I have to go against the grain here, I love this foundation. I first tried a sample of it in a magazine and I fell in love with the consistency and the color, so I had to go and buy it. The color blended right into my skin, which is hard for me since I'm kind of light yet have olive undertones. The coverage isn't too much so it doesn't make me feel like I'm wearing a mask, I love a foundation that you can put on that still looks like your natural skin. On days I need more coverage, I just put on a little more and it does the trick without making me look cakey, not even a little. Also, it stays put and doesn't seem to be gone by the middle of the day. Although, I must say I do have an oily T-zone and I do get somewhat shiny but nothing big because I've always gotten that way no matter what foundation I use, I just blot with a blotting paper and I'm good to go. The foundation doesn't look streaky or cakey like some others I've tried and most of all it looks completely natural. This is my HG cleanser. Also, the price isn't bad for a department store foundation and the bottle is great.

This one is a toughy because I have mixed feelings about it. I do recommend it for someone who wants a natural look because no matter how much of this foundation you put on it will not cake up or look like a mask which is a huge plus. I use 04 which matches my skin perfectly which is another bonus because it's very hard for me to find anything that matches my skin tone without making me look orange. The problem I do have with this foundation is that it makes me quite oily mid-day and streaks up. Around mid-day I have to blot my face and try and blend it out because it tends to look streaky, especially in warmer weather. I do like this product because it gives a natural finish and matches my skin perfectly but if you have oily skin be sure to have a pressed or loose powder handy because you might get oily or streaky midday.

Lip Gloss -DuWop - Lip Venom

Love this product! It's definitely one of my favs. The gloss DOES smell like a mix of cinnamon and bubble gum and I like that. The tingling effect is a huge plus because I love balms/glosses that tingle. I've heard lots of people say that this does not plump but for me it definitely did. I think for it to work you have to have at least medium sized lips, not thin lips. It plumped up my lips because my lips are a little full to begin with, but my mom, who has very thin lips, had no plumping effect. It also gave my lips a great shine and brought out a really pretty natural rose lip color. The only downside is the very small vile it comes in that doesn't seem to last long for me. Overall, love it and would buy again.

Love these things! They're very cheap and seem to be the only things that really take my blackhead out. I use these once a week, twice if I need to and they always do the trick. At first I didn't leave them on long enough, so I thought it didn't work but the second time I left them on for a while longer until it got extremely hard and then took it off; when I did this ALL my blackheads were gone. Great product and very cheap, would buy again.

Lip Gloss -MAC - Tinted Lipglass

Sticky, sticky, sticky! I don't see what all the rage is at all. Yes, it does give you "glass shine" but so do several other lipglosses that aren't this sticky! It's very goopy, globby goes all over the place and sticks to everything and even when I put a small amount on I felt like you could see the gloss sticking to my lips when I talked. I found that it has the same exact amount of shine as Lip Venom yet Lip Venom isn't sticky and has a convenient brush for easier application. I would not buy this product again.

I did NOT like this product at first, I thought it smelled too musky but I've had a total turnaround. This scent isn't fruity and flirty like some girl scents out there, it's a more sophisticated subtle feminine scent. I love this one for work or an evening out but not for casual wear. It's a classy scent and that's a big plus for me and the bottle is cute.

Moisturizers -Clinique - Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion

If you have oily skin this product is not for you! This moisturizer is very very greasy and doesn't seem to absorb into the skin at all it "sits" on the top layer of the skin and made me look greasy. It also seemed to give me more breakouts. Not worth it at all.

Lip Treatments -Burt's Bees - Beeswax Lip Balm

I'm half and half with this one. Starting with the look, I love the tin I think it's adorable and compact and very cheap which is a plus. I love the way it feels when you first put it on I'm a big fan of the tingly lip balm thing so that's good with me and it is moisturizing (at first) and gives a nice sheen. However, after a little while this seemed to dry my lips out, I found that I'd have to rub it off and then put it on again just so it wouldn't dry out on my lips and that's a big no-no. I like it but not crazy about it.

Love this product! This is definitely a staple of mine. I've heard lots of bad reviews about this product here but I truly disagree. There are so many uses for this product besides it being a great lip balm. Of course, it moisturizes the lips and makes them really soft and gives a nice natural sheen that's very pretty and stays on for a good amount of time. I've also used this for pimples and it really really works! I'd put it on a pimple at night and in the morning it was almost completely gone, by the second night it was non-existant and new blemish scars that I had on my face are looking lighter and I didn't even know that was possible with this product. I've used it as a great cuticle cream it softens them so they're easy to push back and makes my nails look healthy and when I had a few flyaway hairs it helped with that too. Besides that, it's really cheap and the tin is adorable. Great product and will definitely continue to buy.

Cleansers -Origins - never a dull moment skin brightening facial cleanser

This is my all time HG cleanser, I've tried several cleansers both lowend and highend and nothing has worked as well as this. I have combo skin with a very oily T-zone and this cleanser banishes any signs of oil yet doesn't dry out my not so oily cheeks. Also a huge plus, it takes away any trace of makeup so I do not need a makeup remover before I wash my skin, this product is absolutely wonderful. Even when using highend Acne systems for my breakouts, I would always have a few pimples especially around my chin area but with this product I finally have clear skin and for once I'm able to go out without foundation for the first time in a very long time. This product has worked wonders for me and one last plus, it gives my skin a healthy glow. It's not too expensive either so will definitely continue to buy!
