it's so cheap at sally's, so i did. and i've only used it for a couple days now but i can already see and feel a big difference! i can't wait to see how it'll be the longer i keep using this product :] definitely worth looking into!

Liquid -Urban Decay - Naked Skin
dyingforyou 1/11/2013 1:04:00 AM
i really like how light this foundation is and it really matched my skin very well. i use 1.0 after having tried 3.0 because the sales lady told me that's what i was when it was WAY too yellow for me. 1.0 is perfect. one thing i don't like is that even with moisturizer and primer on underneath, some parts of my cheek near by nose, and about 3/4 of my forehead and the spot between my eyebrows were so cakey when i first put it on. i had to scrub off the foundation there and use a very thin layer, like barely dipping my brush into it to make it look alright. i think it's just my skin hating liquid foundation though. i don't know how to go about fixing that :< but i barely noticed i had it on through the day and i really liked the coverage. another thing is the price but i guess that's what you get for brands like ud.

Mascara -Maybelline - Volum' Express The Falsies
dyingforyou 5/21/2012 5:20:00 PM
i bought this while it was on sale at walmart and really hoped that it would give the false lash effect since i love the thick and a lot of volume lash look. while it's a nice mascara on its own but when i tried it, it definitely didn't give a false lash look. the brush is too big and generally annoying, and it puts out too much product, making it clump for me. i usually have to go back through with my normal mascara brush just to get it to unclump. other than that, like i said it's a nice mascara, it just definitely doesn't give the falsies effect. my normal covergirl professional mascara in the blue tube gives more of a false lash effect than this does. i probably wouldn't buy it again.

Hair Color -Unlisted Brand - Color Oops - Regular Strength Hair Color Remover
dyingforyou 3/27/2012 12:33:00 AM
i was recommended this product by a friend, who has used it many times on her hair. the most recently was that she was getting dark brown from her hair and it went red, so i was impressed with the results. i was trying to go from a very faded black to blonde, knowing it would end up red/orange in the middle, which i was okay with as i was going to bleach it anyways. i bought color oops, kept it on for as long as it said and washed for about half an hour like it said too. when i looked in the mirror after drying my hair some... it was still black. it made my hair just a tad bit redder but it did nothing it said it was going to do. it didn't even lift a level. i'm severely disappointed and i can't believe i wasted my money on this product.

Liquid -Rimmel - Match Perfection
dyingforyou 2/20/2012 7:31:00 PM
i haven't used a liquid foundation in YEARS and only recently have i been starting to look for one. i've tested many drugstore brands as i'm too cheap to constantly buy from mac and so far, the rimmel one has been the closest to my skin tone. i first tested it out on my wrist and went about my day to see if it would oxidize or not, then when it didn't i went back and bought it. it doesn't look cakey at all, it doesn't feel heavy on my face, and it matches perfectly. with a little bit of concealer underneath and a powder finish, it looks like i have absolutely no blemishes [mainly get them around my nose and cheeks]. it's lasted well throughout the day and hasn't rubbed off or anything. only thing is that i wish there was a pump :[ because i don't want to end up wasting product, but oh well. start out with a little and if i need more- only add a little more. will definitely repurchase when i run out.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Pigment in Dark Soul
dyingforyou 2/4/2012 10:15:00 PM
this is such a gorgeous color. i don't wear very many bright colors but opt to go for more blacks/greys so i decided to test out this pigment. i took a little bit on my finger to swatch it over my hand and just. wow. in the bottle it looks like a plain grey-ish black but it's so much more than that. it's a nice black with sparkle and it's just gorgeous. i've yet to actually use it but i plan on it soon. it definitely fits in nicely with my collection of blacks/greys.

Lipstick -MAC - Made With Love Lipstick
dyingforyou 2/4/2012 10:11:00 PM
i bought this off of someone as my first mac lipstick ever and i LOVE it. i have a similar color from nyx and it dries my lips out terribly so i was disappointed. when i tried this out when i got it, it was so perfect. it's not so pink that i feel that i can't wear it but instead it definitely gives off the right amount of color for me with a nice shine that looks amazing.
