Deodorants -Tom's of Maine - Natural Long-Lasting Deodorant Lemongrass

A male friend of mine once used his girlfriend's deodorant in a pinch. He described it as way too strong for him. This got me thinking that us woman live daily with pretty potent chemicals. I've tried my husband's "tom's natural deodorant" before. It wasn't strong enough for me. So when I found this long-lasting series I was very happy. I don't want aluminum! It is excellent. I have comprable strength to my usual (aluminum) brand without feeling like i'm rolling chemical warfare under my arms.
Lovely product. My skin feels amazing. It's nice to have the 532 ml size. I can use this generously without feeling worried about running out. This product also came with a bonus trial size (71 ml) which is great to take when I travel. Smells nice. (officially? "fragrance free") I like a simple regime in the morning and the Aveeno fits the bill.
I was recommended this at Sephora. Like others I found the applicator inconvenient. I usually like MUFE concealers and I thought I would try another product. I won't be repurchasing.
Skincare - Face -Juice Beauty - Green Apple Nutrient Eye Cream

My husband pointed out that this product was rancid. ...smells bad. He bought it for me 4 months ago. Shame. It is nice to find a product that is Green. I have had this problem with a number of products. Ole Henrikson Skin Cleaning product continuously arrived from Sephora rancid. I have given up ordering from Sephora (I am in Canada and these arrived from the states) and try to buy my Ole Henrikson from Beautymark in Vancouver. this eye cream is too expensive for it to go bad so fast. I will more likely buy locally and from Vancouver makeup lines that are not so expensive.
Cleansers -Lancome - Mousse Confort- Foaming Cream Cleanser

I have been using this for 2 weeks. I have mature skin. Along with Renergie I feel a mountain of difference. I'm glad the makeup assistant listened to me so carefully to find this cleanser. I've been getting closer to a good cleanser, though always felt miles away. Because I can't have any comfort that the ingredients are safest I give this a lower score. I am not an expert: however propylPARABEN, ButylPARABEN and the high amount of 'acid' ingredients makes me suspect a high chance of health hazards. I will keep using this until I find something that can clean my sensitive, break-out prone, dryish skin.
excellent. mature skin. excellent clean...nice packaging. this is probably not a natural endorsed product.. I may have more breakouts after months of use.
Liquid -Christian Dior - Diorskin Nude Hydrating Makeup SPF 10 [DISCONTINUED]

I purchased in 02 colour. I have warm, pale skin. mature. I find this slightly pasty coloured. Still it gives a good, even coverage. Easy to apply. I don't have a moisturizer at present, and the "hydrating" sounds good. I wouldn't say I particularly notice excess! of moisture - however if they say so, I'll take their word for it. I've been using this for a week. I'm upgrading my review to a 5 from a '4'. This has consistent great coverage, goes on well and helps to keep my skin feeling healthy. I like that it has spf. The dispenser has been getting stuck... so i'll leave the packaging quality at 4. Lengthy list of paraben ingredients: methylparaben, butylparaben, ethylparaben, isobutylparaben, propylparaben. This product gets top scores for LOUSY adherance to health. BHT is the first ingredient on David Suzuki's list of makeup ingredient concerns. I am a little on the fence whether I'd buy this product again. It smells lovely. Really. It is great for managing my hair for softness. I apply to the ends ( as I have quite oily hair) I blow dry, to remove slight curl, daily. Mid-length dark hair. I want a product that is fool proof. And I find while sometimes this brings my hair to maximum sheen. And sometimes (maybe I haven't dried my hair to absolute dry) I have a unremarkable result. Fantastic smell just isn't enough for me.
Richness of colour is great. lasting ability not fabulous, not bad. I like this for a quick way to make my eyes pop. I am fair with blue eyes.
I am reviewing Seacret Salt Scrub (Vanilla). I used this in the tub - handful of scrub repeated a couple of times all over. My skin hasn't been so soft since I was a teenager. I particularly liked the effect on my legs. I used my own shea-based lotion afterwards. I'm sure this won't last the 2 years promised at the kiosk if I use the product more than once every 2 weeks, for my own care sake, not more than once a week. I don't enjoy anything too! vigorous. Even then 2 years for this product seems a little hopeful. With regards the reviews here about the possibility of overusing the nail file - this wasn't mentioned to me and the tip will be very useful. I have the face mud and will review it after a couple more uses. Thanks.
Hair Color -Garnier - Nutrisse Permanent Creme Hair Color

Nutrisse - Nourishing Colour Treatment. I'm not sure how ammonium gets into a product that claims to be natural. Ok, ammonium occurs naturally - however; not alongside dyes and in such high concentrations. That aside - I put 43 on my chestnut hair to cover a few stray grey hairs. I lost all my highlights and ...I chose a colour too dark. I look like a middle aged woman with unnatural hair colour. Part of the problem is I had a misconception as to my hair colour needs. If you don't have a drastic grey situation to cover up I would not recommend this product. The1-888 number was so useful. I was recommended to cover my hair with dandruff shampoo (CLEAR), leave on for 25 minutes and wash out. Repeating 3 times if necessary, not more than once a day. By the way my husband's reaction to the colouring..."No one should colour their hair at home." They should go to the professionals who have years of experience in colouring. )-:
This product was impressive when I first used it for smoothing my skin and a nice application. It goes well under a moisturizer. However, the product has gone off after a year. As the SA assured me this was a product I could rely on for years I find this severely disappointing. The product is now gobby and yellowish. I stored this in a bathroom mirror (closed at most times).
Wow! After wearing this product on my face all day I have a wonderful glow to my face. It's a light, superb product. My skin is a healthy feature rather than a canvas for makeup. I have a tendancy to break outs - and have avoided foundations usually because of this, however this product has no comeodogenic effect. lovely. Colour match isn't perfect.
Eye Shadow -Make Up For Ever - Star Powder Pink Gold 916
divineviandi 3/5/2005 8:37:00 PM
mica and pearl particles make this a beautiful colour without compromise. pink pearl. the staying and colour is sure and changing. shines rose-gold, twinkly. I am mature... It's nice to include sparkle into my regime, without feeling conspicuous.
NARS blushes have a lovely sheen and finely milled colour. This is a very nice blush and suits my lll blue eyes, dark hair. I think I'll reserve this for day looks - it gives a lovely flush...not dramatic enough for night; however. I like having a mirror in my compact.
