Lip Treatments -Avon - Beyond Color Lip Recovery Cream

I bought this in golden rose, which is a neutral baby pink (they advertise it as cool), that made my lips slightly lighter. This is in fact a cream, not a jelly-like gloss. For it's soft texture, it has decent lasting power. Unfortunately, like with most avon lip products, I noticed the initial baby pink color started turning more and more orange on my lips. I didn't mind, this time, because I was expecting "golden rose" to be a bit warm anyways. This looks fairly natural on me, as the sparkles are barely noticeable, and it does not give off much of a glassy shine. Will buy again in another color.
For the life of me I don't know why they call this "Blushing", as it's a cool dark brown. In the book it looks like a mauve brown, but on the lips it looks like mud. Right off I can't think of any skin tone this would be flattering on.

A purple/blue eyeshadow and an off-white blending shade. Not highly pigmented, in fact the dark purple/blue shows up a bit lilac-gray on me. For this reason I can see why it was discontinued (at least I can't find it anywhere), but I was quite happy with it because with my cool skin tone, gray is the only neutral I can wear well, and this was like a great variation on gray, not dull or muddy looking.

I was surprised by how much I love this scent after it's been on my writst a few minutes because I remembered the magazine sample smelled horrible. It's a sweet floral with a bit of a kick at the end. My mom bought it for me because she thought it was more age appropriate for me than some of her favorites (Givenchy scents). My only qualm is that sometimes I swear it just disappears, so I have to be especially careful about not washing it off or letting it rub against my clothes too often. I'm not a fan of the color blue, but I love what the bottle adds to my dresser top- it's fun.
This is my favorite foundation. The coverage is amazing for powder, and I really don't feel it. But word of warning: application will make or break it. I like to shake up the product to make the powder looser, then I apply a bit to the brush it came with. I "swirl and buff" till my hand hurts (it's worth it). The first time I tried it, I just swept it on and it really caked! The more you buff it into your skin, the better.
Eye Shadow -Avon - True Color Powder Eyeshadow Duo - Sienna Duo

Way too light-organgish for me. I have fairly tan skin, and it made me look like an albino bunny rabbit. Either that, or it reminded me of when I used to scratch my eyes from allergies. Not a flattering color to wear on the eyes. However, it is one of my favorite colors for clothing.
I'm not an all-around fan of Avon scents, as most of them are too old for me, but this one is gorgeous! Girly, but not flowery. I do however recommend putting this on in small amounts, and let is sit for a few minutes before taking a big whiff. And another beautiful bottle from Avon!
Beautiful bottle! (Doesn't Avon do a wonderful job with their bottles)? But the scent is a little old for me. I like sniffing it straight from the bottle because it smells exactly how pearls would if they had a scent.... That said, when I'm wearing it nobody knows what it's called but me, so I don't think they would find the scent amusing.
This works better than any skin care system I have ever tried. It made a considerable difference in my skin. It doesn't give that minty-clean feeling that always made me break out. I can barely feel this stuff. My only qualm is that I'm lazy, and this is 3 steps twice a day (although the system works best for me once a day).
I love this scent, although I only own it in the mist, which is probably lighter. It immediately reminded me of a real nice Italian resturant. Sweet bazil? Anyways, I could see why some people would LOVE it and others will not. This is definately a scent to sample for yourself.
I have these in Nude and Baby Pink, and very disappointed with both. Nude has a strange brown-orange tint to it, and Baby Pink (which I figured would be their shade that blends into natural lips), was far too bright, and once again, had an orange tint. They both go on thick and waxy.... There is no way someone would mistake them for being part of my natural lips!

I bought this product soley for the alledged volume. I only wanted to flip my hair over, spray, stick my head back up and shake a fuller head of hair. Well, I have long hair (aren't girls with long hair the ones who need body most)? It didn't do anything visible for me, although it works fine for my mother who has short, thick hair. But I don't even think she would rebuy the kit we bought for $32.
Polishes -Avon - Avon Speed Dry Nail Enamel (various colors)

Some things are worth the wait, like nicely polished nails, so it didn't impress me much that this polish dried fairly quickly. Avon's Speed Dry has never gone on evenly for me- very streaky and bumpy looking. I suppose I keep some hope for them, because I keep buying them! I'm sucked in by the colors everytime, but I'm always disappointed:(
